Natasha’s Pov:
I stormed into the house with anger.
What the heck?
I said it… That stupid Jayden is nothing but a jerk.
I groaned as I sat on the couch.
I can’t believe I agreed to this madness.
Well I just want to end this and go on my own.
“Arrrgghhh….” I yelled angrily as I threw the couch pillow away in annoyance.
“What’s going on here?” Kayla’s voice smacked me into consciousness.
I breathed heavily as I backed her.
“I hate him so much….” I cried bitterly
“Hate who?” Kayla asked as she sat comfortably on the couch with her plate of ice cream.
“Jayden Adams” I said as I fumed in anger.
“You mean your secret lover?” She snorted
“Oh please…. Spare me the crap” I half yelled
“So what did he do?” Kayla asked as she scooped some ice cream into her mouth.
“Can you imagine? He said that if I want to repay him by going on a date with him” I blurted.
“And so? Isn’t he your lover?” She said as I rolled my eyes.
“You’re so unbelievable” I sighed as I walked upstairs.
Kayla and Jay….. Arrhhhgggh…
They are both so annoying!
Why do I even agree with him on this one night date?
I just have to do this….
So that finally he will let me be in peace.
I know he’s not different from the other guys.
I walked into my room and banged the door.
I slumped on the bed.
Lost in thought!
Kayla’s Pov:
I watched her rush upstairs in anger.
I smiled within me.
That’s a smart move really…..
Jay is really smart and I hope he takes up the opportunity.
He has to make my dear stubborn friend fall in love with him.
He just has that one day to do that.
Else he’s chances of winning her over is gone.
I picked up my cell phone and dialed the number.
📱Hello Jay…. I shrieked in excitement.
📱Hi Kay…. He said cheerfully
📱That’s a smart move really…. But have to take up this chances… I said
📱I know Kayla and I have my plans…. He said
📱I hope it will be successful…. I said
📱I will definitely win over your friend… He replied
📱Good luck then…. I said as he laughed.
I hung up the call and smiled.
💭 I hope you’ll find happiness dearest Natasha 💭 I thought.

I opened the door and saw Natasha struggling with the heap of clothes on the ground.
“Damn it! There are no good clothes perfect” She yelled pushing a lot of dresses out of the wardrobe.
This is the most annoying day in the world…i have barely 15 minutes to get ready for this whatchamacallit date….
Those were her words and I smiled.
I cleared my throat drawing her attention as I walked in.
“Hey! What’s up?” I asked anxiously
“I can’t find any clothes to wear” She yelled
“To where?” I added
“To the godforsaken date” She snorted
“Oh really?” I said with my eyes fixed on the phone I was pressing.
“Yeah!” I sighed
I quickly kept the phone and walked to the drawer.
I took out of the drawer a long ball gown.
Her mouth dropped open.
“How did that get into this room?” She asked surprised.
“Uhmm… I… I… I bought that last week” I lied
Actually it was Jayden that bought the gown for the date.
“You bought it? Then why are you giving me?” She furrowed her brows.
I opened my mouth and closed it again.
I was thinking of a lie.
“C’mon you’re my friend and you can wear my dress” I said as she hugged me.
“You just saved my freaking a*s… Thanks girl!” She said and hugged me.
“That’s enough already… Time to make you over” I said.
Natasha’s Pov:
I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled.
I looked absolutely beautiful.
“You look stunning” Kayla said as I smiled.
“I hope so” I said as I put on my earrings and shoes.
I walked out of the room and Kayla followed.
Just then, the door bell rang aloud.
I know it was Jay.
My heart skipped as I breathed heavily.
“Jay is definitely going to fall in love with you” Kayla whispered
“Who cares?” I rolled my eyes.
Kayla opened the door and Jay entered.
I walked downstairs majestically.
Jay’s mouth dropped open…
He stared at me stunned……
