“We don’t have to do that when we know someone who is capable of doing it……” Mr Logan said and everyone pay rapt attention to him.
“Mr Logan, you know who stole it.” Mr Housman asked.
“Actually, what I mean is that she might be the the one because she is the one that is capable of theft in this school.” Mr Logan announced.
“Then what are you waiting for? Send for her.” He yelled and one of the teachers left while other sat nervously waiting for her.
Zoella was standing like a lost puppy in front of the staffs.
“Zoella”? Mr Housman called and she looked up. “Did you went to my office today?” He asked and Zoella burst into tears immediately.
“I didn’t steal anything” . She wept.
“It is obvious you stole it. Where did you hide it?” Mrs Jarrett asked as she continues to cry.
“I don’t know what you are talking about.” She mumbled in tear.
“Crocodile tear, where is the phones you stole before I call your parent.” Mr Logan said sternly.
“Behind the office.” She trembled and a teacher went with her, minutes later they came back with things she stole.
“So, this is real? Aren’t you Zoella Jones, the most brilliant student in my school. Why did you do it?” Mr Housman asked.
“It is not her first time Sir. She stole her classmate’s things and even the teachers.” Mrs Jarrett said and the proprietor frowned immediately.
“And you do nothing to it Logan.” Mr Housman said furiously.
“Sir, she was removed from class monitress and she always gets suspension. She had done this school a great favor sir”. Mr replied.
“And so fucking what?? How many times has she received suspension?” Mr Housman asked and tear slipped down Zoella’s cheek as she knew very well that another suspension await her.
“Like five times sir “. Mr Logan replied nervously.
“We give suspension only twice and if the person doesn’t change you know what happened next “. He breathe before dropping the bomb. “She must be expell, I don’t care if she is the most brilliant student, I fucking don’t care.” Mr Housman said and left while one of the teachers helped him with the things he carried. Other teachers dismissed while Mr Logan signal Zoella to follow him.
When they reached his office, he sat down and wrote something in a paper and hand it over to her.
“This is the letter that indicates that you have been expelled from the school. Tell your parent that there’s no point in begging, it is order from the proprietor. Thanks ” said the principal and Zoella nodded.
“Go and carry your bag and say goodbye to MHS.” The principal said.
Zoella got to the class and carried her bag about to leave when Harsha noticed her.
“Zoe, what are you doing?” She asked.
“I’m going home…..um… I mean I have headache.” She lied.
“Why can’t you go to the school clinic?” Emmaline asked.
“Actually I have a private doctor that will attend to me. See you tomorrow “. She said and left.
“Something is fishy about Zoe “. Emmaline said.
