Immediately I got into the car I took a deep breathe.
TERESA
What the hell was that?
ANGEL MICHAEL
(He stare at me strangely) can you stop sounding like a gutter girl?
TERESA
(I laughed) gutter girl? How does gutter girl sound? (I chuckles)
ANGEL MICHAEL
that sustains isn’t to kill anyone but to make them come back for more, you see to them they are making good money but they have ruined so many homes with that.
TERESA
Then we should report them
ANGEL MICHAEL
That isn’t your assignment, my lord has given another the opportunity to handle the matter, you wait and see.
TERESA
wow this world is full of s–t
He stare at me hardly and I used my hands to cover my face I can’t help sounding like a ” gutter girl ” as he rightly put it, making sure he wasn’t staring at me again I brought down my hands and started the car.
We got home around some minutes to 8 trust me when I say I was d–n tired, I went into my room to take a bath since morning I have been in one panties and sweating in and out(ladies you know what I mean, lol) I took my bath then came downstairs to meet Michael standing.
TERESA
apart from when we eat, don’t you sit down?
(He turn to face me) I feel better when I stand
TERESA
(I sigh) I’m a human I can’t understand the ways of angel can I?
I went into the kitchen and cooked noodle for us both but you needed the drama Michael put up, he said this wasn’t food and bad he totally refuse to get close to it, since he wouldn’t eat it I made ice cream for us, my mother taught me how to make ice cream when she was alive, so instead of going to any ice cream shop to buy I just make it myself. He was surprise when I was making it he kept shouting ” black magic ” I couldn’t help but laugh for heaven’s sake we are in a digital world not everything is black magic but what does he know about our world? When I had finish making the cake I gave him one full cup and he refuse taking it from me.
TERESA
this isn’t fair, you better take it
ANGEL MICHAEL
I can’t take this, is made out of black magic.
TERESA
What I use in making it isn’t magic Angel, its called technology okay?
ANGEL MICHAEL
technology? What’s that?
TERESA
I promise to explain when you taste it.
He stare at me for a while and the ice cream before he collected it, I smiled and gave him one spoon, he waited for me to taste it first ” what an Angel ” I started to take my ice cream yet he was still staring at me and the ice cream in his hand.
TERESA
Don’t just stare at it, lick it and see
I watch him dip his spoon inside and put a little into his mouth, his eyes wilder immediately
ANGEL MICHAEL
The technology is so cold and sweet.
TERESA
( I laughed so hard) this isn’t technology is called ice cream what I use in making it is machine..
ANGEL MICHAEL
But you told me is technology
TERESA
( I laughed again) how’s the ice cream you like it?
He nodded his head and dipped all his face into the ice cream licking it like it will disappear from his hand. When he lift up his face it was all a mess, he had ice cream on his nose, mouth even his hair wasn’t an exception. I smiled at him, how can a grown up man act this cute and childish isn’t God wonderful? I picked up a napkin and held his face in my hand.
TERESA
Let me help you, you are all mess up
He stare at me not saying anything so I took his silent for a yes and wiped his nose, his skin was totally different from ours it was the first time I was staring at him closely. When I touched his lips it was as soft as a baby’s skin ” what I’m I doing, admiring an angel”? My heart started to beat so fast that I was scared he would hear it, he didn’t make it easier too by just sitting and staring into my eyes without blinking I throw the napkin on the chair and ran into my room. ” what the hell was that teresa ” I yell at myself.
