Katika rushed into my room not long after I work up. She had this very happy look on her face.
“Hey, Mei! Guess what!” She said happily and I sighed.
“I am not in the mood for guesses. What’s up?” I asked weakly.
“Our plans worked perfectly.” She said looking so happy.
“Our plans?” I further asked.
“Maeko’s people! They are all dead Mei.” She said and my eyes widened.
“They are all dead? You mean every one of them including Akira.” I said and she nodded.
I couldn’t measure the joy I felt at that very moment. The girl I so much hated right from the beginning is now dead.
What could go wrong?
“Oh My… I never thought it would be this easy” I said and she giggled.
“Of course it would be. I am the mastermind behind everything, of course, it would go perfect.” She said in excitement and I smiled.
“I could finally get rid of getting once and for all.” I thought with a smile still on my face.
“Have you forgotten something?” She further asked.
“No.why do you say so?” I asked furrowing my brows.
“I can’t believe you forgot your birthday!” She exclaimed and my eyes widened.
“Wait! What? my birthday is in three days, not today.” I said shrugging my shoulders.
“I know, but you and I know that we always plan the party a week before the day.” She said and I smiled.
“That was when we had nothing important to do,” I responded.
“Now we have conquered our enemies. It’s time to celebrate and we would do that on your birthday.” She said and I laughed.
“Really? So you want to throw me a birthday party? You must be in a good mood.” I told and she laughed.
“You can’t say so. So, let’s get the plans started.” She said and I nodded.
“Okay. Everything on you.” I said and she nodded happily.
“Great! See you soon. Can’t wait to celebrate.” She said walking out of my room. Immediately she was out, my smile faded.
“Why is the so happy to throw me a party? I can remember vividly I would always beg her to throw me one before she does.” I thought.
“She must have something else she is planning,” I mumbled.
I must find out!
MEI
I was done taking my bath when the door opened and Katika came in with a smile on her face.
“Hey, babe.” She said approaching me and I smiled widely.
“Hey. Won’t you take your bath?” I asked and she giggled.
“Not yet.” She said releasing my hand from my towel and making it fall to the ground, leaving me stark naked in front of her.
“Katika, I am tired. We were up all night.” I muttered and she had an evil grin on her face.
“Really?” She asked running her fingers on my n**plus slightly and I felt them harden immediately.
I moaned inside of me and I saw her stare at my body.
“You have a beautiful body, Mei.” She whispered moving her head closer to mine. And when I thought she would kiss my lips, I shut my eyes.
But then, she reached for my neck and nibbled on it with her lips.
I moaned slightly making my lips fall apart a little.
“Maya’s birthday is in three days.” She said against my lips and I opened my eyes.
“Really? That’s great.” I said and she moved back, picking up my towel and giving it to me.
“Yes! I would be planning a party and I would want you to plan it with me.” She stated pecking my lips.
“I want you to plan everything you would love to see at a party.” She added and I scoffed.
“Aren’t we supposed to ask Maya that? She is the birthday celebrant.” I said and she smiled.
“She would probably love your taste. She doesn’t have a specific one. You know, just tell me what you want to see at a party.” She said and I smiled loving the way she made it about me.
“Okay. But I wish to go for a walk today. Can you please let me?” I asked her and she looked at me smiling.
“We can go together.” She said and I shook my head.
“No! I need to be alone. I need to think about what happened to my friends yesterday.” I said sadly and she walked up to me holding my hands.
“I am yet to apologize for the death of your friends. I am sorry,but they had to go.” She said and I smiled faintly.
“I understand,” I said walking to the closet to get myself an outfit.
“Are you angry with me?” She asked and I gave no response.
“I am sorry Mei. Please don’t be angry with me.” She apologized approaching me from behind.
She wrapped her hands around my waist and I sighed.
She can’t just expect me to be fine after killing all my loved ones.
“Do you still love me?” She asked in a shaky voice and I turned to look at her. I saw tears gathered in her eyes.
“I love you Katika, it’s just that I am a little hurting because you kept the plan from me. That means you don’t trust me.” I said and she shook her head.
“I trust you, Mei. I wanted it to be a surprise, I am sorry.” She mumbled in tears and I hugged her tightly.
“It’s okay. I would go for the work now.” I said and she nodded cleaning her eyes. I looked for a casual outfit, put it on, and walked out of the room after kissing Katika goodbye.
