The tension was high as many students were surrounding Ava and Darcie.

Darcie was a dedination of anger and rage. Her red cheek was very ,very red and it was as if her skin had two colours.

“I’m gonna kill you, you b!tch?!!”Darcie yelled and was about to kick her but she suddenly just froze .

Max quickly Held Ava as he glared at Darcie.

Snow already with her boyfriend and Dean her cousin joined them.

“Is that my Tomboy.”Dean said with a smirk as he was enjoying the show.

Max walked away with Ava and she was quite. He then check her cheek.

“Does it sting?”he simply asked and she shook her head .

“No am fine, it’s not like it’s the first time.”Ava smoothly said and her hands in her pockets and Max looked at her.

“What do you actually mean by that Ava? “He said raising his brow and Ava grinned.

“I fight boys Max, I wound them so I don’t think a girl’s slap would hurt, it’s more like a gentle kiss.”she replied with a grin as she can see the shocked Max.

‘Wow, she just gave a me a reason to like her more.’he muttered inwardly.

“Wow, here I was thinking you were a saint and cute but you are tough-

“And very deserving to know what the hell happened last night .”Ava cut him off as she stood infront of him .

He sighed. “Just something you don’t need to worry about Ava . Did my brother do anything to you? Did her hurt you?”Max asked facing her .

“Not really, he never hurt me but can you tell me what happened. What is he and are you what he is.?”she asked facing him.

He smirked .”You ask too much questions, but I won’t tell you. Can’t risk scaring my new friend so I’ll shut up, maybe this will be a topic for next time.”he spoke as he gently pushed her aside and walked away.

Ava rolled her eyes but then she saw a crazy Dean running towards her and she gasped.

“Holy sh!t!!”said when Dean hugged her tight and they bothe fell on the floor and Snow chuckled.

She was walking with her boyfriend Jeremy .

“I should have known this a-sshole here will be crazy the moment he sees me.”Ava said standing up with Dean who had a smirk.

“You should be flattered I was able to give you a hug you ninja.”Dean scoffed and Ava frowned.

“Snow are you sure that I can’t kill him.”Ava spoke with a scowl.

“Kill him, no pressure I’ll help you with the coffin. “Snow replied with a smirk.

Jeremy chuckled and Ava almost scoffed seeing how Jeremy held Snow’s hand.

“Okay guys let’s go eat at the garden guys, Lunch is on me .”Snow said as she and Jeremy walked out and behind them was Ava and Dean.

Ava quickly got her skateboard board from her locker and rode it once they were out on the pavement of the school outside since there was a rule of No skateboard on the hallway.

She rode it smoothly and Dean chuckled. “You love that Skateboard don’t you.”he said and she chuckled.

“Yeah so much .”She said still looking at Snow and Jeremy as they walked ahead of them.

“You still don’t like him.”Dean spoke making Ava looking at him.

“Yep, I feel like he is cheating on my bestfriend. “Ava replied as she rode the skateboard smoothly and Dean smiled.

“Yeah me too, kept telling her that guy is shady but it’s like am spewing rubbish. “Dean said Ava chuckled.

“I still can’t believe that I’m friends with that stubborn girl.”Ava chuckled.

“Hey there let’s eat!! “Snow said as she yelled looking at Dean and Ava who were whispering to each other.

“Your friend is quite rare, isn’t she.”Jeremy said with a Chuckle as he looked at her .

“Yeah, let’s wat Babe before your friends steal you away from me.”Snow chuckled as they fed it each other.

Ava and Dean joined them on the bench as they all began to eat.

“You guys should stop, am here to eat not watch a romance movie.”Ava rolled her eyes but they started to smooch each other.

“You can feed me Ava, am more than pleased. “Dean said with a grin as he moved his brows up and down.

“If you flirt like that, then I’ll make sure to punch your face Bean.”Ava said and Dean frowned.

“Dean , not Bean . Make sure to not call me that infront of the ladies. “He said and Ava laughed.

“Seriously? Do you really have to be so dramatic. “She spoke and then she saw Hardin from afar and surprisingly he was also staring at her.

He was wearing his hoodie since they he was outside and when he saw that Ava was looking.

He turned and walked away making Ava want to follow him .

She sat there with her friends and they ate their meals.

AFTER SCHOOL*

Darcie was in the room since her friends were away. Stacey went shopping with Jajah.

She looked at herself at the mirror as she stared at the reddish cheek which Ava punched her on.

“That girl ,I’ll kill her .”she muttered and made a phone call.

She called a 4 hitmen. She then sent a photo

“Make sure to take kill her, I can’t risk people seeing my true form so I want you to kill her ad burn her body to ashe then send the ashes to her mother.”Darcie said over the phone and dropped it.

She was busy applying makeup on her chin, just imagine a princess of the wolves beaten by a human girl .

That’s a disgrace and highly unacceptable.

After a few minutes she felt a presence in the room and she turned only to see Hardin sitting on a chair crossing his legs.

Her heartbeat was unstoppable as it beat fast , it wasn’t fear but joy.

“Hardin, Never expected to see you here.”she smiled as she stood and looked at him she wanted to walk to him but his next words stopped her

“Don’t ever do that Darcie. “He said and she raised her brow.

“What do you mean by that Hardin?”she asked ,he then stood and appeared infront of her with his cold and hellish grin.

“If I see your paws on her then the next time I visit I’ll have to burn you to ashes.”he muttered dangerously before disappearing.

She was frowning so deeply. “That wrench?!”Darcie said stumping down her foot.

This is getting out of control.

Ava rode her skateboard home, but it seemed like it was already dark cause they went to hang out at a restaurant.

She was still riding it when she was surrounded by 4 men wearing all black. They looked hefty and strong.

Strange that she didn’t even flinch, before her father died he was training her to fight and protect herself since he was from the army so she can handle them.

“What do you want? Money?”she asked and the men chuckled.

“Brave ,and bold. “One of them said and she scoffed.

“Thank gawd you don’t want money cause I wouldn’t give you even if you want money.”she muttered and one of them smirked

“I hate your guts, we’ll make this fast.”he said and one got in the middle and tried touching her but she kicked his c+ķ and the man groaned painful.

They all attacked her but she skillfully kicked them and fought them off.

She then took her skateboard and ran off but

*BANG

One of the men shot her leg and she fell as the bullet penetrated her leg and she groaned.

“F+k!”she cursed as her blood poured out , by now the 4 men stood and the one who shot her smirked.

“I’ll make sure to make your d…..”that’s he could say before he fell down and he was pale.

She saw nothing but the falling men . There’s no one there so what happened to the men.

She groaned when she felt the pain on her leg.
