          DIANA 

“So when are you going home? You watching over me is quite akward.” I said and he smiled.

“I will leave when you are discharged. And you have to get used to me being around. I mean no harm, I just want to be friends.” He said and I narrowed my eyes.

“Friends with Isaac and I, or just me?” I asked.

“C’mon Diana. I mean the both of you.” He said and I nodded reluctantly.

“Have you forgotten he is that one time street boy?” I asked and he smiled.

“I can never forget that. But I can deal with that.” He said Smiling and I smiled.

“If you say so.” I said and he smiled holding my hand staring at me.

“I know I have been a jerk, but I promise you that, we would catch whosoever did this to you.” He said and I smiled.

“Thank you Enoch.” I said and the door opened and Isaac walked in. He quickly let go of my hand, and I withdrew it.

“Isaac.” I called as he approached us.

“How are you doing?” He asked ignoring Enoch.

“I am fine. Enoch has been keeping me company.” I said and he looked at Enoch.

“Thanks.” He replied and Enoch nodded.

“Anything for a friend.” He said and I saw anger on Isaac’s face.

“I am finding it hard to trust him Diana.” He said looking at me and I looked at Enoch sighing.

“I know, and it isn’t easy for me too. But at least let’s give him a chance. He is trying to be good to us.” I said and Enoch stood up.

“I should excuse you now.” He said tapping my hand before walking outside.

“Diana you shouldn’t be decieved by his calm face. I just don’t like him around you.” He said and I smiled.

“Don’t tell me you are jealous.” I said and he looked away.

“Isaac come on. You know how much I love you, I can never love Enoch. He is just a friend, and so will it remain.” I said holding his hand and he nodded looking at me.

“Let’s just embrace him. He wants to be your friend too. Who knows, we could change his annoying character.” I said.

“If you say so.” He said and I nodded.

“Kiss me.” I said and he smiled lowering his head to kiss me.

“I love you Diana. I love you so much, and nothing can stop me from Loving you.” He said and I smiled holding his head.

“I love you more.” I replied.

“So the doctor said you would be discharged tomorrow.” He said and I felt happy.

“Wow. That’s great news. At least I can leave this boring place, and start delivering pizza.” I said and he shook his head.

“Not so fast. You have to rest for like two days more before going to the shop. And I will help mom at the shop, so don’t worry.” He said and I shook my head.

“No. I can’t stay at home for two more days. I feel like I would grow grey hair soon.” I said pouting my mouth.

“Don’t argue. Mom and I already discussed this. You are staying home for two days.” He said and I made a puppy face.

“You can’t bribe me now. It’s for your own good.” He said kissing my lips again. He wanted to withdraw and I pulled him back kissing him deeply.

I stood at the door and watched them kiss. I felt this great jealously in me but I kept it under control.

“You need to forget about Diana. She is in love with her soulmate already.” Mother said close to me and I turned to look at her.

“Mother what are you thinking. We are just friends.” I denied walking away.

“You can’t decieve me Enoch. You told me you are in love with her.” Mother said and I sighed.

“I know and I am. But I can’t stop both of them from Loving each other.” I said feeling hurt.

“Enoch, don’t cause any trouble. They are happy. Let it be like that.” She said and I shrugged my shoulders.

“Okay. If you say so.” I said and she shook her head and was about walking away when I stopped her.

“Mother have you found out who is behind the poison?” I asked and she nodded.

“Yes. It’s Klaus. Elijah’s brother.” She said and I furrowed my brows.

“Why would he try to kill Diana?” I asked in confusion.

“I don’t know Enoch. Caroline has the answers.” She said and I smiled.

“Then I will ask her.” I said walking away.

“Isaac is already on it.” She said and I paused.

“If I am the first to find out it’s not bad. At least she is my friend now.” I said and she sighed.

“Enoch.” She called and I walked away quickly before she could say anything again.
