Bridge Of Love – Episode 7

                          Isabella’s Pov

Shut your trap you pig! Mother screamed as she turned to leave 

Wait mother! A voice echoed, Mother and I  turned around and saw Nathan standing right behind us. 

What is it Nathan? Mother asked eagerly as Nathan quickly snatched the jewelry from her and took to his heels. 

Get out of there Isay! Unless you want mother to deal with you…. Nathan yelled as he ran far away with the necklace and I followed him. 

Nathan! Isabella!!! How dare you both? You will come back to this house and meet me…. Silly children… Mother screamed angrily as she watched us run as fast as we could.

I fell heavily on the ground panting helplessly. 

Oh my goodness Nathan… I almost lost my breath while running…. I breathed heavily 

You should be thankful to me Bella cos if not for what I did, she would have pond your jewelry and I heard what father told you before he passed away to keep the jewelry safe…. Nathan said 

Thank you so much Nathan! I wouldn’t know what to do if mother had pond the jewelry…. I said as i hugged Nathan 

Of course am your superman cos i know wherever father is he will be happy that am defending and protecting you… Nathan said proudly but playfully 

Whatever! We are just in bigger trouble now, how are we going to face mother? How do we go back home? I cried 

Yeah right! That’s the only problem we have but don’t worry i will think of something… Nathan said as we walked along. 

                           Eric’s Pov

Mom am ready… I shouted as i rushed out with one of the maids holding my backpack which was used to pack my lunch. 

Get into the car baby! Mom said smiling as the car door was opened and I turned to enter but I stopped. 

What’s that Susan? I asked the maid meanly… Her name is Susan actually. 

It’s your lunch box sir Eric! She said 

Just shut up! Take that away, am big enough now… Am no longer a toddler whose always given a lunch box… I snorted as the maid Susan nodded and walked back inside. 

I sat inside the car and smiled happily as I brought out my camera 📷 and smiled, it was a gift from my dad.. 

This picnic is really gonna be nothing but fun… I muttered to myself 

By the way, my name is Eric Sebastian and am the only son and heir to the wealthy Sebastian family. 

Actually for the first time in my life, we were going out of town for a picnic… a family picnic at uhmm.. San… San Francisco I suppose.

I heard its a kind of rural area but it’s really fun cos it has beautiful mountains and rivers. 

Am so excited so finally mommy and daddy agreed to go for picnic.

We drove into the gates of San Francisco as i chuckled in excitement. 

Daddy! This place looks so beautiful and the air here is fresh…. I said as i quickly picked up my 📷 camera and snapped. 

Yes son! You’re gonna have fun here for sure and you will have lots of stories to tell your friends.. Dad said 

You know son! Keep smiling cos you look cute when smiling OK… My mom Lady Julie said 

OK mom! I said happily 

We got to the beach and spread a mat on the ground.. 

The air was so fresh and the moment was so enjoyable.

Mom! I wanna go take a better view at the turtles over there… I said and mom nodded as i walked to the other side. 

                    Isabella’s Pov

Nathan dragged me along and we stopped by a beach and saw some children looking at life turtles that were washed out of the sea by a wave. 

Nathan! Let’s go take a look at those… I said as i dragged him with me. 

They are so lovely! I said as a smile escaped my lips making me forget the problems we will face when we get home 

Suddenly, I missed a step and fell on a kid there too. 

You little pig! He yelled angrily as Nathan helped me up. 

Am really sorry sir! Nathan and I apologized on seeing that he’s a rich kid.

Shut your filthy trap, do you know how much this dress cost? He screamed in annoyance as he gave me a resounding slap and i held my cheek and gobsmacked…..
