Frederick just held her in his arms as he waited for her to calm down. He shook her slightly when she wasn’t longer moving
That’s when he noticed she passed out in his arms..
“She must have been too shocked” He thought and carried her in his arms.
He walked to where he parked his car before placing her at the back seat. He entered the driver’s seat and sighed..
“I don’t even know her home address” He muttered.
“Guess I’ll just take her home” He muttered and drove off immediately

“Im.. Impossible,, Cora. This can’t be,, I thought- I thought..”
“That I was déad?” Cora smiled
“Well unfortunately for you, I’m not déad and I came back… To get whatever belongs to my son and I!” Cora muttered.
“You didn’t abort the baby!” His eyes widened and she nodded.
“You have no idea of how much I loathe and ressent you… Logan” She muttered

HOW IT ALL STARTED ✍️🏻
More than 20 years ago lived Logan Reynolds who was the only heir of the wealthy Reynolds family. He was everything a lady could possibly wish for, money, fame, looks…he has it but his eyes belonged to one lady, Cora.
Cora was Logan’s girlfriend, he gave her everything she wanted, pampered her like a baby, every lady envied her
Unfortunately, his family was against him marrying her because somehow the family discovered that Cora was too materialistic and that’s not the kind of woman they want for their son so they brought in another woman to get married to Logan.
Logan at first sight, fell in love with his betrothed and decided to give the marriage a try so he went and met up with Cora to end things between.
After many arguments, she accepted to leave him under one condition- if they have a goodbye s+x .
Logan foolishly agreed and so they slept together that night.
Few months later Logan was happily married with his beautiful and she was three months pregnant, expecting you give birth to their first son.
And that was when Cora came back with a pregnancy which was none other than Logan’s own. Logan told her to abort the baby but she refused and threatened him.
She threatened him that if he doesn’t divorce his wife and marry her, she’s going to leak it out to the whole world that the only heir of the Reynolds family, got a woman who isn’t her work pregnant and that will be a big disgrace to the Reynolds family.
Logan felt confused and scared of two things- of destroying his relationship with his wife and also of tarnishing his family’s reputation.
Out of frustration, he had no choice than to do something really bad. He hired someone to set fire to Cora’s house so that to other’s eyes it’ll look like an accident.

“How heartless can you be!! You tried to kíll me and my baby!!” Cora shouted.
“If you didn’t trick me into getting you pregnant, all this wouldn’t have happened!!” Logan fired back
“You have yourself to blame Cora and no one else” Logan said.
“I don’t care… I’m back and whether you like it or not you’ll have to give my son’s share of this family’s wealth” Cora said..
“If not what?” Logan muttered and Cora smirked.
“Don’t push me to the edge Logan, you’ll not like the outcome” Cora warned.
“I give you two weeks to make your choice… Think wisely” She said and turned then walked away, her shoes making clacking sounds
Logan sighed and slumped on the couch then ran his hands through his hair
“This can’t be happening…”

<FREDERICK’S MANSION>
Frederick walked in the house with Catalina sleeping peacefully in his arms. The maids couldn’t help but stare shockingly at him as he went upstairs to his room with her.
“Follow me” He said to a maid who immediately did so.
They got to his room and he dropped her on the bed before facing the maid.
“I need you to remove her wet clothes then wear those clothes on her” He pointed at the neatly folded hoodie laying on the bed.
The maid nodded and went to do as told. Frederick left his room to give them privacy
A phone began ringing and he brought it out to see it was Catalina’s phone and it was a certain “Kid Bro” calling
He picked.
“Cat? Where are you! It’s almost 10pm and you’re not yet back. I called Jolie and Marcel and he said you aren’t with them.. Are you okay? Where are you?” Calvin said in a rush
Frederick cleared his throat.
“Umm it’s her boss on the phone” Frederick said.
“Wait… Boss? Her boss!! Frederick Reynolds!!” Calvin exclaimed
“Yeah” Frederick chuckled.
“Your sister was almost harassed earlier so I saved her and due to how scared she felt, she passed out. I didn’t know her home address so I had to bring her to my house.. If you feel unsure with her here I can send you my address and-”
“No! No! It’s okay hehe… She can spend a year with you if she wants. I mean, you’re the famous Frederick Reynolds who can change our financial status if you two fall in love hehe..” Calvin said
Frederick raised a brow in amusement
“Take care of her okay? I count in you sir. Goodnight sir” Calvin said and hung up
Frederick brought the phone down and stared at it with a smile playing on his lips
“What sort of brother is that” He chuckled and went back in his room.
“It’s all done sir.” The maid said and he nodded before going to change his own clothes
He wore a pair of joggers with a green hoodie before walking to Catalina.
Frederick brought his hand to his cheek, slowly caressing it as he stared at her face. He closed his eyes and placed a kiss on her forehead.
“I’ll help you get over your phobia and I promise I’ll never leave your side” He muttered and took her hands then kissed her knuckles.
He made to stand and go sleep on the couch but halted when Catalina held his hand tightly like he was going to run away.
He smiled and rubbed her hand.

<MORNING, LAMBERT MANSION>
“Wifey… Wake up!” Flynn pecked her lips.
Thalia pouted her lips and Flynn kissed it. That made her open her eyes.
She slowly sat up and rubbed her eyes before yawning..
“What is.. What is happening” Thalia asked.
“I’m taking you to your work place today remember?” Flynn said and Thalia’s eyes brightened.
“Really?”
Flynn nodded and carried her in his arms going to the bathroom.
“Let’s clean up, today’s gonna be a long day for us”
“Alright hubby” Thalia smiled
“Hubby? I like the sound of that” He pecked her lips and she smiled then circled her arms round his neck as he entered the bathroom.

<FREDERICK’S MANSION>
Catalina smiled and then hugged her pillow tightly to herself, snuggling closer to it.
“Is it me or my pillow smells so nice today…” She mumbled and smiled more
Frederick who was starring at her couldn’t help but chuckle as he did.
Catalina frowned,,, wait did her pillow just chuckle? Her eyes immediately flew open and her eyes almost popped out of it’s socket as she stared at Frederick’s face.
She was laying comfortably in his arms, hugging him so tightly..
“Ahh!!” She quickly released him and shifted away.
Due to how fast she shifted away she ended up falling off the bed, landing heavily on the floor.
“Ouch!” A loud thud was heard
“Are you okay?” Frederick looked at her from the bed.
“How.. How did I get here? What are you doing here! You pervert!” She shot and got on the bed then picked the pillow then hit him with it
“What did you do to me!!” She shouted, hitting him with the pillow.
“Cat.. Wait.. Cat!!” Frederick blocked his face.
He snatched the pillow from her before pinning her on the bed with him hovering above her.
“Will you calm down? I didn’t do anything.. Last night you passed out and I didn’t know your address so I brought you here. You were the one who held me back so I had no choice than to sleep here” Frederick explained.
Catalina wasn’t even listening to him, she was busy starring at the way his lips were moving as he talked and she couldn’t help but gulp down at how close his face was to hers.
She couldn’t believe it was now she noticed how his beautiful his cat’s eyes looked.
“Catalina?” He called and she blinked before looking away while blushing.
Frederick smiled when he realized something
“Don’t you notice something” Frederick asked and she looked back at him
“Don’t you notice something? I think your phobia is gone,, but with only me though” Frederick said and her eyes widened
She was too engrossed staring at him that she didn’t even pay attention to how close they were and she wasn’t feeling the urge to push him off nor was she afraid
A smile spread on her lips as she looked at her hands he was pinning.
Frederick slowly released her and without thinking, she quickly hugged him tightly.
“Thank you so much boss!! Thank you… Thank-” Tears of joy escaped her eyes.
“It’s okay… All you need to do now is normalize socializing with other men and you’ll see, it’ll be memories” Frederick smiled
She nodded and pulled away from him and cleaned her tears while looking away. That’s when she realized she was wearing a different set of dresses.
“One of my maids was the one who dressed you” Frederick immediately said
She nodded and smiled before looking down embarrassingly. She couldn’t believe she slept on the same bed with her boss, she hugged twice… All in the same day.
That was so embarrassing for her..
“I ordered my maids to get you a clean set of clothes. You can change into it, then go home. Your brother called yesterday, I’m sure he’s worried.” Frederick said
“I’m sure he said something stupid” Catalina pinched her brows

<STARSHIP HIGH>
Calvin got down the cab and almost immediately, Aubrey’s car stopped in front of him. She got down and her driver drove off immediately..
“Hey girlfriend” Calvin smirked and she rolled her eyes.
“We pretend only in front of people” She said and Calvin nodded then held her hand.
“What are you doing!”
“I’m sure the school is waiting for our grand entrance as a couple. Let’s not deceive them” Calvin said.
“But-”
Calvin dragged her in the school as expected the students were starring at them

Calvin suddenly stopped walking and then carried her in a bridal style. A gasp escaped her lips as she looked at Calvin.
“Don’t you think you’re doing too much!” She whispered, trying to mask her annoyance.
“You paid me 1000$. I do my job well” She said as he walked.
She sighed and looked down as Calvin walked to their classroom with her in his arms.
“Awwn!!” The class gushed the moment they got in.
Dream who was looking at them couldn’t help but frown. Meanwhile, Nelson sighed when they walked in. He was hoping to see Alice with Aubrey but he didn’t
“That means she won’t come to school… I hope she’s okay” He thought and sighed
Calvin dropped Aubrey on her seat and smiled. He looked at Drake who looked at them then rolled eyes.
“Umm… Attention everyone!!” Clara stood up.
“Tonight, I’ll be organizing a pool party at my house and you’re all invited. Make sure you dressed s+xily coz it’s gonna be one hella a party!!” Clara exclaimed and everyone began cheering.
“That’s my babe” Drake smiled and she giggled.
He looked at Aubrey who was stylishly looking at them. He smirked at her face
Calvin turned her face to himself.
“If you wanna move on, start ignoring whatever he does with that girl okay?” Calvin said and Aubrey slowly nodded.

Alice could be seen sitting on the doctor’s bed as she awaited for the results.
The doctor came in with the results.
“So the results are out and we’re really sad to announce to you that you’ve been diagnosed of a brain tumor” The doctor said and Alice’s heart fell.
“Br.. Brain tumor?” She stuttered
“But not to worry, it’s still at the early phase so we can some surgery to kill the tumor… Though it has some side effects” The doctor said
“And what are the side effects?” Alice asked
“There’s,, memory loss. You’ll lose all you memories” The doctor said and Alice’s eyes widened.
Memory loss? So she’ll loose all her memories?
“No… I don’t want it” She shook her head.
“We really advise you to undergo a surgery while it’s still early because in less than three months it’ll surely be too late” The doctor said.
Alice looked down… What’s she gonna do now??

“Wait… So if I’m right, you’re asking me tips on how to woo a lady” Franklin said, stirring his coffee with a surprised look on his face.
“Yeah” Frederick said.
“Wait, this story is not clear. Why would you of all people be asking me such question. Wait, wait, wait… Who’s the lucky girl?” Franklin smirked.
“Frank c’mon… I have nothing much to say” Frederick said..
“No need to be shy about it yunno” Franklin chuckled.
“It’s just that, I don’t know I smile overly much when I’m around her. Every little thing she says or does just makes me happy. I get so jealous when I see her around that her male friend and I just want to help her and make her happy in any ways I can, she’s everything I want in a woman, someone that understands me, make me smile, makes me happy… Not a day passes by without her haunting my mind. I tried fighting this feelings believe me but,, but,, I think it’s too late”
