After dinner, each of them was given a room to sleep on for the next day, so lucky the rain didn’t ruin their feast, they were done before it started raining.

••Nina and Richard’s room••

Nina was smiling faintly to herself as she was dressing up the bed.

“The smile is back”. Richard said as he stepped out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist.

” You think?”. She said smiling.

“Yes, she is back to us now, everything is fine now”. he said as he caressed her face.

” Yeah, I wish for her to regain her memory soon”.

“It will, now that she is surrounded by people from her past, she will get her memory”.

” I can’t wait, I have missed her so much”.

“I know”. he smiled and kissed her lips. ” Honey, how about we spicy up this night a little”.He smirk.

“How do you–“. She gasped as Richard lifted her and carried her to the bed. ” You are being naughty”. she smiled.

“Only for you babe, it’s a new year, Happy New Year to us”.

” Happy New Year”. They kissed and fell into deep romance.

Meanwhile, Victoria came out of the kid’s room after putting them to sleep.

“Why are you sneaking around wifey”. Alex said and she gasped.

” Geez! You scared me”. she said. “What are you doing out here, aren’t you supposed to be in bed?”.

” Yeah, but I couldn’t, because you were not beside me”. he grabs her hand and they go to the room.

“Can’t I sleep in my own room?”. She asked.

” You don’t have a room here wifey, you only have one room and it’s here”. he said and she pulled away from his arms staring at the photos on the wall.

“Why are there so many photos of me here, not only in the living room but here too”. She said staring amazingly at the whole place.

“When I lost you, this photo was the memory of you that I have to keep, each of these photos kept reminding me that you are alive “. he said and Victoria turned to her.

” it must be really hard for you”.

“But not anymore”. He moved closer to her and pulled her into his arms.” I won’t let you out of my sight again, I love you so much”. He caresses her face and she smiles” I love you wifey”. he pressed his lips on hers softly and she responded quickly as she encircled her hand around his neck

Alex carried her to the bed and caressed her body warmly, both were entangled with each other as they kissed intensely, Alex placed every bit of kiss on her body, and she moaned enjoying the pleasure. The next morning, Victoria came to the kitchen to see Kate making breakfast for everyone.

” Good Morning ma’am”. Kate greeted cheerfully and she responded.

” Thank you, what can I help you with?”.

“Nothing, I just want to help”. she said.

” No ma’am, I can’t let you do that”.

“Why not?”.

” It’s my duty to do the cooking”.

“ok, I won’t stop you, but please allow me to make some cookies for everyone it’s an addition to the breakfast”.

” Ok, if you insist”.

“Thank you”.

” You don’t need to thank me, this kitchen belongs to you”. She said and Victoria smiled at her.” I will go and get the flour from the storage room”.

“Ok”.

” Be right back”. She walked away.

Victoria started to pick the things she needed for the baking.

“Where could the sugar be”. She scans around and sees it up the drawer. ” There you are”. She stretched her hand towards it, but she couldn’t reach it. “How do I get this down from there?”. She sighed tiredly and her eyes caught sight of the stool behind the kitchen door, she took a step and slipped due to a little drop of water on the floor, she screamed reeling backward as she hit her head hard on the kitchen cabinet, she fell and lost consciousness.

” I am–“Kate froze to see her unconscious on the floor and she let out a loud scream waking everyone up in the house.

Alex jerked up from his sleep due to the scream, he could hear it because his door was left open a little, he scanned around for Aurora.

“Aurora”. he called and then rushed out to see where the screaming was coming from, everyone came out as well and they rushed to the kitchen to see Aurora unconsciously on the floor with Kate crying beside her. ” Aurora! Aurora!”. Alex cried out trying to wake her up.

“Oh no”. Nina panicked along with the rest.

” I will call the doctor”. Richard said as he dialed the doctor’s number. Alex carried her to his room and everyone followed him behind

“What happened to my mom?”. Andrew sobs along with Adrian, Gabriel, and the rest were trying to calm them down.

” Nothing happened to your mom, she will be fine”. Mrs.Stella said.

“Are you sure Granny?”. They asked.

” Yes, you two don’t need to worry, she will be fine”. Juliana said.

Alex was in panicked as he hold her hand tenderly.

“The doctor is on his way”. Richard said.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth jerks up due to someone knocking on the door, fear overwhelms her.

” No, I won’t give up like this, this is a win-win for the two of us Aurora, I am not afraid of you”. She said angrily and left to answer the door.

••Alex’s bedroom••

Doctor Luke was examining Victoria on the bed with Alex beside her and the rest was standing behind them.

“Well, is nothing to worry about, she will be fine and also she might have a sixty percent chance of regaining her memory due to the fall”. he said and everyone sighed in relief.

” Thank you, doctor”. Aurora’s grandmother said.

“Is a pleasure, I will take my leave now, and bring her to the hospital tomorrow for scanning”.

” Sure doctor”.Alex said and the doctor left. The kids move to their father. “Don’t worry, Mummy will be fine”. he said to them and they smiled.

Some minutes later, Victoria started to regain consciousness and she was tossing around.

” She is waking up”. little Aurora said and everyone turned to Victoria.

“Aurora”. Alex called for her to open her eyes. Victoria kept tossing around, and then she screamed out of her sleep as she suddenly recalled her memory.”Aurora, are you ok?”. Alex asked and turned her face to her.

” Alex”. She caressed his face and then turned to the rest.” Grandma….Nina?”. she said and started calling everyone names in the room.

“Aurora, did you remember anything?”. Nina asked and Aurora nodded as tears filled her eyes, everyone gasped in excitement.

” You mean your memory is back, you actually remember who I am?”.Alex asked.

“Yes, you are my husband, but I know we are not officially had our wedding we only did our marriage registration “. She said and Alex hugged her tight.

” Yes! You are back”. he sniffs.

“This should call for a celebration”. Juliana said.

” My child”. Her grandmother sobs and Aurora moves to hug her.

“Grandma, I miss you so much”. She sobs.

” I miss you too”. They pulled away from each other. “You finally came back to me”.

” Yes, granny and I promise I won’t leave your side again”. They smile at each other and she turns to Nina.”Nina”. She called and hugged each other tightly. “I miss you, my friend”.

” I am happy you are back”. They pulled away from each other and they wiped each other tears.”My bestie is back!”. they laughed.

“Welcome back Aurora”. Mrs Stella said as she hugged her.

” Thank you ma”. they pulled away from each other.

“Please call me Mom, and please forgive me for all the wrongs”. She said.

” Sure Mom”. She said and she hugged everyone in the room.

“Is so good to have you back aunt”. little Aurora said and Aurora squats to her.

” You look so much like your mother, what’s your little princess?”.

“Aurora”. She said.

” Wow, you have the same name as mine, I like it, now we can both hang out a lot”.

“Sure”. She hugged her and Aurora caressed her body, after a while they pulled away from each other.

” Finally Mom, you now remember your past”.Gabriel said.

“Yes dear, but I will still be your mother because you are my son”. She said and kissed his forehead. Then she moves to hug her kids.

” We love you mom”. They said.

“And I love you more my princes”. She said and everyone was happy.
