★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

The rumbling in Cove’s head didn’t subside. Instead, it worsened.

Imagining how Dorian would smile widely after receiving that get well soon note made him angrier.

“I can’t hear you!” He grunted.

“I’ll only look at you! You and you alone!” She begged, her palms slipping slickly through the transparent glass. “Please… please…”

Her voice was already falling off the cords of her throat. She’s losing it.

With aching p+xy, shaking body and sweaty face, she sniffled, his thrusts went slow, and her blood mixed with her juices on his c+k.

His chest rose and fell back heavily, the packs of muscles so tight. He’s holding her hips, his fat long d+k still stuck inside her but not moving.

Sweat covered him too, and with the reflection of fire in front of him, his eyes sparked that faint silver.

The mask fell.

Her low cries permeated the room, the waterworks from her eyes flooding down the glass she’s resting on. Her sniffles were pained.

Cove is now back to his senses, looking down at where they’re conjoined—the smear of blood.

Her tears on glass.

He slowly pulled out, a little leak of white cûm dripping off him and off her breathing pvxxy.

Immediately pulled out, Stacy pulled up her skirt and couldn’t even look at him before going for the ladder.

He rushed after her immediately, but a sudden blow struck his head.

He wasn’t in a car, and he wasn’t driving—nothing had triggered it—yet the attack came in relentless, violent waves.

Pain pounded through his skull. He clutched his head, watching as Stacy climbed the ladder to the top.

“Stacy!” he called, her name falling from his lips. But when he tried to follow, the sharp, ringing pain struck again, forcing his other hand up to hold his head as well.

“Urgh!” he groaned, staggering toward the glass wall.

He slammed his forehead against it, again and again, until it finally shattered.

Thin streams of blood ran down his forehead. The impact had wounded him badly, but at least, the roaring in his head began to fade.

He climbed the ladder, each step unsteady, until he finally pulled himself out of that space.

Stacy was no longer in the house.

“Stacy!” He rang, rushing out of the rust-red building.

Outside, Stacy is already in her car, driving away loudly and roughly.

The rain is still pouring, but he jumped inside.

The muddy soil drowned his boots, but he still raised them easily as he ran after the car, momentarily forgetting he had a bike.

“Stacy!!” He yelled, running after the speeding car.

The rain best his voice.

He only remembered his bike after running for a minute.

He came back to the bike, got on it despite his shirtlessness and chased after her in the rain.

His body was glistening with rainwater when he arrived at the main gate of the estate.

He would have just drove into the guards and kill them on spot to enter or hack their devices again, but what would that do tonight?

He’s only gonna cause more trouble, and the plan was to lay as low as ever till he’d be able the go home.

He can’t jinx it now.

He reversed, tires screaming as he drove out of the estate road.

From there, straight to the hotel. He barged into his hotel room, and first thing he did was grab his phone.

He punched a text to her …

Cove: I’m so f+kin sorry.

No reply. She didn’t even view it.

He sent another.

Cove: Dollface… I’m a bastard for doing that, and I’m sorry I couldn’t keep my jealousy in check. I just wanted your care and attention for me alone, and I was annoyed you sent that to Dorian.

No reply. But she viewed this one.

He punched the wall once, staring at the phone and awaiting her reply.

No reply.

He punched the wall twice.

Still no reply.

He continued punching that wall till his knuckles bursted in different places, and his blood stained the wall, running down in slow trails.

Till the fifteenth punch, she didn’t reply his text.

He threw off the phone and closed his palms to his face.

He cringed in pains immediately—the wound on his forehead.

He removed his palms from his face and saw blood—from his bursted knuckles and the forehead.

He entered the bathroom and just opened cold shower on himself for few minutes to wash off the blood.

When he came out and changed into one of his loose pants and hoodie, he sat on his bed edge, picking his phone from where he threw it.

Still…no reply from her.

He clicked on the OBSCURE app and tapped her account, wanting to watch what she’s doing, but all he’s seeing is her car, not her room.

She must have left her phone in her car so he’s starved.

No face of Stacy on his screen.

And for the first time in his entire life, he smashed his phone.

The parts of the phone flew chaotically around the room.

[Second Suite]

Matteo is in here with Trevor, both eating popcorn and watching Merlin—again.

They both stubbornly discharged themselves from the hospital earlier this evening.

Merlin is Trevor’s favorite show, and no matter how many times he watched, he never gets tired.

This is his second watch this year. He’s an obsessed motherfucker who has successfully initiated Matteo into his obsessive circle.

They both wore their bling glasses as they watched attentively.

The rain isn’t pounding on the roof. The hotel was built in such a way that the rain doesn’t touch the roof directly. An extra sill was installed for rainwater flood, so the only indicator of rainfall now is the cold air.

Trevor pulled the duvet closer to himself, throwing another ball of popcorn into his mouth.

“Hey here!” Trinidad’s voice filtered inside as she entered with her black customized umbrella.

“T-girl!” Trevor pushed his duvet away and stood, beaming with joy.

“Tomboy?” Matteo stood slowly. “Why would you come here in the rain?”

Trinidad’s countenance was steen. She didn’t bother to drop her umbrella. She just folded it and came for the two of them.

Before they knew it, she was already hitting them with the umbrella—including Matteo.

They both ran around, and she chased, flinging the umbrella like a war sword.

“You were advised by the doctors to spend at least three days in the hospital to recuperate better, but you discharged yourselves today? Are you both so eagar to die!!!” She yelled, swinging her umbrella again.

Trevor quickly hid behind Matteo, and the umbrella hit Matteo’s shoulder. The man groaned.

“We were tired of the hospital food with low calories and grease!” Trevor protested behind Matteo.

Trinidad’s umbrella went for him, and Trevor quickly caught the umbrella before it’d hit him.

Trinidad pulled him closer with that and raised her knuckles to his head for a knock, but he held her hand too.

“I’ll be 16 next week! Stop treating me like a kid!” He said seriously, rubbing her knuckle with his thumb.

Trinidad removed her hand from his and nodded. “I dunno what to do with you, seriously.”

Trevor smiled.

“As old as I am, I’m still getting hits from you?” Matteo groaned, rubbing his shoulder.

“You should be the one to pin Trev down in the hospital, but you even escaped with him you rebellious old man!” Trinidad pointed her umbrella at him, and Matteo shifted.

“We’re fine, trust me.” He smiled.

“And why am I not seeing ice prince anywhere?” She asked.

“You expect Wizard to sit and watch Merlin with us? He’d rather eat meat than watch films.” Trevor said.

“Does he hate meat that much?” Trinidad grinned.

“Very f+kin much.” Trevor said.

“He left since 6 and hasn’t returned.” Matteo cleared.

“Hasn’t returned?” Trinidad blinked. “But I saw water droplets by the elevator door.”

“Water?” Matteo and Trevor said.

[Cove’s Suite]

Since the phone is gone, Cove switched to laptop.

He didn’t bother attending to the fresh wound on his forehead or the one on his knuckles.

Blood was already blooming on the knuckles again as he pressed few buttons with misty eyes.

He checked his mails, and as expected, he has one.

From Ten.

Rogue-Ten: Information reaching us right now that Her Excellency is gonna rip your name out of the family tree and register very soon to finalize her work. By then, she’ll be the only top member of the Family Faction. You know what this means, T. You have to return home soon.

He shut down his laptop, and that was when Trinidad choose to enter.

He stood, strolled to her and snatched her phone from her pocket before she could even say a word.

He walked to the balcony.

“I will never get used to the suddenness of your acts! What the hell!” Trinidad rolled eyes, following.

She stood beside him on the balcony as Cove dialled Ten’s line.

Immediately the call connected, he spoke… “One month.”

Ten recognized his voice immediately.

“T? One month?”

“In one month, I’ll be returning home. But for now, let Her Bi+chy Excellency enjoy it all. And wiping my name from the family tree? She wouldn’t do that till she gets what she wants from me.” Cove said.

“You mean OBSCURE?” Ten asked.

“She has taken all apps and my inventions, but she won’t rest till she takes OBSCURE too. You know how much sickly unimaginable billions OBSCURE gives me yearly? It’s the most expensive of the apps, of course she’d want it. After she gets it, she can then proceed to wipe me off, but she’d have to get it first, right? I’m going to take back everything she took, then grill her and her supporters in a blue furnace. I’ll make her watch her own flesh in skewers for what she fuckin did to me!” Cove gritted.

“Whatever you plan to do, just know that Eleven and I are right behind you, T.” Ten said, a sense of relief in his voice. “So…in a month? You’re going home? I can’t wait for the carnage and ruins.”

Cove ended the call, turning his neck sidewards to see Trinidad is frozen beside him like a refrigerated fish.

Her eyes are wide—madly so.

Every visible component of her body is shaking so bad.

“Y…ou?” She opened her mouth slowly as if too much is gonna hurt. “OBSCURE? You’re… you’re the….”

Before she could finish, she rushed to him and locked his hoodie in the front, slamming him on the railings.

Knowing his strength, he obviously let her slam him.

The chains in his p+nts hit the railings like keys on a rock.

“You’re… The supposed dead owner of OBSCURE? The one who was sent to jail and died in jail?…. How did….how are you here!!!!” Trinidad yelled at his face, tears gathering in her eyes already.

She looks hurt—as if every secret she had carefully squirrelled away has been exposed to the world.

With lowered, detached eyes, Cove looked down at her.

“Do you know the secrets of how many people you hold in this world? In a population of 100 people, at least 90 percent is using that app cos they believe the owner is dead and their secrets are safe!!!” She yelled.

Roughly, Cove got rid of her hands from his hoodie, switching their positions, and now it’s his turn to slam her on the railings.

“If you’re scared about your secret on the app, then it’s safe! In a population of 100 people, you’re part of the four people I’ll never betray unless you betray me first!” He spat.

“I don’t want you knowing my secret at all!!” Trinidad yelled, her tears finally flowing down her cheeks. “In a population of 100 people, you’re the only one I don’t want my secret leaking to! You’ve always seen me as a strong, alpha girl, and I don’t want that to ever change!” She cried.

“And who says that ever changed?” He smirked, redness flashing his sight. “Your revenge is mine to take too! We’re both waiting for real Dorian the bastard to wake up!”

“But you’re leaving in a month! How are you supposed to take revenge with me if you leave to Australia in a month!” Trinidad shook her head. “Don’t go! Think of Stacy! That girl is so into you she might just die if you abandon her! Huh? Or you can shift it to three months at least!”

A dark smile curved Cove’s lips. “Best friend, are you missing me already?”

Trinidad’s eyes went down.

“I’m like a chained baby here, and I fuckin hate it. During my five years in this LA, I’ve only killed 22 people, and I’m not satisfied with that ratio. I’ve missed killing the way I want, bloodying up and burning the way I want. I also miss putting a particular bîtvh in her place.” He said.

He let go of Trinidad’s shoulders, the tomboy continued staring down.

“Australia is my habitat, and I can deal with anyone around the world from there. Yunno death is the kindest punishment, right?” He smirking hotly, leaning on the railings. “A good punishment is destroying everything a person has ever worked for and kill everyone that’d help him then kill his hope and ruin his name, and make him commit suicide himself. Nothing beats that.”

Trinidad finally looked up, her tears flowing more.

“I was molested, touched inappropriately….I was ruined, my voice was taken away! Ice prince, I’m…I’m…in…

She began stuttering, panting for breaths as if her tears clashed with her words in her throat.

Her panting increased, and she nearly started coughing, but Cove targeted her vital point on her neck and gave her a sudden hit.

She lost consciousness, but before she could fall to the ground, Trevor entered the balcony.

“Oh! Oh!!” He shouted, quickly spreading his arms.

She fell inside, and his sockets widened when he saw the tears on her face. “Why the hell did she cry?”

“Take her to your room if you can. When she wakes up, you can ask her the reason.” Cove dryly said.

Trevor lifted the tall girl to his arms, carrying her with a groan.

“Fine, I’ll just share Matteo’s suite with him tonight.” He said.

He took her out, and Cove sat on the sofa, lighting a cigar.

Fog of smokes curled out of his lips as he picked the telephone and called the hotel helpline.

“How may we help you, sir?”

“I need a new phone. I’ll be sending you the model number.” He said.

“Sure, sir.”

The line dropped, and he dropped the telephone.

Trinidad’s tantrum was able to take his mind off his own problems, but now there’s no Trinidad anymore.

His mind got occupied with her face again, and right now if he doesn’t occupy himself with something, he’ll barge into Montana Mansion to take her no matter what follows.

He stood and looked at his knuckles, still so red with bursts, bruises and blood. Yeah, again.

He drove it into the wall, and pain exploded in his head.

[Montana Mansion]

At 10pm, Stacy came out of the house, wearing different clothes—sports joggers and a cardigan on top. She even wore a winter cap.

The rain might have stopped, but the cold is biting and harsh.

She spent the last few hours staring at her phone in her car before going inside, and while inside, she had washed up and decided she needed another breathing space.

So now…she’s off to her hideaway.

She was about to enter her car when Anita rushed out.

“Beauty!”

Stacy turned around, sighing as the beautiful woman rushed.

“You haven’t been talking to me at all since you returned from Vegas, did I offend you?” She asked carefully.

A little smile fell on Stacy’s lips. “Offend me? Never, Anita. I’m just not in the mood for conversations.”

“Glad to know,” Anita nodded. “Where are you going? It’s past 10.”

“When dad arrives, just tell him I’m going to my secret place, he’ll understand.” She said.

Anita hesitated then nodded. “Of course, but why aren’t you taking a companion with you?”

Stacy understood immediately and smiled.

Anita rushed back inside then emerged a minute later with Stacy’s teddy Bonita.

“Our names are similar, so don’t blame me for picking it.” Anita said.

“Anita Bonita.” Stacy chuckled, taking the teddy from the woman.

Anita waved her as she entered her car—not the car she took to the cemetery house. She took another.

She didn’t even take her phone.

She drove out of the mansion without guards, placing Bonita on her passenger seat beside her.

She has been holding the tears back since she finished showering, but now she couldn’t help it.

They fell down her cheeks freely, and her thumbs tightened on the wheel.

She feared sèx so much, but at the same time, she had always wanted her first time to be lovely, sweet and gentle. She wanted it with a man who’d understand her preference and go slow, but him…

He definitely knew about her fear, but still…

He took it like a beast that he is.

No pleasure.

No relish.

No talking her through it or guidance.

He took it heartlessly as if it had been waiting for him to come.

All because she sent a note to Dorian?

She wiped her tears with an hand and drove into a new area characterized by tall industrial buildings. It’s a government area.

She drove slower when she reached her destination, and she parked her car behind a tower of barrels.

She got down from the car, wiping the remaining little stain of tear on her face before looking up at the building in front of her.

A burnt building.

Fallen apart and wrecked with fire from what seemed like it happened several years ago.

It might be completely burnt, but the name by the tall entrance is still slightly clear though black.

OphChem.

This was her late mum Ophelia’s chemical industry. The most brilliant chemist in this country.

Stacy felt her mum’s spirit watching her as she stepped into the burnt ruins, shoes drowning in years-old ashes, sand and charcoal.

Fallen roof panels and wall upholstery everywhere, metal and plastic barrels, broken chair and tables. Unrecognizable industrial machines and equipments.

Stacy couldn’t see much of the ruins in the dark, but lightnings flashed incessantly in the sky, and each flash revealed different angles.

She breathed in the smell of soot and debris before she arrived at a spot marked by a chair.

She raised the chair, and the ground below it raised with it.

There’s a cellar down there, and she climbed down using the ladder.

The upper part of this place night be burnt, but this cellar is in good shape except for the dust.

During the fire that year, Ophelia should have hid here, but the opening chair was mysteriously hooked so she couldn’t open this cellar, and she died just like that.

She died with a few customers with her, and that was still the goriest news of Stacy’s existence.

Back then, she was ten.

Her dad was the spoiler while her mum was strict and a disciplinarian, but still, her mum loved her, and she loves her mum so much.

But fate said they wouldn’t be together for long, and it took her.

Stacy pulled a string from the ceiling, turning on the lights.

The burnt upper section didn’t affect the electricity of this place.

There are numerous horror stickers on the wall, done by her younger self.

Her dad bought the horror stickers, and she pasted it around here. Though her mum hated it, but she never stopped her.

There’s a king-sized bed with fresh bedspread, and she just knew her dad visited this place not long ago.

Albert is fond of cleaning this place up, and this industrial land should have been taken by the government, but Albert payed billions to have it left the way it is just because of this cellar. Though, only Albert and Stacy know about the cellar.

Stacy fell in bed and faced the low ceiling, sighing as she spaced out.

“Mum, there’s a boy…” She started. “he’s highly good to me, kind and calm, but as the fool that my heart is, I don’t feel romantically attached. Then there’s another one…a beast who has no boundaries and restraints and control. I doubt if he even has a heart, and yunno what? My stupid heart feels him, and my body responds to him. Everyone is warning me about him even dad, and that has created a doubt that; will he really not hurt me like I think? I don’t even know, cos he did something beastly this night, and I’m still so mad at him I don’t wanna see his face at all.” She muttered.

Her eyes closed, and it seems like as she said those words, sleep is coming, but the ache between her legs kept throbbing, her eyes opened.

“I hate you, Thiago X.” She muttered.

And the attached door in the cellar opened, making her sit up quickly.

Albert came out of the attached room which was Ophelia’s private lab. It’s soundproof, so you can’t hear sounds from this outer room once inside.

“Dad?” She got down from the bed.

Albert blinked, quickly hiding his vape pen behind himself.

“Oh don’t do that, I know you vape and smoke.” Stacy said.

He revealed the vape and sighed. “I came here to spend some time with Ophelia’s presence. Her presence feels raw here.”

“Me too,” Stacy nodded.

Before she knew it, she was in his arms, hugging him for comfort.

“Can we not talk about anything right now?” She whispered.

Albert smiled. “Yeah, I’ll forget about our fight for now, brat.”

Stacy smiled too.

“Can I skip school for some days? I don’t wanna see someone.” She said.

-And I want that particular someone to miss me to the point of insanity till he’d know he did bad-

She didn’t say that out though.

“Do whatever you want, sweetheart. You’ll miss the tests, but you’ll just write your own whenever you go back to school. Will you be coming to work with me for those skipping days?” Albert asked eagarly.

“No, I’ll love to stay here in seclusion. Don’t even tell my friends my location.” She replied.

“As you wish, your highness.” Albert said, and she laughed.

“Mmm….daaad.” she mumbled childishly.

“Daughterrr….” Albert mimicked, stroking her hair with a chuckle.

[Delgado Twins Mansion]

Tania has refused to eat since she returned from the campus at dusk, and till now, Tasha is still pleading with her to eat a spoonful.

Tania lay in bed, chest down, so her arse shot up.

Now that Zendaya isn’t part of the Glitz Society anymore, it’s safe to say Tania’s arse is the biggest now.

But Tasha has large hips.

Tasha sat beside Tania in bed, holding a plate of salad—Tania’s favorite with cake at the side.

What kinda weird human eats cake with salad? Tania Delgado.

Her face is buried in her pillow, and Tasha slapped her butt.

“Are you gonna continue starving yourself? Your community service starts tomorrow so it’s better you get up right now and fill your stomach instead of laying there!”

Tania didn’t move, but the sound of her sobs could be heard.

Tasha pulled her legs, dragging her to the middle of the bed, but Tania crawled back up to her initial position, face tucked in pillow.

“Seems you want me to call dad and mum and tell them their daughter is fasting without prayers here! Do you want your ulcer to flare up again? Bîtch! I’m losing my patience!” Tasha shouted, and that was when Tania raised her face.

The redness scared Tasha so much she gasped, pushing the salad and cake plate away before sitting back beside her twin sister.

“Hey, hey…” She held her face. “I understand your pain. I know the pain of working hard and not getting acknowledged, but we’re still 20—still young. There’s plenty time to make exploits.” She said.

Tania hiccupped. “Even the Chancellor! I hate him! He was allover Trinidad, but I was treated like a foot rag! I wasn’t even looked at! You know how much I worked hard for that game!” Tania cried.

“Of course I do, but remember this is only the first game of the semester. Second game is still coming after tests, and third game is still coming after exams. Don’t dim your spirit darling. You know I love you so much.” Tasha said.

“Don’t sweettalk me, but I love you too!” Tania hiccupped again.

Tasha smiled, wiping her tears. “And you should know Since you sent that boy to coma, the Chancellor has held a grudge against you. Just do well with your community service and try to control your temper for the rest of this semester. Then watch how your records change!”

Tania nodded and hugged her twin, still shedding slow tears.

“Miss Delgado, it’s ok.” Tasha rubbed her back gently.

[Kehlani’s Mansion]

Kehlani’s menstrual craving for mint ice cream came as fast as the wind at half past eleven, and after checking the freezer to see no mint flavor, she went out to buy some for herself, using the opportunity to browse since she doesn’t wanna sleep.

They’re gonna be writing tests throughout this week, and she has to read through her notes.

She’s just getting back from the ice cream place, and as she parked her car in the garage and killed the engines, she took the bag of ice cream and inhaled the mint deeply.

She and Stacy crave weird things during their period, but she’s still better than Stacy.

Stacy would probably crave to chew ice cubes if it were her.

Sometimes, she wonders how Stacy’s pregnancy cravings would be in the future if her period cravings is weird like this.

Kehlani had a scoop of her ice scream with her tongue before getting down from the car, but she immediately received a phone buzz.

She checked the phone, and her brows squeezed.

The text: I can still smell the clean vanilla scent of your coochie in my nose. I swear if you let anyone else fawk that hole, I’ll kill you.

Kehlani’s tongue stabbed her inner cheek, and she scoffed.

Obviously, it’s Max.

“This animal is always eagar to show his horns.”

She turned off the screen and proceeded inside, but her phone buzzed again.

The text: Saw you at the ice cream company just now but didn’t wanna call you since you said you didn’t wanna be friends. I’ll just watch from afar. And no, I wasn’t stalking you, my family owns half share of the bestselling ice cream, fast food and fruits drink companies in this country, so I was making rounds.

This one is definitely from Reid.

Kehlani smiled, sighing. “Now this is how a human texts.”

She shut the door with her leg.

[Young Mansion]

At 12am, Scott couldn’t take rolling around his bed anymore.

He hasn’t been able to get himself to sleep, and it just keeps getting worse as the minutes rolled.

He went downstairs and opened the kitchen freezer to get himself the jug of cold water.

The weather is currently cold, but he doesn’t even know what he wants. He just wants something in his mouth.

He drank directly from the jug, and water leaked from his mouth to his chest, wetting him fast.

By the time he dropped the cup, he saw he wasn’t alone in the kitchen again. Kane is by the door, staring.

Kane actually came to get a cup of chilled water too.

Immediately their eyes met, Kane rushed back, leaving the kitchen.

Scott went after him, and in the process, his hand mistakenly pushed down the jug. It fell, and water splashed everywhere. The jug shattered to three.

Scott caught up with Kane on the staircase, pulling him back by the bulge of his arm.

Kane turned around and pressed Scott’s arm scar.

Scott scoffed. “It’s been more than a month since you stabbed me, so it’s healed. Now you tell me why the fûck you’ve been ignoring me! I didn’t do anything wrong to you!”

“Keep your voice low!” Kane whispered, but Scott grabbed him by the neck, pulling his face close for a kiss. Kane pulled back.

“Kane…” Scott muttered, face impatient, eyes burning like coals. “Stop avoiding me, I’m—”

And in the next minute, Kane’s lips descended on Scott’s, catching and eating, swallowing it whole.

At the same time, he pushed Scott to the base cubicle of the staircase where they both hid.

Silas appeared on top of the staircase, looking suspicious as his hawk-like eyes rolled under his glasses.

He had heard noises, but now it seems untrue, so he heaved and returned to his room.

Under the base, Scott’s lips are still trapped in Kane’s mouth.

Kane actually heard Silas’ footsteps when the man was coming, and he had to shut Scott up with a kiss and push him here.

Now that Silas is gone, he can’t seem to stop himself.

He kissed Scott harder, and Scott who has been starving for this kissed back just as hard, his head slamming on the cubicle wall as Kane shoved him to the surface, breaths soaking.

Their kiss was Wild. Hard.

It lacked bounds, and the sounds from their lips hit the walls, bodies rubbing, heat forming.

Scott’s hand entered Kane’s pants in no time, and when he got a hold of his already hard cóvk, Kane broke the kiss, and before Scott could get it, Kane was already climbing up.

Scott came out of the cubicle, looking at the staircase with starving eyes.

He shoved his ten fingers in his hair, biting his lip with heavy breaths.

[Tuesday, Elite2 Hotel]

Trinidad stirred in bed, elbows stabbing the mattress as her arms propped, and a groan escaped her lips as she rolled to another side.

But this isn’t her bed. Her bed doesn’t have the scent of freesias.

Her eyes widened as soon as it opened, and she immediately sat up, her short hair scattered funnily and stretching to different directions.

She nearly jumped when she saw Trevor sitting beside her, smiling.

He had watched her sleep. Instead of sleeping in Matteo’s suite, he sat beside her on this chair and stared at her throughout the night.

“Chill, T-girl. You’re in my suite. Wizard said I should take you here after you… fainted.”

“I didn’t faint,” Trinidad smirked dastardly. “That bastard knocked me out. Where’s he?”

“He left the hotel like he wanted to go kill someone this morning, I dunno where he went.” Trevor said.

“He always looks like he wants to kill someone,” Trinidad yawned lazily. “And Matteo?”

“Today is the garage reopening, so he went early.”

“Wait, what’s the time?” Trinidad blinked.

“Past 8.” Trevor blinking too.

“Holy shit!” Trinidad jumped down the bed. “Our first test today is by 9. As the class president, I have to be in campus now! Where’s my shoe!”

She turned around to search for her shoes, and their eyes caught the bed at the same time.

There’s a stain! A red stain.

Obviously blood.

Trinidad’s eyes widened, and chains of embarrassment shackled her immediately.

Trevor quickly dragged the bedsheet off the bed with a smile.

“You don’t have to be embarrassed. You should wash up here, I’ll call the hotel help to bring you clothes and pad.” He said comfortably.

Trinidad scratched her neck. “Thank you, Trevor. But ask for tampons instead. I don’t use pads.”

“I got it.” Trevor smiled again before leaving the room.

Trinidad went on her knees, burying her face on the floor.

“Screw you! My damn period. I’m gonna be late for my test! I hate being a female! I hate it!! I want a dîck so bad! Pvxxy is overrated!!!”

[Estate]

The promise Cove held himself back from fulfilling last night is presently getting fulfilled as he drove his way boundlessly towards the estate gate, his hands red on the throttle.

It’s still so bloody, and few of his knuckle bones are crushed cos he had punched the wall all night.

He hit his head too, so now, both his forehead and knuckles are bleeding.

The blood stained his eyes and jaws and temples. There’s barely any blood-free space on his face.

His palms? They’re wet with the blood from his knuckles too.

The estate guards saw him coming, and merely seeing his face, they knew trying to stop him would be useless, so they shot at his tyres.

The bike threw him off immediately, but he spranged up and distributed bloody punches and kicks to the guards despite his ruined knuckles.

The guards were still groaning, following the rule of ‘no shooting a civilian’ when Cove ran into the right estate inside that estate.

The guards contacted Albert though, and surprisingly, Albert told them to let him inside.

Cove bolted into the mansion without getting stopped at all by the compound guards.

Anita was serving Albert’s breakfast when he entered, and they both acted like they didn’t see him.

Cove audaciously went upstairs and opened the door to Stacy’s room with a bang, but she’s not in.

She’s nowhere.

“Stacy,” he muttered, losing his mind all-over again.

“Young man!!!!” Albert’s voice hit him from behind, and he turned.

Albert’s blow met his face, and Cove’s ink-black hair covered his eyes.

He didn’t stagger, but Albert didn’t stop punching him, seeming to have decided to seek justice with his blows

“Where’s she?” Cove kept asking as each vengeful blow met his bruised face from Albert.

“In your face!” Albert would reply and punch him again.

Now, Cove looks like he got into an accident cos his face is battered, and he’s not even touching Albert.

Behind them, Anita stood, looking scared at the escalation.

“Oh my gawd.” she whispered.

[RIDE University, Panel Hall]

Elmira wasn’t shaking like the judges expected from her.

She has been sitting in front of them for ten minutes now, but she has also refused to give out a reaction.

Her palms are on her laps, and she’s calmer than a lake.

The judges are ten, and as they assessed her with their eyes, she stared back till the Chancellor was able to open his lips and talk.

“Elmira Wolfe, daughter of Anita Wolfe who lied about her background while relying on sponsorship from friends…”

“The school isn’t against sponsorship,” Elmira spoke brazenly. “Cove Fabio is on sponsorship too, so why is mine a crime?”

“Yours is a crime cos you lied!” The Chancellor spat angrily. “Saudi Arabia CEO? Too far.”

Elmira’s throat tightened as she looked for something else to say. Her defences began crumbling, and now she seems like she can’t return their judgy, slicing stares again.

Her palms sweated.

“And what if I decide to adopt her as s sister?” A overconfident voice said from the hall door.

All eyes moved there, and they were stunned at the appearance.

Roxy stood there with the help of her walking cane under her armpit.

Shaved head, and the red paint on her head hasn’t finished peeling, so she looks like a oracle. Her face has dry bruises, and the big gown she wore covered her body harms.

She looks greatly sick and weak, but still….that defiance in her eyes is still there, even multiplied.

“Roxy!” Elmira spranged up, tears of joy spilling out of her eyes.

[Campus Dirtyard]

Tania rolled her hair up and inserted a pen to hold it, then she wiped sweat from her chin, picking the long broom back from the ground.

She has been sweeping since the end of the first test. Today marks the start of her community service.

Kehlani and Tasha are sitting on a rooftop above her, watching her work since no one is allowed to help.

“The Chancellor is so cruel,” Kehlani groaned, sighing.

“I know, right?” Tasha replied.

“And could you believe that Max texted me last night saying gross things about my coochie?” Kehlani showed Tasha her screen.

“Delusional, even animals don’t behave this way.” Tasha nodded.

“Do not gist without me!!” Tania screamed from below.

“And Stacy is suddenly taking a three days break from school? Her dad won’t even give us a reason or tell us her location.” Kehlani said.

“Do not gist without me!!” Tania repeated from below.

The girls grinned, but before they could talk some more, the school erupted below them.

A loud scream suddenly came from the main computer science building, and they exchanged glances before rushing down the rooftop.

Even Tania dropped the broom and ran there to drink the tea too.

And when they got there? Their mouths couldn’t close.

Cove is just entering the campus with bloodied, beaten face and fingers.

Blood is even still dripping off his fingers as he emerged, and students are gathered, watching and howling.

What happened to this deranged fellow again?

“Is this the insane guy Stacy is into?” Kehlani gasped.

“I still can’t process it, really. No one can tell me he doesn’t belong on a psych hospital” Tasha said.

“Why do I feel like this is related to Stacy?” Tania said.

Remo and the rest are at the back, all with scoffing faces.

“I should thank whoever was able to beat him this way.” Remo said.

“Intense,” Kane muttered.

“I swear.” Reid said.

Trinidad rushed down the computer science staircase, and her eyes widened when she saw him.

“Holy cow! Ice prince!”

Cove walked past her, into the class. Another shockwave hit.

Computer Science students are still writing tests, so he merely took is laptop, loaded his questions with bloody fingers and started answering, blood dripping off him.

The supervising lecturer and the other students gagged.

Trinidad entered the class slowly, seeing that he’s already writing his test. She gasped.

“What kinda nut went lost in your head, ice prince?” She muttered.

[Three Days Later, Vegas]

Jeremy wore a soft fabric turtle neck before wearing a blazer on top, making sure it covered him.

He’s standing in front of a standing mirror in his ward.

His finger is still bandaged, but he’s wearing classic, smooth mittens to cover up the bandage.

He insisted on getting discharged today, and Kaylee didn’t even argue. She’s tired of Vegas too.

She can’t wait to return to LA and resume his sessions with Remo.

She stood behind Jeremy with Angela. They’re both dressed to leave too. Their jet is ready.

Jeremy adjusted his blazer again, listening to their words.

“Are you sure you really wanna go back today?”

“I missed four school tests already. Also, I’m not comfortable being here.” Jeremy replied curtly, voice balanced.

He pulled his turtleneck to cover his neck better, and he moved his legs to turn away from the mirror, but past regretful memories briefly flashed through his head.

Memories of himself crying and begging…

“We shouldn’t do this. She’s someone’s daughter! Let’s take her to her family! I don’t mind going to jail!”

As the words looped in his head, he shook his head, shaking off the scene.

He pulled out his bleeping phone, and on the screen sat a text from a secret number…

• Don’t loose guard, Jeremy. Dorian is waking up soon.

He acted blank, pocketed the phone, then he walked out of the ward, eyes colder than ice.

Angela and Kaylee walked by his left and right hand sides.

Behind them, the ward TV news came on loudly.

🎙️ The injured metal god will be returning to LA today after a successful vocal surgery in Vegas. DIAMONDS are at the edge of their seats in hot anticipation. Since Dorian stopped them from fighting for him, is he gonna do the fighting himself? We’re all waiting for…

The news faded off as the three left the hospital, and thirty minutes more, they were entering the jet.

[Los Angeles, Goth Bookstore]

The atmosphere in the store today is different. Instead of the normal protocol of people coming in to pick books and settle down to read, it’s another scenery entirely.

Now, people come in and just gape at the strange silver-eyed guy sitting in front of the bookstore fireplace.

He has been sitting there since last night, and he hasn’t moved an inch from that chair, and he hasn’t blinked at all too. It’s as if someone glued his silver eyes to the fire and he might die if he looked away.

The only subtle movement he has been doing is picking honey eclipse chocolate bars from a bowl in front of him and eating.

He has eaten one full carton, and now there are several empty wrap papers of the chocolate littering the floor around him.

Another thing is his face which looks like someone pounded it with a pestle. Fresh, untreated bruises and redness dominated it.

His knuckles too, they look so hurtful, but he doesn’t look like he’s hurting as he unwrapped another chocolate bar to eat.

It’s been three full days since Stacy disappeared, and for the first time ever, he’s clueless about her whereabouts.

Her friends definitely have no idea cos he watched their movements and they haven’t been moving strange.

The OBSCURE app is on her phone, so if he wants to track and watch what she’s doing, she’d have to be with the phone, but she left the phone at the mansion, and when he went to the mansion, her dad pounded his face which he allowed.

It won’t speak well if he had beaten his doll’s father to oblivion.

Now this is one of the reasons he has to be in Australia. He OBSCURE can track locations, but he has other apps that can suggest possible locations too. It’s one of the apps the bîtch stole from him which he has to get back.

This city is grounding him.

The past two days had been empty in his existence.

He just smokes, smokes, and smokes.

He can’t even code. He has centered his activities around her completely.

So he came to this bookstore to prevent himself from punching the wall again.

He hasn’t left this chair since last night, and he hasn’t stopped looking at the fireplace. It’s keeping him restrained, surprisingly.

But if he makes the mistake of looking away, he’d ruin things, starting from this bookstore.

But the devil always has a way with things, doesn’t he?

Cos he heard a voice similar to Stacy’s at the coffeehouse opposite the bookstore, and he stood.

He rushed to the glass window, staring out of it intensely.

It’s a honey-haired girl passing by with her puppy.

His broken knuckles folded, and he lost the restraints.

Now, the animal in him wants just one thing; set the coffeehouse ablaze.

His jaws ticked, and he stepped out of the store, taking decisive steps towards the coffeehouse.

But halfway to the building, his phone made several dings.

He stopped, realizing that sound. Sound of a location coming on.

He pulled out his phone, and his eyes twitched when he saw it’s really on.

Stacy’s location!

It’s fuckin on??

He changed direction, getting on his new bike at the store park.

His knuckle bones shifted under his epidermis as he drove off.

The cold air slapped him in the face, and the bruises stung, but the sting is a blessing at this point.

Ten whizzing minutes was all it took to get to the burnt industrial building

Off the bike, he rushed inside, and surprisingly, a ground cellar door is open widely.

He didn’t bother using the ladder. He jumped straight in.

And right in front of him, Stacy stood, tears in her eyes. She’s sniffling, holding her phone.

She had told her dad to bring it over this morning, and her dad left for work few minutes ago.

She didn’t say a thing, but her eyes nearly widened when she saw his bruised battered face.

Cove didn’t move. He’s still standing on the spot he landed on. The darkness in his eyes intensified in a whim like he’d pounce on her.

“Did you have fun hurting me?” She whispered, sniffling brokenly again. “Did it make you hap—”

Before she could land, Cove’s knees lowered and met the ground.

He knelt in front of her, fully like a sinner ready for slaughter.

Her eyes widened.

“I’m maddeningly sorry, Dollface.” He whispered.

TBC.
