After Sniper dropped the supposed call from Thorin about how he should eliminate King Zayne,he turned around to his man who brought the note to him.
"How did you get the note?" He questioned.
Hunter smiled delicately "It's Lionel your majesty"
"Lionel?" Zayne raised his brows and Hunter nodded.
The door opened and Lionel came into the office.
"Yes your majesty,I overheard Thorin asking his personal guard to get him the most powerful gangster in the country and he happens to be a friend of mine. He asked me if I have anyone in mind and I simply gave him the number from your burner phone" Lionel explained.
Zayne cranked up a smile.
"What should we do now your majesty? He wants to get rid of you as expected" Hunter sighed.
"Let's see how it goes,don't worry about it. I will handle everything on my own" Zayne uttered.
Hunter and Lionel bowed.
"I told you I was going to close down the villa right?"
"Yes your majesty"
"Let's wait till then, I need to make that fool go crazy" Zayne smirked.

~𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐎𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫~
"It's tonight" Zayne checked the time as he spoke.
"What would you like us to do your majesty?" Lionel and Hunter bowed.
"Here" Zayne gave them the burner phone.
"When we get to the highway,,assume we are out of gas and find a way to leave just me in the car and leave another car empty for me" He explained.
"You won't be able to open the door coz I'm going to lock it before I get down,without anyone's notice,get the guards attention and make sure they are distracted by the car it's not opening so I can drive off in another one,you should be careful though,I will be planting this in the car before getting down" He showed them something in form of a wristwatch.
"It's, a time bomb" Lionel muttered.
Zayne nodded.
"We understand,your majesty" They both chorused.
~𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐓𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞~
"Why aren't you saying anything? You still owe me my balance" he said over the phone again.
Thorin started peeing in his pant,Right on the spot.
Zayne stared at him and cracked a soft laughter.
"Are you scared?" He marched close and Thorin shifted back.
"What are you waiting for? My balance" He tapped his phone.
Thorin swallowed and started pressing his phone,with the way he was shaking,he sent more than he should,almost getting his account to zero.
"I'm always with you Thorin,you should know that by now,don't you think?" Zayne sighed.
"I'm not going to do anything now,but don't try to run away,,you will only make things worse" he pondered.
Thorin couldn't utter a word,Zayne smiled at him dryly and walked away.
Thorin ran into the next building,leading to his suite,he bumped into Theny on his way.
"Hey,where have you been? I was in your room since thirty minutes ago......
"Fuck off!" Thorin yelled and went inside,the door closed behind him loudly.
"What happened?" Theny wondered and turned around to check Thorin's door again.
He sighed and walked away.

~MINUTES LATER, KING'S CHAMBER~
Charlotte beamed with smile as she watched Zayne eating her food as if it's the most delicious thing in the world.
"You like it?"
Zayne raised his head a little "I like whatever comes from you" he said with a quick smile.
"Hunhun,that sounds like it's not delicious but you are eating it because it's me" She pouted sadly.
"That's not what I mean,it's delicious of course" Zayne chuckled.
Charlotte smiled and continued eating her food as well.
"So what took you so long? I was impatient and worried"
"Really?" Zayne smiled.
"Of course"
"It won't happen next time,I promise" Zayne dropped his cutlery after he was done.
"You're full now?"
"Yeah,totally"
"You look tired,you should take your bath and rest,I will look after you,should I get you some pills to ease........
"You don't have to worry about me,I will be fine after bathing" Zayne stood up and Charlotte followed her.
"So how was your day? Went to school?" Zayne gave her a questioning look.
"No I didn't" Charlotte smiled and came closer to hug him.
"I was missing you all day" She mumbled.
Zayne kissed her neck and carefully lifted her up,Charlotte giggled like a baby and wrapped both legs and arms around him.
"What part do you miss the most?" He whispered into her ear.
"Naughty" Charlotte hit his shoulder playfully.
"Well....I miss every part,but the lips more" Charlotte smiled and Zayne nods.
"I see,no offense taken,my lips are sexy,so I understand" He smirked.
"Oh please" Charlotte laughed,the laughter slowly went down and she gently touched his lips.
Then she began leaning closer,till she locked hers with his own.
Zayne bit her lower lip teasingly and she moaned,their tongues fought for space as they took in all the hot and wet sweetness.
He squeezed her @ss cheeks and spanked her before breaking the kiss.
"Why did you stop" Charlotte pouted.
"Because I need to freshen up and.....
"Don't take too long,I will be waiting on the bed,right here" She winked and pointed to the bed.
Zayne chuckled and nodded.
"Yes your highness" He said as he dropped her before leaving the room.

~MUSE RESTAURANT~
Samara was standing beside her car outside the restaurant,she held her phone while killing time and waiting for Daniel to finish up with his shift.
"Hi pretty" A voice called and she raised her head with a little frown visible on her face.
It's a guy obviously.
"Hi I'm......
"I don't need your introduction,keep it" Samara snapped before he could even land.
"I just want to be friends,you look pretty" he said and Samara sighed without giving him any answer.
"I would like to........
"Like to what?" A voice Samara recognized immediately came from the back and she grinned.
She immediately went to Daniel and hugged him,but Daniel was still busy glaring at the guy.
"Oh,you're her girlfriend? The waiter? You don't remember me?" The guy smiled.
"Probably you're not someone that important for me to remember,move" Daniel snapped.
"Ooh" The guy immediately shifted.
"I've been waiting for you baby,you kept me waiting" Samara mumbled cutely.
"I'm sorry" Daniel said.
The guy stood in a position,staring at them till they entered the car and and drove off.
"Whoa" He bit his lip.
"What was that?" Daniel asked after few distance away.
"What was what?" Samara grinned and leaned closer,Daniel's the one driving,not her.
"You should have entered the restaurant rather than waiting outside,what if that idiot did something more?" Daniel asked in an angry voice.
"Something more,like what?" Samara grinned.
"Is this a joke to you?" Daniel frowned and she stopped grinning.
"I'm sorry" She mumbled and sat down properly.
Daniel sighed. "I'm not mad at you,I'm just worried" He said.
"So where are we going? Your place?" Samara glanced.
"Is there anywhere else you wanna go?"
"Cook for me please,I'm hungry......
"Let's branch in a restaurant,I'm too tired for that right now Samara" Daniel said.
"Oh,I'm sorry I forgot" She immediately touched him.
"I know,so let's get food and go home"
"Home? You want me to sleep over?" She grinned.
"I know you Sam,you've made your decision the moment you choose to appear this time of the night,even if I don't want you to stay,you will tell me you can't drive home since it's late" Daniel scoffed.
Samara laughed.
"You sure know me so well baby"
"Baby? You called me that earlier too,I thought it was just acting" Daniel glanced at her a little.
"No,I'm just practicing,until we make it official" Samara mumbled with a red face,she tucked her hair behind her ear and looked away shyly.
Daniel cracked a smile and shook his head.
"You're so adorable" He sighed.
Samara took her lips in and kept stealing glances from him as he drive.

~TWO DAYS AFTER, GOLDEN PALACE~
It's about 7pm in the evening,the palace was filled up and decorated to the best special taste of the royal feast festival. Different royal family sitting and eating,the maids filling up every tables with different delicacies,no table is empty,everyone's eating and having fun.
Not only the royal families,the invited guests,friends and mates also available to join this special feast.
The compound of the palace was totally covered up.
The kings and older men are gathered together somewhere separate,having their own fun and conversation,same as the queens and other elderly women together.
Samara was holding unto Daniel like anyone would take him away from her,she was showing him around with excitement on her face.
"Are you sure this is okay? I don't want trouble" Daniel said.
"Oh please,aside from the fact that you're my guest,you're also a special person,so nobody will question you young mister" Samara scoffed.
Daniel nodded. "It's my first time here,and the palace is even more than what I've heard,it's so classic and expensive,enchanting too. It must feel so good to sleep and wake up here everyday"
"Hmm, aside from the nights I spend at your place" she whispered into his ear and Daniel chuckled.
"Samara,where are you off to?" They saw queen Vynessa as they were about going into the main building,she was coming out.
"Oh mother" Samara smiled.
Daniel's eyes widened,he disconnected his hand from Samara and bowed.
"Good evening, your highness" He bowed.
Queen Vynessa stared with a straight look.
"Who's he?" She faced Samara.
"Daniel,he's my........
"Friend" Daniel completed it for her and Samara batted her lashes.
"Be careful" Queen Vynessa said shortly and walked away.
Samara exhaled and faced Daniel with a frown.
"Friend? Really?"
"I'm sorry.......
"Sorry won't solve anything,why would you tell her you're just a friend?" Samara snapped.
"She doesn't like me" Daniel sighed.
"How the hell did you figure that out so soon? Daniel.....
"It's obvious,and I don't want anything that might make her scold you,,I understand okay? I've seen different princes the moment I stepped in here,looking all elegant and rich,any mother would feel disappointed if her daughter choose someone like me instead" Daniel said.
Samara chuckled hurtfully and shifted from him.
"Is this supposed to be about what my mother thinks or me??"
"Collaboration,she's your mother. Same way I feel too whenever I see your brother,but somehow,he seems to like me. But that might not be enough....
"My brother is the king,I don't care if mother doesn't approve of you,as long as my brother likes you,that's it. Even if he doesn't,I still won't leave you,So you better get rid of any thoughts in your head telling you to leave me,it's never going to happen,you are mine and that's it" Samara glared and walked away.
Daniel sighed and immediately went after her.

Lydia looked left and right to see if any maids was watching,fortunately nobody noticed. She opened the small bottle and sprinkled the white substance into Charlotte's drink according to what queen Lirien ordered.
After she was done,she left and walked straight to Charlotte's table where she was sitting with other women.
"My lady,here it is" Lydia dropped it in front of her.
"Thanks,you may leave" Charlotte smiled.
Lydia exchanged glances with queen Lirien before walking away.
"Queen Charlotte,don't you think it's time you start giving the king kids?" One of the women asked.
"I know,but it's not for me to decide,it will happen eventually" Charlotte smiled.
"Sure,I'm sure the king will be hoping for a son"
"That's what I want as well" Charlotte chuckled and the women nodded.
Queen Lirien didn't say anything,her only concern was for her to drink the wine in front of her.
Charlotte took the glass and put it in her mouth,Lirien looked away with a satisfied smile.
"Mothers,please excuse me,I will be back" Charlotte stood up.
"Don't take too long"
Charlotte smiled and left.
She was walking and saw Emily also coming,they both stopped when they saw each other.
Before Emily could talk,Erica appeared behind her and grinned at Charlotte.
"She came as my friend" Erica said.
Charlotte only flashed them both a smile before walking away.
"What was that?" Emily blinked.
"Knew she found out,that bitch" Erica spat.
Charlotte entered into the restroom and poured her wine into the sink,she coughed and spit inside as well,though she only pretended to drink earlier but still it touched the tip of her tongue.
Tears rolled down her eyes as her mind went to Lydia,the way she exchanged glance with Lirien was too suspicious for her not to notice.
"It shouldn't have been you Lydia" She muttered and wiped her tears.
Everything became dawn on her,,it was after Lydia served her that tea that she got the miscarriage,but why? Why is she working for Lirien?
She took her phone and started texting Zayne.
"Your highness,are you in there?" She heard a voice outside the restroom and stopped.
"Who's that?"
"It's Lionel your highness,I saw you coming here and I followed. I'm going to stand outside here and escort you back to your table your highness" Lionel said.
Charlotte sighed and said nothing,then she continued typing again.

King Zayne and other kings together with the elders clinked their glasses of wine together after a successful conversation about a particular business.
"You're so brilliant,king Zayne,you really shocked everyone's expectations" One of the men said.
"Ohh...I didn't know everyone had a measure for my reign already" Zayne smiled.
"No,that's not what I meant,I just think you're really amazing"
Zayne nodded.
"He's right your majesty,you're more capable,even than some kings in their old age,I commend the late king,he was really right"
Zayne smiled and nodded.
"Aren't you interested in getting a second queen?" King Vesmus,Erica's father raised the matter up.
"I wanted to say that as well,,a great king shouldn't rely on just one queen,even your father had two" Another person spoke up.
"That being said,my daughter is totally available,it will be the best gift I will be giving her,she has been disturbing me for a while now" from another.
"I believe I spoke up first,and besides The king and my daughter,have some history. Wouldn't it be great if they come together as one?" King Vesmus said.
"That doesn't mean anything,King Zayne is a young king and can decide on his own,my daughter is there too,more beautiful to compare."
The men kept on arguing about who should be given to him.
Zayne smiled and sipped his wine,then dropped it.
"As you all know,I'm just twenty two,,and it might be too hard for me to handle two queens. And besides I don't want to build up the same family my father built. Which means,I'm not planning to do so now or even in future,I only need a woman beside me and that's Charlotte" He stated.
"But I heard a rumor once that you have no interest in her"
"Like you said,it's only a rumor" Zayne smiled.
"I love her as much as she love me,you should be getting prepared to welcome a prince very soon" He added.
The men went mute.
King Zayne's phone buzzed and he took it from the table,a text from Charlotte.
CHARLOTTE: Want you, I'm in your chamber....
Zayne got up immediately.
"Where are you off to?"
"Go on and have fun without me" he smiled and walked away.
Hunter followed him immediately.
"What happened to Charlotte?"
"She went to the restroom and Lionel followed her,he just called me that she has been crying,your majesty" Hunter bowed and Zayne frowned.
Thorin was sitting with Theny and some other friends,he stared at Zayne as he left.
'What's he planning? He's not going to do anything yet?' He wouldn't stop thinking.
Not just that,,he's scared,really. For the first time,he admitted it,he's scared of that young boy.
"Are you okay? You're restless,is there something you would like to tell me?" Theny asked with concern.
"There's nothing" Thorin muttered.

Zayne entered the bedroom and found Charlotte on the bed.
"Charlotte" He called and quickly joined her.
"What's wrong?"
Charlotte broke into tears and hugged him.
"Answer me"
"I....was...drugged....I can tell,by her looks. She must have bribed my maid,,she's the reason I had a miscarriage" She cried.
"Who are you talking about?" Zayne raised his brows.
"Queen Lirien" Charlotte sniffed.
"What do you mean by she's the reason behind the miscarriage?" Zayne snapped.
"I don't want to be sure,but...my instinct can't lie. She added the drug in my wine tonight......
"Where's the wine?"
"I....poured it into the sink" Charlotte muttered.
"Isn't that a dumb thing to do?!" Zayne snapped.
Charlotte bit her lip and tears continue dropping from her eyes.
"You noticed something and disposed the only evidence you have? How am I supposed to believe you now if I'm a detective? How many times do I have to talk to you to act like......." He paused and sighed out.
"But anyway,if what you claim is true in any fucking way,I will kill that darn maid first before dealing with Lirien" Zayne said and stormed out of the room.
"Your majesty,is there a problem?" Hunter asked as they followed him.
Zayne sighed and stopped walking,he faced them.
"Charlotte thinks,she was drugged,reason behind her miscarriage,and she also claimed that the same thing happened tonight,but she mistakenly poured her wine,so there's no evidence yet. Search for one" Zayne told them.
"We understand,your majesty"
"If you don't find any,then I will announce for a search among the maids,I won't specify but know well that the maids serving Charlotte are the main suspects. If I can find that drugs or poison whatsoever,,then everyone should be ready for war in this freaky hell of a palace" Zayne hissed and walked away angrily.
Hunter and Lionel sighed.
"Is this a week for criminals?" Hunter sighed.
"I will specially ask for permission to be the one to behead Thorin when the time comes,that nigga stressed me" Lionel muttered and Hunter chuckled.
"Stay with the queen and keep an eye on her, I will follow his majesty" He said.
"Alrighto" Lionel winked and returned to the front of the king's chamber.
He could hear Charlotte's faint cries and he sighed.
Seems the king is too angry to even show her any affection.

~𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭~
Charlotte was already sleeping when Zayne returned to his room,she slept with her dress on.
Zayne sighed and sat down on the bed with her,he took her legs one after the other and removed her heels. He zipped down her dress and took it off,Charlotte opened her eyes in the process and they made contacts.
"I'm sorry,,I didn't think before acting. I'm sorry" She mumbled tearfully.
"Charlotte,it's okay. I was wrong for getting too angry and for leaving you alone here,I'm sorry okay?" Zayne also apologized.
Charlotte sat up and moved into his chest.
"Stop crying"
"I'm just scared, what if the drug is too dangerous? What if I can't give you a son? What if you get another woman and.......
"Can you just f**king stop?!" Zayne snapped.
Charlotte shook her head.
"I thought about different situations when you left me here,if you get another woman who gives you a son,you won't look at me anymore,you won't. I don't think I can handle that,I will kill myself" She cried.
Zayne sighed and placed his hand on his forehead.
"Can I have a little rest from these wild imaginations of yours please?"
"I won't have another woman,it's going to be just you and me,how many times do I have to tell you and prove myself to you that I only want you? You still don't trust me? Do you? It's going to be sad If you still don't trust me at this point of our fucking lives"
"I trust you,I just.....
"That's all I need to hear, so keep on trusting me. Okay?"
Charlotte nodded.
Zayne sighed and hugged her again.
"And that nonsense you said,don't ever say it again. We are going to have kids,you will get pregnant,do you understand?"
Charlotte nodded.
"I will get a Doctor who's not from our country, I don't care if you have to go through the plane for everything,as long as you are fine. Is that okay?" King Zayne asked and Charlotte nodded.
"I love you" She mumbled.
"I love you more Charlotte,I wish you believe me that I do" Zayne sighed and closed his eyes as they hugged each other.

~TWO DAYS LATER ~
"See who I found" Samara entered Charlotte's room with some pictures in her hand.
"What's that?" Charlotte looked up from her laptop.
"Here" Samara sat down on the bed.
"Pictures of my brother when he was a baby" She grinned.
"Really?" Charlotte chuckled and immediately shifted close.
They started checking the pictures one after the other.
"My brother is so cute,Right?" Samara chuckled when they saw one where he was holding a lolipop in his hand.
Meanwhile,Charlotte was lost in thought.
She's not even exaggerating but this baby looks too familiar for her not to remember.
"I saw him somewhere before,these pictures" She said.
"My brother pictures? That's not possible" Samara laughed it off.
But was confused when Charlotte left the bed,she took about three from the pictures.
"Don't wait for me Sam,but I will be back" She said and quickly put on her shoes,then ran out.
"What's with her?" Samara blinked.

~LADY NIATA'S HOUSE~
Charlotte did not even greet her mom as she rushed into the house,she went straight into her mother's room and opened the big wardrobe.
She started searching till she found the box,same box where she saw those pictures.
Fortunately,the pictures are still there. They aren't her baby pictures at all.
And by the time she placed the pictures she took from Samara beside tbe ones she just found in her mom's box,by the time she compared.
The babies are exactly the same.
Her mom doesn't have any other kid aside her right? At least that's what she was told,but for heaven sake,what's Zayne's baby pictures doing in her mom's wardrobe?
"Charlotte,what's going on?" Niata entered.
Charlotte stood up with the pictures and showed her.
"I've never seen you brought these pictures out,it was a mistake when I found them one day. Mom who is this baby to you?" Charlotte asked,her breathing not really getting down again.
Niata stared at the pictures as If she was trying hard to remember,,and suddenly she grabbed her head as one heavy headache struck her.
Different brightness of flashbacks,voices and faces she doesn't understand ran through her head within five seconds and she began to tremble,sweat filled her up,she stared at the picture again.
"My....my....my baby" Niata stuttered before collapsing on the floor.
Charlotte's throat first went dry that same second.
