Angelo ruffled his hair, wondering why he was there in the first place.
Standing outside Emily’s room.
Watching her sleep while mumbling senseless things in her sleep.
“I’m not jealous bluey. Elena can stay here all she likes….i don’t care”. Emily mumbled.
Angelo just chuckled, leaving and going upstairs to his room. He received a text from his brother Callum.
Callum: I’m coming little brother. Soon enough.
Angelo balled his fists and left the text on read, he didn’t have a good relationship with his brother either.
THE NEXT DAY
Emily woke up with determination, she was going to see that prisoner and offer her help else Angelo would kill him and no one will stop him from doing that. Carlos and Alyssa were the only ones that could reason with him and they’re not even here.
She was already on her when bluey called her.
“Emily!, Where are you off to so early?”.
“I was……. just looking around”. Emily lied.
“Forget it…. come and help me”. Bluey smiled, dragging Emily with her.
Emily forced out a smile as they landed in the kitchen.
“Did you sleep well?”.
“Huh?…yes”.
“Emily is something wrong?”. Bluey asked worriedly.
“No no, I’m fine”. Emily shook her head.
AN HOUR LATER
Emily stealthily tiptoed to the dungeon again but it was locked. Damnit. She pulled the iron bars but they wouldn’t budge.
“What the hell do you think you’re doing?”. Elena asked from behind her and Emily flinched, stepping away from the gates.
“I-i was just walking around”. She stuttered, looking around but there was no one else there.
“Walking around?, Did you forget you’re just a slave here?”. Elena laughed.
“You were a lot nicer before”. Emily muttered.
“What did you just say?”.
“Nothing. I have work to do”. And Emily was gone the next second.
Elena watched her leave before smiling, looking at the dungeon gates, then a smirk found its way to her face.

“Sir, the CEO of B group of industries wants to partner with us”. Kira, Angelo’s PA informed.
“Decline”. Angelo said and Kira’s eyes widened. B group of industries is a massive company that even billionaires would die to partner with.
“Okay sir. There’s someone outside your office, he said he wanted to see you urgently but he didn’t have an appointment with you so I didn’t let him in”. Kira informed.
Angelo furrowed his brows, he wasn’t in the mood to see anyone.
“Clear my schedule today”. He muttered and walked out of the office.

Emily tiptoed into Angelo’s room with a broom in her hand and began cleaning up the place. As she cleaned, she looked for the keys but she didn’t find anyone that matched the lock.
She climbed a chair to check the upper shelves and fell off. In the process, she used her hand to try to wedge her fall but ended up discovering a rectangular layer button on the wall, it vibrated as soon as she touched it. At the same time, she noticed a shiny object on the floor.
Yes!!!!.
‘Intruder alert’. It read and sirens began blaring in the room until josh came in.
Oh no!.
“Who the hell is that?”. He burst open the door, his gun ready and stance in perfect position to attack. Emily gulped nervously and stood up, backing up against the wall.
Josh’s eyes widened in surprise as he took in Emily’s disheveled appearance, the broom lying nearby, and the chair overturned on the floor. “Emily? What the hell are you doing here?”
Emily swallowed hard nervously, trying to come up with a plausible excuse. “I-I was just cleaning and I fell, Josh. I didn’t know there was an alarm. I didn’t mean to trigger it”.
Josh lowered his gun, but his expression remained skeptical. “Cleaning? In Angelo’s room? Without permission?”
Emily nodded nervously. “No no, i didn’t come without permission. Miss Anna assigned this work to me.”
Josh raised an eyebrow. “Work? By snooping around his room?”
Emily’s eyes darted around the room, realizing too late that she had stumbled into a dangerous situation. “I-I wasn’t snooping, Josh. I promise.”
Just then, Elena appeared in the doorway, her eyes narrowing as she took in the scene. “What’s going on here?”
Josh looked at her and rolled his eyes before he could stop himself.
Emily’s heart sank as Elena grasped her arm, her grip like a vice. She knew she was in trouble…
“Let go of her Elena, this doesn’t concern you”. Josh intervened, stepping between them.
“Move away Josh, for all we know, she may be trying to steal something,”. Elena seethed.
“Stop it or I’ll have to call Master Angelo”. Josh said.
“Who the f+ck do you think you are to interfere?, You think you can blackmail me using Angelo’s name?”. Elena scoffed.
“I’m not blackmailing you, I’m just asking you not to interfere with this”.
CANNES, FRANCE
Alyssa, Katherine and Nora were all dressed as high school students, the guys likewise and now they were in STARS HIGH SCHOOL.
Alyssa put on her famous smile and walked into the building confidently, garnering the attention of the students. Carlos looked at her silently, she was looking so hot. Blade was openly checking her out and carlos glared at him.
Katherine was busy yelling at Hades for yet another mistake and Nora remained the silent one in the group. Her confidence was there only when she was with Elena, her twin.
A group of boys were sitting in the class and the girls were fawning over them, especially the one in the middle.
“That’s our target”. Katherine gestured discreetly.
“He’s hot”. Alyssa smirked, Nora just stared at him with a shy smile.
“Damn bro, look at these girls”. Blade gushed.
“They’re hot, unlike some people”. Hades smirked at Katherine and she hit his head.
“Yet you were all over me last summer”.
“Touché”. Haded touched his chest and they laughed. This had the students’ attention and they all looked at the six.
“Remember to stay close. His name is skye vanquez. Son of terez vanquez”. Katherine informed and hades burst out laughing.
“What’s funny?”. Katherine glared.
“The names, they’re so frenchy” (A/N : no offence to the French)
“What do you expect?”. Blade joined in.
“Okay okay, that’s enough”. Alyssa cut in and they faced the class.
**ITALY
Angelo came back home, his hair messy, he was exhausted mentally. As soon as he got to his room, he was met with three faces.
“Joshua how dare you?”. Elena yelled.
“What’s going on here?”. Angelo asked and all of them froze, especially Emily.
“Master Angelo”. Josh started. “Emily was in your room earlier, then she touched something and the alarms came on, i came to find out but miss Elena keeps interfering”. He explained.
“Why?”.
“Angelo…
“I….
Both elena and Emily began answering and Emily kept quiet immediately.
“Angelo, i also wanted to find out what she was doing in your room but Josh began threatening me”. Elena sobbed, going to hug Angelo. Josh just left his head lowered.
“I asked you a question”. Angelo faced Emily and Josh thanked the stars that his head was bent so he could hide his smile.
“I-i was cleaning up”. Emily stammered, desperately hiding the shiny object.
“With the chair?”. Angelo cocked his head to the side..
“I- i was dusting the shelf”. Angelo nodded his head slowly and walked towards the dresser.
“Leave”. He ordered all three and Emily was the first to bolt out of the room.
Angelo watched Emily leave and his jaw ticked, his eyes unexplainably dark and his fist clenched.

Emily waited till dark before she could carry out her plan. Making sure everyone was asleep before she snuck into the dungeon again and brought out the key she had gotten from Angelo’s room earlier.
She took a deep breath and unlocked the gate, opened the door and made her way inside.
“Mhm mhm”. The chained man said, Emily stepped forward and removed the gag.
“I’m here to help”. Emily assured and he calmed down.
“What’s your name?”. Emily asked.
“Vlad”. The man answered.
“I’m Emily”.
“Release me please, Angelo will kill me”. Vlad pleaded.
“What did you do?”. Emily asked.
“No time to explain, he’ll kill me ….and you if he finds you here, helping me”. Vlad reasoned.
Emily looked skeptical, she didn’t want to go against Angelo but something about the man’s condition tugged at her heart.
“Please, I’m begging you. You trust me, if not, you wouldn’t be here to help me. Just release me and I’ll tell you everything”.
“Okay”. Emily nodded and began loosing the chains, they were strong and heavy but she was determined and she loosened the chains.
“I’m free, I’m free, I’m finally free after all these years”. Vlad cried.
“There you go, now tell me what you did”. Emily said and Vlad faced her with a wicked grin.
“I can’t have Angelo know anything else, so you’ll have to go darling. You’ve served your purpose”. He shrugged, his teeth was bloody and Emily wanted to gag badly.
“That wasn’t our deal….argh”. Emily countered glaringly but was cut off when Vlad grabbed her throat angrily shoving her painfully and forcefully to the wall.
“Shut the fuck up little girl”. Vlad boomed, tightening his grip on her.
“Please…..”. Emily cried, panting for breath and she could feel herself losing consciousness just like what happened with Angelo, except this time Vlad was ready to kill her and the look on his face was evident. Emily closed her eyes painfully, tears streaming down her face.
“Die you bi+ch….”.
