“Do you wish to leave here? We can go somewhere else.” I said and she shook her head.
“I shouldn’t disturb your trainings. It’s still Morning. You can’t just leave. I shouldn’t have come here. I will take my leave.” She said standing up.
“No Sandra. I am not allowing you go home all by yourself. It’s not safe. I am going with you.” I said and she looked at me.
“Kel no.” She said and I shook my head.
“I called you my woman in front of that bastard. And I said I don’t play with my woman. I can’t let you go on your own. It’s dangerous.” I said and all eyes were on us again.
“Kel.” She called and I held her by the hand leading her out of the school.
“Stop arguing with me okay?” I said and she sighed nodding.
“I just don’t want the situation where they would think I am here to just distract you.” She said and I sighed.
“You need to start ignoring the theys. You are with me, they can think whatever they want.” I said tighten my grip on her hand.
We were about walking away when Rose called me from behind.
“Kel.” She called and I looked at Sandra who looked away.
“Stay here.” I said kissing her forehead before walking some meters away from her to where Rose was standing.
“Hey Rose.” I said smiling.
“Where are you going?” She asked looking at Sandra.
“I need to get her home safely. Please help me keep the school running for today.” I said.
“Aren’t you coming back?” She asked and I sighed.
“I am not sure yet. She isn’t in a good mood now and I need to make her happy.” I said and she scoffed.
“Is she your responsibility now? Who is she anyways?” She asked looking kinda angry.
“Stop that look Rose. You will make her uncomfortable, and you will be seeing more of her these days.” I said and she folded her hand looking at me.
“Who is she to you Kel?” She asked and I breathed out loud.
“Can we talk about this later?” I asked looking at Sandra who was looking at us.
“No, not later. I an your bestie right? Tell me. Who is she?” She asked in a loud voice which I am sure Sandra heard.
“She is my woman. Is that okay?” I replied. Why is she so overprotective.
“Your woman?” She asked looking at me.
“Rose please go back to the school. The students are alone in there and you know how playful they are. If I am chanced to come back, I will come back.” I said placing my hands on her shoulders.
“Fine. Make sure you come back, or I am going to come to your house.” She said.
“No need coming Rose. Trust me.” I said.
“I can’t trust you. Not when you are with her.” She said walking into the school.
I sighed and looked at Sandra who had a sorry face on.
“Am sorry for all these.” She said fondling with her fingers.
“It’s not your fault. Rose is just hurt that I didn’t tell her about you earlier.” I said.
“About me?” She asked and I smiled.
“She knows any new friend I have. But yours is different, and the annoying fact to her is that I am calling you my woman.” I said and she sighed.
“To he honest you shouldn’t call me that. I ain’t your woman. And you shouldn’t have kissed me back there at the company.” She said bowing her head.
“Am so sorry I did that. I was just trying to tell him to back off.” I said feeling kinda hurt.
“It’s okay. Now I am not there, it won’t happen again right?” She asked and I nodded reluctantly.
“No it won’t happen again. Am so sorry.” I said and she nodded.
“It’s okay.” She replied and I tried to keep a Smiling face. I was actually happy calling her my woman but it seems she doesn’t like me after all.
“Coffee?” I asked as we passed a restaurant and she shook her head.
“Right now I need someone to pet me sleep. I have cried so much and now am tired.” She said and I nodded.
“I understand. We will take a taxi home now.” I said and she nodded resting her head on my arm.
