(Donald’s POV)
I wanted to speak cause all eyes was on me but I was caught by a beautiful lady who was among the bride’s maid.
I pretended and walked out in order to avoid further gesture.
(Bella’s POV)
I felt the relieve of that of someone who was released from carrying heavy log.
“since it’s your intention to enter into marriage, join your right hands and declare your consent before God and his church ” says the priest.
He gave David the book for declaration of consent “I David take you Annabella to be my lawful wedded wife, I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad times, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better for worse, for poorer for richer, in sickness in health, to love and to cherish, until death do us part. ” David declared
He gave me the book for declaration of consent “I Annabella take you David to be my lawful wedded husband, I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad times, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better for worse, for poorer for richer, in sickness in health, to love and to cherish, until death do us part. ” I declared
“you have declared your consent before the church, may the lord in his goodness strengthen your consent and fill you both with blessings. I now join you both in the name of the father, of the son and of the holy spirit. What God has joined together, let no man put asunder ” the priest declared as the church answered amen.
David pulled me for a k*ss, it was like an unending k*ss as people began to clap for us.
(Mary’s POV)
I was so happy as the priest joined us together, I hold the ring and made my declaration. “I Mary take this ring as sign if my love and fidelity in the name of the father, of the son and of the holy spirit ” then I placed it on Kelvin’s finger amidst tears, I don’t know what await me after the party. Kelvin hugged me.
Despite what happened to me, I still felt special and happy but fears grew when I realized I’ll have to go home with him.
“you made me proud ” I had my mum saying to me, it made me to cry more.
I don’t know who to confide and narrate everything that happened. My phone rang unknown caller again, I was scared to pick but I finally picked the call.
“it’s me your friend and the father of your unborn child, I’m here with you and I hope you haven’t disclosed our secret to anyone cause I can shoot you now ” he said
I didn’t say a word, the phone was on my ear until he hung up.
I’m sure it’s truth cause I might be pregnant, an idea stroke me.
“common love you ain’t dancing this is our best day” Kelvin said while pulling me to dance.
I smiled and tried to be nice.
Two days after our wedding things changes as I tried my best for Kelvin to make love to me but he’d insisted saying he just wants us to have three months fun.
He made breakfast for me one morning and I refused to eat, he was worried and decided to ask.
“you don’t want to make love with me, soon people might think I’m barren” I queried
“oh dear, I’ve promised myself never to allow people’s words to weigh me down, you and I know that’s not true and we are having fun so relax” he said
“no o I can’t relax I want baby, I don’t want it to be when I’m old” I said
“really? It seems you now have strong urge for s*x, what happened? ” he asked
“the only thing that happened is that, I’m married ” I said, he ticked me and I began to laugh immediately.
(David’s POV)
“you said after three days, today is the third day hope you won’t say no” I asked Bella
“sweetheart I’d have said yes but I’m on my period ” she said
I almost ran mad at her “two days ago you said you were tired and today you are saying you’re on your period? ” I asked again
“yeah, I’m sorry for not informing you on time, you know I’m a v@gin, I’m scared of it” she answered
I know she’ll be scared of it but I’m fed up with her excuses, I’ll give her one week and after that one week we’ll do it either willingly or unwillingly.
“I give you one week, by this time next week just get ready cause it will be nice and perfect ” I said
“okay dear, I’m coming let me pick this call” she said and excused herself.
She has been receiving that strange call ever since she stepped into my house, sometimes she will run to the toilet to pick the call, I wonder if she have to answer secret call at my back.
(Bella’s POV)
“Donald what is it again that you want from me?” I asked immediately I left my husband to pick the call.
“I want to free you but under one condition ” he said
“I’m ready to do whatever you want be it money or car” I answered
“hold your money and your car, I need that beautiful girl that looks like you ” he said
“I don’t know any beautiful girl that looks like me” I pretended, Donald acts like devil at times.
“since you want to bit around the bush then I should be factual, I need your sister Anita as my new girl ” he said
“you’re not serious, that girl is the only sister I have and you must stay away from her” I said
“wow wow wow you’re trying my house patience right, you don’t know what I can do, check the gate through your window and see” he said
I ran to my room and opened the window, he was standing at the gate knocking.
“I’m coming to take you since you’re not ready for Anita to be mine” he said and knocked the gate.
The gate man opened it, I wanted to accept but he hung the call.
I know that’s my end if my husband gets there before me.
