Leovis high school was not a school for commoners, only Rich kids were able to attend the school and some of the poor kids that came in through scholarship and it was given out once in a blue moon.
The lunch time was over, Roxanne sat down on her seat. Everybody was in the class but they had a leisure time. Leonard walked up to Roxanne’s table and sat beside her made everyone stunned including his friends because Leonard was not a fans of girl, he barely talked stranger and he doesn’t like company of a stranger as everyone became quite waiting for the drama that will soon start between Leonard and Roxanne.
“Rox, I want to…” Leonard was trying to talk when Roxanne snapped.
“What do you want Leo?” She asked angrily.
“I just wanna ask you a question “. He whispered
“After you embarrassed me in the morning “. She yelled at him and the students started to wonder if they know each other before.
” I’m sorry” . Leonard pleaded.
“What question?” She asked nonchalant , then Leonard whispered to her ear “Will you come to the garden today “.
“I can’t waste my saliva, you are a rude spoilt brat, so you think after you disgrace me in the morning you can still ask me this shit.” She snapped angrily and walked out of the class, Leonard followed her leaving the class in suspense.
“What is going on, am lost “. Elia said looking at the other boys but they also pulled the face of I don’t know on.
The school came to an end and everyone went to his or her home. Leonard’s friends were throwing questions at him about what happened in the class but he only tell them it’s nothing.
Roxanne got home, as expected she didn’t met her parents at home, she ate and did her assignments before going to the garden, she had promised Leonard that she will come after many apologies and warning.

She arrived at the garden and she met Leonard there waiting for her. She approached him and they sat on the green grass facing each other.
“I thought you won’t come”. He said sulkily
“When will you stop being moody huh?”
“I don’t know, I’m just feeling more bitter everyday I wake”. Replied Leonard.
“Just try to be happy and be patient”. Advised Roxanne
“I don’t have the patience, I’ve been hurt so many times “. Replied Leonard sadly.
“Hmmm Leo can you just smile “? Roxanne asked.
“You know people says all glitters are not gold as that of all smile are not genuine. What if I smile sadly “? Leonard asked while Roxanne took a deep breath, the matter is complicated for her and she was kind of speechless.
“Say something Rox, don’t sit speechless “. He said rudely while Roxanne sighed.
“Oh! You know heart break scattered mind and a proverb says Too many cooks spoil the broth and as for Too many thoughts spoil the heart and it is better be late than never.”she said and Leonard sighed bitterly.
“Where are you heading to?” Asked Leonard.
“When I was born, I’m a twin, me and my brother Roxard. I thought he was the only one that can make me happy we were brother and sister but we acted like lover, wherever I go to he used to follow me. Though our parents do not care much about us, all they value is business and money. That unfavorable day he went to the mall to buy me cupcakes as I insisted him to do, that day he ran into a car which injured him badly. He was rushed to the hospital but before they could reached there he had passed away leaving me alone in this wicked world…” Roxanne paused and cried as he remembered her brother’s death. Leonard pitied her.
“It’s okay Roxanne “. He assured and she continued.
