Innocent Thief – Episode 14

Like yesterday, holiday was over. In pain and loneliness, Zoella spent her holiday because she stole severally whenever she went out and received beating always from her mother.
One day, after they arrived from church. She went to her mother and wept.
“Mom, why are you doing this to me, why do you hates me to this extence./?” She cried “I don’t want to be like this but I can’t control the urge, it’s like a curse. I always feel like something is pushing me. You suppose to be the shoulder for me to lean on but you turn me down. Why do you change from caring mother?.” She cried aloud.
“I didn’t want to hurt you and I’m not that discipline but when I remember all the pain I passed through before bringing you to life, I feel hurt that a child that supposed to be my Joy but why does she makes me cry? Why does she wanna spoil my name? I promise from todays on I will stand by your side and you also should stop stealing.” Mrs Jones said and hugged her daughter.
Zoella arrived at the school very early, she was really happy because her mother forgave her. She was happy because she reconcile with her mother. She can’t wait to see her friends.
“See who we have here.” Said Emmaline as she hugged her passionately.
“You look very happy today what’s up “. Harsha asked and she frowned.
“I’m angry with you guys, you didn’t wait for me at the junction and I promise you will trek home.” She said and walked to her seat.
“We thought you won’t come. We are sorry bae.” Harsha teased her.
“Before I can accept your apology, you will bribe me I mean you will buy me cookies and ice cream.” She pouted and they burst out laughing really hard that echoed through the class.
“Okay, no prob. I still have some cash with me.” Said Emmaline. “Gist! Gist!!”
“Gist gist, so many gists “. They shouted happily.
“What is all these nonsenses you are performing inside the class. Don’t you realize that you are disturbing the class. Emmaline you don’t worth class monitress at all and we gonna remove you this season.” Keaira said and hissed.
“I want you to tell me what your problem is? Is it because you are lonely? You don’t even have a single friend, what a shame.” Emmaline mocked her.
“I’m still better than someone who has a thief as friend. A friend of thief is also a thief .” Keaira said.
“Say that again “. Emmaline moved toward her ready to attack.
“Emma stop. You don’t have to fight her, she is just a scumbag.” Harsha cautioned.
“Your cripple father is the one scumbag.” Keaira abused and the class burst into laughter. Harsha was about to cry.
“Everybody, why are you showing your 32? Help me ask her who is her father. Aira tell me do you really know your own biological father? Of course you don’t know. Is it because you are bearing Gavis as your surname, ask your mother, it is your grandfather’s name. Your mom is whore that’s why you don’t have a father.” Emmaline concluded with a smirk while keaira ran out of the class in tears.
“Is it true that keaira doesn’t have a father?” That’s the question bothering everyone’s mind.
Keaira got to the restroom and wept. “Is it true that I don’t have father? She asked herself rhetorically then she remembered the day she asked her mother about her father. She yelled at her before she told her that her father is dead.
*****What is your problem keaira, do you lack anything? I give to you everything you want so why are you asking me stupid question?” Mrs Hudson yelled fuming with anger.
“But I need to know where my father is?” She exclaimed.
“Okay, you don’t have any father. Your father is dead.” Mrs Hudson said sarcastically and walked away.******
Tears slipped down her eye when she remembered everything that happened that day. “How does Emmaline know?” She asked herself as more tears fall from her eye.
