*LARISA’S ROOM

She just came back from hunting and right now she was appearing in her room.

She went I’m her room and changed her clothes as she walked to her mirror.

She activated the mirror with her powers but then something weird was going on because whenever she tries to activate it it only showed smoke.

No Ava.

No sound.

Something was terribly wrong and she could actually feel it in her gut .

Seems like someone was blocking the mirror’s powers and it seems like it’s someone who is also a supernatural and there’s only one kind of supernatural who had powers of blocking anything and those are demons.

They are on the lowest rank but they can block any sound or connection of their suspects.

It means that wherever she is she must be in danger, and this means if she doesn’t find her then Hardin might skin her alive.

She quickly stood and disappeared using her powers.

BACK IN THE PARTY

She was hopeless and then a tear drop fell. No amount of words can actually tell how she felt.

She has never felt so useless, powerless and defenseless. She felt so uncomfortable that it made her feel like throwing up.

She is annoyed cause she can’t even see the bastard, right now the man was about to unzip her dress when a powerful force threw him off.

Ava slowly stood , as she exhaled she needs to get out before he gets up. She limped to the door, every step felt like internity cause her head is banging like hell.

She was about to turn the door knob when the door locked as the key turned but there’s no one at the door so how?

Unless?

She turned and her suspicion was absolutely right cause the man stood there with laughing.

She balanced herself with the door and he walked towards her slowly and stopped infront of her.

“You..your not a human .”she muttered and all she could feel was a dagger placed on her neck and she panicked.

“You know, you are stupid to think you could escape me. I’ve got to take you to my boss but then I’ve been longing to have you.”he said with a grin.

Ava stood still, not moving and that made him quiet dazed by her boldness, some girls will be crying now.

“Why not kill instead of playing pathetic games! I don’t want to be touched, just end this…..”

Slap!

That was enough to shut her up and she staggered.

“Shut up! You are wasting my time you despicable human , I hate those who talk back to me.”

He took out his daggers and slammed it on her tummy but he made sure to slam it where it won’t kill her .

He needs her alive in order to deliver her .

“Arrggggh”she groaned as blood rushed out of her stomach, this was just hell.

“Now ,I’ll just have to f+ck you bloody. “He smirked as he touched her again but then this time her necklace glowed and turned red.

Before he could even land a single hand she emmidietly disappeared from the room and that left her stunned herself.

The anger on his face was not normal as he felt like killing everyone. How on earth was she able to disappear?

How can someone who has power like him get so careless like that? All he knows is that she is a human and he can’t disappear.

All he knows is that this is bad, if she finds out who he is then it might leave him exposed.

As he was pacing in the room he heard the door knob turn and as expected another man came in the room and he faced him.

“I’m done with the other one, she is in the truck, what about you ?

“The human disappeared out of nowhere but I think it has something to do with the necklace around her neck. I think a supernatural was behind this” he explained and the other man gasped.

“It was supposed to be a F+k,take job. The boss is gonna be so angry man! So what are you going to do about this huh? Yunno,I know he expected us to deliver because of our powers.”

“Just shut up already and let’s kidnap another human already. “He said and they vanished from the room but they never noticed that someone was watching them both.

The person was not scare but thrilled, the smirk on her face was enough to give it off that she was happy.

She saw their faces ,she knows their identities but then she isn’t going to say a word.

That person was…..

Max has been looking for Ava for so many hours, it’s been 3 hours and the worry on his face was so visible.

He can’t even using his hearing ability because of the noises from the party. This ability was something that needed focus.

He searched in the female restroom but nothing, he tried asking her friends but they were gone.

He searched outside but still nothing, he was heading to the upstairs rooms when Larisa appeared infront of him.

“Where is Ava Max?”

“I don’t know, I’m looking for h…”

Bang!

Larisa punched him fast and he groaned. “The hell!”he exclaimed as his face was bruised.

The bruises disappeared fast and He glared at her with gritted teeth.

“You bastard, I should have stopped you when you asked her out you goat. You are such useless vampire. “She spat

“You don’t even know where she is right now. You didn’t even know when she left.”she said with anger and he was speechless.

She was right he didn’t know where she was.

“You should look for her before Hardin comes otherwise you are done.”Larisa warned and he frowned.

“Who said Hardin owned her , Ava and Hardin aren’t even a thing.”he bluttered.

“Let’s just go .”she said as they both vanished and got into the room Ava was in as they both smelled blood.

“Someone was here.”Larisa muttered and they both gasped cause the energy they felt was a DEMON’S dark energy.

“What happened here?”Larisa thought as she looked around.

On the other hand Max was freaking out, he was so worried cause she wouldn’t be missing if he was closely watching her.

LUTHER’S CASTLE*

Inside the house it was dark, no lights.

Lucas stood in a very dark room as he was facing the window. He heard different sounds from outside.

He stood there motionless and cold. The only thing was the whereabouts of Hardin.

Just then Amanda came in the room with a smile.

“Lucas ,you seem to have visitors. “Amanda spoke getting close to him and he turned to look at her.

“Let me guess , the wolves.”

“Yep.”

“Those foolish dogs don’t even knock before entering. “He muttered as he disappeared.

He appeared in the living room where he saw Darcie’s father and his henchmen

“So you call your visitors foolish dogs Lucas. “He said and He smirked.

“Why shouldn’t I call them that, this is my house so my rules.”he said and that made Darcie’s father scoff.

“I’m a king and who are you?

“I’m not a king but am stronger than you so do shut up before I kill you.”Lucas said .

“I’m not here for that, I’m here to propose a marriage deal between lord Hardin and My daughter. “He said.

“Do you think Hardin will agree to a marriage with Darcie .”Lucas scoffed .” And besides I don’t want my son to marry your daughter. “Lucas said direct.

“Ohh really, so you want you son to marry a human girl huh.

“What do you mean by that?”Lucas said turning serious .

“My daughter said your son is busy protecting a human girl, question is why is he protecting her? Does he love her?”the man grinned and Lucas was speechless.

“I’ll take that as a yes, We’ll be meeting for dinner here to get to know our beautiful couple. “He said then walked out of the house.

Lucas was beyond shocked because this really can’t be true.

AVA’S ROOM *

Right now she was on her bed as her mother was bandaging her stomach. She was worried about her.

She literally screamed when she saw her state but luckily she didn’t loose too much blood.

Although at that state, Ava looked somehow. She has never been like this, she looked hopeless and that made her worry.

When she finished patching her she put away the First aid kit away and then sat on the bed holding her hand.

“So what happened?

Ava then faced her, her eyes were red cause of the tears. But then she was calm.

“We were at the party when we hot attacked, two men walked in with guns, they tried shoot me but Max blocked the gun and I was stabbed trying to escape which I successfully did. Then called the police and Max was taken to hospital. But I don’t know about the others .”she lied.

It was as if she was a pro cause she was calm .

“I’m sorry, I hope you heal and that boy really loves . I have to thank him for taking care of you.”she said kissing her forehead gentle.

“An you are no longer going to any party, I can’t loose my only daughter. “She said and Ava nodded.

“But the last part of that sentence is not make sure ,I’m dying soon mom and you really have to accept it.”Ava spoke and her mother was quite.

“J..ust …just sleep.”she said getting out of Ava’s room, her eyes were teary. No matter how she protects her she is going to loose her daughter.

Meanwhile back in the room Ava let out her tears as she looked at nothing in particularly.

Not because of the pain but the way that man tried touching her. It was humiliating and embarrassing. It was uncomfortable.

Just then Larisa and Max appeared in the room and Max ran to her to touch her but she stopped him.

“Just, don’t.”Ava said and he stopped.

“What happened to you Ava? Why are you hurt .”Max asked looking at her and he noticed her tears also and he was more worried.

“I don’t want to talk about it Max, just leave Okay I’ll be fine.”

“Shít!”he exclaimed as she backed away.

“The only person who can heal her wound is Hardin.”he thought inwardly.

Larisa was also worried, she can’t possibly ask her, cause of her state.

“Let’s leave Max.”she said to Max who looked at Ava. He hates the fact that she was crying.

Both of them dissapeared in the room and she was like that for a while. Eventually she closed her eyes and got in her duvet and slept.

It hasn’t been two hours she was dreaming about that man. She was shaking and breathing fast.

“No..

“No..”she whimpered

She emmidietly opened her eyes as she gasped . She saw someone on the bed sitting there looking at her.

His eyes showed something far more than calm. He really hasn’t changed.

It was Hardin

She stared at him and then she looked away and slept on her bed , by seeing him her tears increased.

“Ava”he muttered looking at her softly and she ignored.

He slowly tried touching her but her words stopped him.

“Don’t touch me Hardin, just get out of my room.”she muttered but he only stood and yanked the duvet revealing her bandaged wound .

Her t-shirt was not able to cover her bandage so it was visible.

He tried getting her up but she refused to.

“Hardin I said d….”

“Don’t stop me Ava, don’t break the cool that I have right now, You don’t know how I feel right now.”he muttered and she allowed him to take off her bandage and he placed his palm oh her tummy.

His gaze was on her face and she looked away . Within minutes she was completely healed.

She wanted to lay down but Hardin grabbed her hand and drew her close to him and their yes met.

He looked at her , she looked broken , hopeless.

“What happened?”he asked and she pushed him away from him.

“Do you love me Hardin.”she asked but he was quite.

“Thank you for your answer.”she said even hurt than ever.

“Who knows you were even with you immortal girlfriends. “She said and he frowned.

“Who told you that?”he muttered trying to touch her but she looked at him .

“Is it Max.? He found himself asking and she chuckled dryly.

“No he did not, do you even know the reason I went with him to the party, it was because I was trying to stop thinking about you. I was trying to fill in the empty void in my heart Hardin. “

“But I realized that I can never replace you, even if I tried forgetting you I just can’t. Because unlike you I know what I want , I love you so much but I’ve asked countless times if you also do and your answer was always ‘ Don’t have feelings for me.’

“So now I’m asking myself if I’m just a plaything to you ? Am I a game in your eyes? I don’t even know what this is .” She spoke as she took of the Emerald necklace on her neck and threw it to him.

He was speechless, all he could do is to watch her.

“I’ve liked you but am not stupid to fall for someone who doesn’t even know what they want. If you don’t want me you could’ve told instead of giving me clueless answers. I wish I never met you.”she said with a tear , she was hurt cause all her wrote in the letter was that he’ll be back soon.

“Leave now. If you come across me in danger don’t save me just walk and let them kill me cause that’s what I wished happened to me today, And go get your black card , I never spent anything.”she replied coldly.

“Ava”he muttered but she only laid on her bed.

“Leave my room Hardin, Leave my life and my problems cause I don’t think I want to see you.
