Parties aren’t really my thing, It doesn’t interest me at all, I prefer a nice solitude with myself or doing exciting things like touring around the world seeing exotic places.

Just as I promised Morenike, I told her I would show up at her party tonight, so I seeked permission from my parents and immediately they gave me their consent, I took off going straight to Morenike’s house.

I’ve never been to her house before but finding it wouldn’t be a problem. As soon as I got to her neighborhood, I decided to ask the roaming demon spirits if they could pin point her location for me, One of the demon spirits who I later know as *Eegun* approached me and told me her location but the b-stard played hard to get at first .

Eegun ➡ You want to know the location of Morenike?

Ebinoluwa ➡ You know her?

.

Eegun ➡ Of course I do.. She’s such a nice human girl.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Alright show me her place.

Eegun ➡ Well… I can’t.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Why?

Eegun ➡ Cause you’re a witch! You’re probably going to eat her.

Ebinoluwa ➡ I’m not going to eat her.. She’s my friend and she invited me to her party.

Eegun ➡ I don’t believe you.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Look demon.. You’re wasting my time! I promised her that I would come.

Eegun ➡ Well, I still don’t believe you and I still won’t tell you. You’ll have to find the house yourself.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Alright.. Fine by me. I’ll find the house even if it takes me all night.

Eegun ➡ WAIT!!!

Ebinoluwa ➡ What!?

Eegun ➡ You look familiar… Who are you?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Ebinoluwa. That’s all you need to know.

Eegun ➡ Hold on.. Ebinoluwa… The Ebinoluwa, the Hybrid. You’re her?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Yes.. I’m me.

In that moment, as Eegun and I were getting acquainted, Some area boys approached me laughing like hyenas, they were so smelly and irritating, it’s like they haven’t taken their baths for weeks.

I ignored them and stood my ground hoping they would just pass by and walk away but it seems they had something dirty in mind.

Area boy 1 ➡ OMO.. Arabinrin yii dara… (This girl is fine)

AB 2 ➡ Wallahi… Hey little girl… Are you lost? (Laughs)

Ebinoluwa ➡ (Speaking Yoruba) Fi ọwọ kan mi ati pe iwọ yoo ku ni iṣẹju-aaya ti nbọ…. (Touch me and you’ll be dead in the next second)

AB1 ➡ EHN?? So you get mouth abi!?

In a Flash, All 4 guys rushed at me trying to grab hold of me, I wanted to cast a spell on them but then suddenly something unexpected happened.

Eegun who was watching all this happening, Slapped all 4 thugs at the same time scattering them all over the streets. It wasn’t the speed of his slap that surprised me but the side effect of his assault.

After receiving the invisible slap, The guys stood up and began to shout running helter-skelter, they began to rip their clothes and shout like donkeys, doing things like mad men.

Within minutes, All 4 guys gave out one final scream and collapsed on the cold street, it didn’t take me long to realize they were dead.

Ebinoluwa ➡ You k-lled them.

Eegun ➡ Is that a problem?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Not at all.

Eegun ➡ Good! This thugs deserved what they got.. They don’t deserve to live.. It’s because of them many girls don’t have a future.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Why do you care so much about human affairs?

Eegun ➡ I don’t care about human.. I only care about what is right and wrong.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Alright… Can we go now?

Eegun ➡ Hold on… Your mother is Christen right?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Yes.. You know her?

Eegun ➡ Who doesn’t! She’s the only nicest Witch all around Ibadan.. Her reputation speaks for her. She’s truly a remarkable being.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Yes she is.. Can we go now?

Eegun ➡ Sure.. Climb on my back.. I’ll take you there.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Won’t people freak out if they see a little girl floating in the sky!

Eegun ➡ It’s night time.. Who can see you in the darkness?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Okay.. Let’s go.

I mounted on Eegun’s back and we flew in the air heading straight to Morenike’s house, I looked down at the neighborhood listening to the voices of the people on the streets and inside the house.

It was nice feeling the night breeze in my face and hair, There’s nothing more lively than this. People might say having money gets you to the best places, I’d like to see them use their wealth to get a ride on a demon’s back.

Moment later, Eegun and I arrived at Morenike’s house, It was a bungalow but it was fairly big, There was a parking garage and a small space enough for anyone to do any small activity.

As soon as we arrived, Eegun dropped me off and flew away into the dark atmosphere, I on the other hand went and stood in front of the door knocking gently.

Seconds later, Morenike’s parents came and opened the door, They were surprised to see a strange little girl standing alone at their door step.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Good Evening.

Bolaji ➡ Evening.. Are you lost little girl?.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ I believe I’m at the right place.

Kemi ➡ Are you sure?

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Absolutely! Is Morenike around?

Bolaji ➡ Who are you?

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Ebinoluwa Riley.. I’m her friend in school.

.

Bolaji ➡ Oh…. Sorry, I didn’t know it was you.. You’re welcome. Ehm, where are your parents?

Ebinoluwa ➡ They’re at home.. Is there any problem?

.

Kemi ➡ (Little Brat)… Do they know you’re here?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Yes.. They know.

Bolaji ➡ But they shouldn’t have allows you to come alone at night . It’s dangerous.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Oh.. That’s fine. I’m not afraid of the dark and nothing will happen to me.

Morenike’s Parents stared at me with shock for a while before they allowed me into their house. As I went in, I realized the place was quiet, There was no party of any sort, just absolute silence.

Without waiting for any permission, I went deeper into the house scouting for Morenike’s room, I soon found it and went straight in.

Morenike was busy playing Lego when I walked in, She was in her pajamas and next to her was a big barbie doll in mint condition, the walls of the bedroom was filled with stickers of Disney princesses and other characters.

It’s normal for kids to act their age but I’m not like the other kids, I’m different and I don’t have time to play with dolls or Legos.

Eventually, Morenike looked up and realized my presence, She left what she was doing and approached me.

Morenike ➡….. Hi.. I.. didn’t… think.. you.. would… make… it.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ I made a promise didn’t I?, Your room is nice.

.

Morenike ➡… Thanks.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ So where’s the party? I haven’t seen anyone.. Or is it not yet time?

.

Morenike ➡ Well, I…really…don’t…have…any…friends..except..you.. I…invited…some..of the…girls in our… class…but…they..rejected.. my..invitation.

.

Poor girl… I felt really sorry for her, It’s a shame nobody wants to be her friend, She’s a nice kid and I don’t see anything bad in hanging out with her. This is the reason why I sometimes loathe humans, They won’t be there when you need them but once you get something good in your life, they would want to share it with you.

Well, It’s better staying alone than being surrounded by fake friends.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Don’t mind them.. At least I’m here. What are we going to do now?

Morenike ➡ Well, I’m…working…on…my… Legos.. They’re really fun.

Ebinoluwa ➡ (Jeez) 😒 Legos!? Isn’t there anything else we can do?

Morenike ➡ Well, I….have….a…book…collection…of..Disney…. princesses.

Ebinoluwa ➡ 😒 😒😒😒😒

Morenike ➡ What?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Your ideas of fun are lame.. No offense.

Morenike ➡ So…what…do..we…do?.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Hmm! What do you think your parents are doing now?

Morenike ➡ Watching… the….the… news 📰.

Ebinoluwa ➡ When will the news be over?

Morenike ➡ 10:00pm.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Okay then… How about seeing Ibadan from a different view?

Morenike ➡ O…O… Okay.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Good.. Bring your hand.

Just before Morenike could bring her hand, Her mom barged into the room unexpectedly, She looked at us both and then smiled exposing her set of teeth which had a parted hole in the upper part of the teeth.

Kemi ➡ Okay kids.. Come and eat. Food is almost ready.

.

Morenike ➡ Sure Mama, we’ll be down shortly.

.

I wasn’t pleased with this intrusion but still, the woman was just being nice and doing her duty as a housewife.

After that, Morenike and I left the room and went to the living room, as we got there, I was surprised to see some people in the living room and among these people was the hypocritical, Deborah.

I wasn’t expecting to see this lady here and I began to wonder how she knew Morenike’s parents. In that moment, our eyes met and she was startled by presence.

Deborah ➡ JESUS CHRIST!

.

Kemi ➡ What’s wrong?

.

Deborah ➡ Nothing.. I just saw a bad omen.

.

Kemi ➡ Omen!? In this house? God Forbid.

.

Deborah ➡ It’s already too late.

.

After that, we all came and took our seats around the dining table waiting for the meal to be served, I realized that Morenike wasn’t pleased with the sight of Deborah who was busy talking about curses and omens.

Morenike ➡ 😒 I….hate…that..woman.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ The feelings mutual.. Has she done something to you?

.

Morenike ➡ She’s….a…gossiper….and.. She.. puts…her..nose..in…people’s…affairs.

Ebinoluwa ➡ How does she know your mom?

.

Morenike ➡ She…goes…to..the…same..church…as…mom.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ No wonder.

.

Morenike ➡ I…wish…she..could…just..leave.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Don’t worry.. I’m working on that.

While Deborah was still talking about her topic, I waved my fingers underneath the table and made the legs of her chair break, She fell down hard and that resulted to Morenike laughing out loud.

.

The guests rushed to Deborah’s aid and picked her up, She wasted on time in staring at me suspiciously and I gave her a serious look 😒.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ What? Were you expecting an apology?

.

Deborah ➡ You spoilt brat!! It’s seems your bad luck charm has kicked in again..

.

Bolaji ➡ Deborah.. Stop this.. What’s the matter with you?

.

Deborah ➡ Didn’t you hear what she said?

.

Bolaji ➡ I didn’t hear her say anything. You must be hallucinating.

.

Before Deborah could say anything, Morenike’s mom came in with the food and everyone behaved themselves and remained quiet.

After she had served the meal, Everyone adjusted themselves in their seats waiting for a prayer and Deborah wasted no time in offering the prayer.

Deborah ➡ Everyone Close your eyes….. Father lord thank you for offering us this wonderful meal… Thank you for bringing us, your children around this table and may you continue to provide for us.

Father lord, protect us from any evil of any sort, be it big or small, man or woman, boy or girl..

Father lord, let them burn in hell and make them suffer greatly for the harm they’ve caused others.. Thank you father and thank you for your blessing.

After the prayer everyone began to eat 🍽, I didn’t taste my food immediately cause i was pissed off by what Deborah said, I’m sure she was talking about me and I’m going to make sure she pays dearly for what she said, she won’t enjoy that meal she’s eating.

In that moment, I slid my hands under the table and waved my fingers casting an illusion spell at her. Shortly after that, Deborah screamed and threw her hot plate of rice and beans away, jumping on her feet.

Deborah ➡ JESUS O.

Kemi ➡ Ah.. Deborah! What’s wrong? Is something wrong with the food?

Deborah ➡ How dare you serve me toilet Cockroaches?

Kemi ➡ What!?

Bolaji ➡ Toilet Cockroaches? Are you mad ni?

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ What a waste of good food.

.

Deborah ➡ Shut your mouth witch!

.

Kemi ➡ Deborah.. That’s enough. Do you need water?

.

Deborah ➡ Yes please.

.

Morenike’s mom served her a cup of cold water in our presence, I quickly casted a spell on the water making it spicy hot🌶. As she drank the water, she spat it out and threw the cup aside showing her displeasure and blurting out curses.

.

Deborah ➡ I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT! I knew I sensed a bad omen in this house.. Ever since I saw this little girl I knew trouble would surely follow. You and your mother will burn in HELL.

.

Bolaji ➡ Woman, you’ve filled your lid. Get out of my house and don’t ever come back again.

.

Deborah ➡ Gladly.. It seems that this family have connived with the devil.

.

Bolaji ➡ Carry your frustrations and go.. Ashiyere!… (Mad woman)

.

After that, Deborah left the house angrily banging the door shut behind her, as soon as she was gone, Morenike’s parents apologized to what Deborah said to me.l

Kemi ➡ Don’t listen to that woman okay?..

.

Bolaji ➡ Don’t let her words get to you.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ I won’t.

.

Kemi ➡ Good… and please don’t tell your mother what happened here.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Don’t worry.. I won’t tell her a thing.

.

Bolaji ➡ Alright then.. Now that the trouble maker is gone, Let’s all enjoy our meals in peace.

.

After that, everyone sat in their seats and enjoyed our meals in peace. Minutes later, everyone cleared their plates and Morenike and I packed the dishes taking them straight to the kitchen. I stayed with Morenike for an hour before leaving the house, her parents insisted on driving me home, so I had to used a spell on them before I was about to leave.

Roaming through the streets of Ibadan at night was quite enticing, especially the streets that led to the direction of my house, there was no noise or crowd, just a wide range of forests and a gentle night breeze in the air.

Just as I was about to reach home, I saw a man struggling with a group of Policemen who were beating him brutally, They wanted him to enter their van but the man refused, I didn’t want to interfere but as I heard the man’s voice, I realized it was my Uncle’s voice.

I instantly teleported myself to their location and see what’s going on, It took a whole for the police to realize I was behind them.

Police officer 1 ➡ JESUS! Where this girl come appear from?

.

Police officer 2 ➡ Little girl.. Go home! What are you doing outside by this time of the night?.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Let go of my Uncle.

.

Lionel ➡ Ebinoluwa!? Get out of here before they… ARRGGHHH.

.

One of the Policemen punched my uncle in his midsection right in front of me, he even went on ahead and slapped him across the face.

.

Police man 3 ➡ Shut up Dog!!!

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ I said let him go!

.

Police officer 2 ➡ Go home or suffer the same fate as your Uncle.

.

Police officer 1 ➡ (silently) Guy.. We can’t let go.. Remember what the boss said.. No loose ends.. Let’s kill her.

.

The fools didn’t realize that I heard what they said but then after hearing those words, I knew something wasn’t right about all this. Just as I was about to cast a spell on this heartless crooks, something unexpected happened.

Suddenly, Something like black vines appeared and dragged the police men deep into the forest, what followed after that was a cruel cynical laugh and screams of pain and anguish.

Shortly after that, there was utter silence and the emergence of my Aunty Rose walking majestically like a queen descending from her throne.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Aunty.

.

Rose ➡ Ebi… It was so nice of you to come to your uncle’s aid.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ You killed the policemen.

.

Rose ➡ Does it bother you?

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Not at all. How did you know uncle was here?

.

Rose ➡ I always know where your uncle is. What are you doing alone out here?

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ I went to see my friend.

.

Rose ➡ Boyfriend?

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ No.. Female friend.

.

Rose ➡ Oh.. Well, if you’ll excuse me, I need to take your uncle home so I can take care of him properly.

.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Okay.. Bye.

.

Rose ➡ Bye.

.

After that, Aunt Rose touched my uncle’s shoulder and they both disappeared. I still couldn’t help but wonder what happened between my Uncle and the police, from what I heard, they must have been sent to k-ll him.

Well whatever the case, Aunt Rose won’t let this go.. Whoever’s behind this should definitely start writing his will and speaking of the policemen, I decided to go and check and see what happened to them. I’m sure their deaths must be merciful compared to the one their boss is going to get.

As I got to the place Aunt Rose massacred them, I threw up instantly as I saw the corpses of the policemen, their intestines and g-nitals were ripped out from their bodies and scattered all around the place. I couldn’t take anymore look at this, I turned around and teleported back home. That Aunt Rose never fails to disappoint, she always manages to do this extremely and all out.
