~ I’m here now,” Maya looked up to see the person and pulled him into a hug, hugging him tightly while the person wrapped his hand around her neck.
She sniffed in his scent, grateful for his presence.
MOMENT LATER*
Maya’s body was covered with the thick and soft duvet as her eyes were shut close.
A warm towel was on her forehead because she had passed out a minute earlier.
Antonio was the one who saved her, and thank God for the window in her bathroom, he jumped through it, and that was why he came out of there.
He didn’t go to the mission with them, but that wasn’t what bothered him, what was going through his mind was something else.
It was only one person who had the fear of spiders when he was a child, and now Maya had it too.
Just what the f+cking hell, Maya was the one who was able to turn him on, and now she also had the fear of spiders.
*What’s your biggest fear?” his young self had asked that day.
She chuckled.
*Well, I have never told anyone, but because you’re my friend, I’m going to tell you. Well, I have a fear of spiders !! I have a phobia called arachnophobia, the fear of spiders.” The young childhood sweetheart of his replied.
*What about you?” she asked.
*Well, I don’t have any fear, but I have one phobia , I’m scared of one person, my father,” he said.
*I’m not sure I have heard about that phobia….” she laughed.
*It’s called the fear of father,” Antonio reply bluntly.
Antonio quickly snapped out of his daydream, she couldn’t possibly be the one he had been looking for all these years,the one he had been searching for and trying to meet.
He couldn’t bring himself to think about what she would look like all grown up.
She was the one girl who stirred his desire…
She couldn’t be the one…
He refused to believe that.
He took one glance at Maya and walked out of her room.

HOURS LATER*
The gang was all back from the mission, and news sure traveled around, as the spread of Maya’s phobia and how the Don saved her were the talk of the clan.
Since they all arrived, Skylar was in her room, and she kept releasing hot, heavy breaths.
Why did Maya have to win all the time? She’s taking her place… First, it was in the arrow shooting, and she’s slowly taking Antonio away from her.
All her plans didn’t go as planned, and she’s fuming with insane anger. Why did Antonio have to save her when she would have died?
Antonio was about to go on the mission with them, but he changed his mind, and when she saw how he entered his suite, her mind felt relaxed.
Well, your guess was right, because she was the one who placed the spider in her room.
She wanted to take her revenge because Maya had won earlier… She brought disgrace to her, something that had never happened all through her life in this gang.

When she was absolutely sure that no one was watching her, she slipped into Maya’s room.
She had actually seen Maya enter Antonio’s suite to discuss why Antonio hadn’t acknowledged her win, so she was absolutely sure that Maya wouldn’t come anytime soon.
She walked to Maya’s bed and began searching for anything she could possibly use against Maya.
Because why would Maya win every f+cking time? No one in this clan had the best arrow shooting skills like her, and when Maya won, they would start thinking she was better than her.
She didn’t see anything and moved to the vanity table… no single thing.
Her eyes suddenly caught Maya’s bag, which was in the back of her wardrobe, she smirked and walked towards the bag.
She brought the bag and began searching, something fell down from her bag… Maya’s identity card… her cop badge.
And Skylar was about to pick up the ID card when she saw a file inside her bag…
She didn’t bother to pick up the ID card, she took the file and ran through it.
Her eyes suddenly caught something amusing… “MY BIGGEST FEAR IS SPIDERS… A PHOBIA CALLED ARACHNOPHOBIA.”
Skylar read and smiled
“So she has a fear, and she’s acting like someone who doesn’t fear anything in the world… good.”
Her mind was currently dancing because of Maya’s weakness, when she picked up the ID, she didn’t bother to check it, she just placed it on her bag and put the file back.
She zipped the bag back and placed it where she saw it before walking out of the room.

Antonio suddenly burst inside her suite, and Skylar sprang up when she saw him.
“You did it right, you f+cking did that?!” Antonio barked, and Skylar shifted back in fear.
“What are you talking about?” Skylar asked.
Antonio walked towards her, grabbed her neck, and lifted her up with one hand, Skylar choked out blood…
“Don’t f+cking lie to my face, I saw you when you left the window of her room,” Antonio said.
“Should I start by asking you what you were doing at her window… I mean, you should have saved her, but you didn’t…. You just left.” Antonio’s words were laced with anger and accusation, and Skylar’s eyes widened in fear.
Meanwhile, Maya’s eyes suddenly flashed open, and her sight was blurry at first.
She didn’t tell anyone about her fear of spiders, so why did they set her up like that?
She looked up to see Vinegar smiling at her and blinked before rising up.
“Vinegar?” Maya called, and Vinegar pulled her into a warm hug.
“Thank goodness you’re safe,” Vinegar mumbled, and Maya wondered how she knew.
“I know you might be thinking how I knew you were attacked by a spider, but everyone knows about it already,” Vinegar said.
“What?” She blinked, and Vinegar chuckled.
“News sure travels faster than lightning,” she said.
“Swears… but you know what? Did you know who set you up with the spider?” Vinegar asked.
“No,” Maya shook her head.
“It’s Skylar,” Vinegar said.
“What?”
“Yeah,” Vinegar replied.
“But how did you find out?” Maya asked.
“I wasn’t the one who found out… it’s the Don. He saw when Skylar left your window… she could have saved you, but she didn’t, and I’m thinking maybe it’s because you won the duel that she chose to take it out on you,” Vinegar said.
“But she was the one who brought out the duel… she asked for it,” Maya blinked her eyes innocently.
Her mind was currently screaming,
*How did she know I have a phobia of spiders?*
“But guess what… the Don is gonna punish her,” Vinegar said.
“You mean right now?” Maya asked.
“He’s already on it,” Vinegar replied.
“Fuck… I have to stop it from happening,” Maya said and jumped out of bed.
“Wait… you can’t,” Vinegar was still saying, but Maya had already left.

Hotdogg and Spider were just coming from where they had to shop for the glass.
They also didn’t go on the mission, and Hotdogg frowned and looked at Spider.
“I didn’t even see the glass I was hoping to see, it means I’d have to fix it,” Hotdogg mumbled.
“I’m sorry once again,” Spider apologized, and he rolled his eyes.
“It’s fine,” Hotdogg said.
“Can you please do me a favor and close your eyes, please?” she pleaded.
“But why?” Hotdogg asked.
“Just close it… please,” she pleaded again, and he shut his eyes close.
She made sure he wasn’t cheating before bringing out a new glass from her cargo pocket.
She had actually taken it without his notice at the mall earlier.
She unwrapped it and placed the glass on his eyes.
“Can I open now?” Hotdogg asked.
“Yeah, you can,” she said, and he slowly opened his eyes.
“Wow,” he exclaimed when he saw the new set of glasses.
“Do you like it?” Spider asked.
“I love it,” Hotdogg said, and she smiled.
“I thought you wouldn’t like it,” she said.
“But why didn’t you show me the glass earlier? You made me worried for no reason,” Hotdogg mumbled and she chuckled.
“Sorry,” she muttered.

SKYLAR ROOM*
Antonio kept choking her, and Skylar could swear that if he released her, heavy fingerprints of his would be on her skin.
Blood kept coming out of her mouth, but Antonio wasn’t ready to let her go…
He didn’t care if she died or lived… He wasn’t even feeling remorse at all.
He was taking her breath away, giving no way for air to enter her lungs, her mouth was dry and swollen, she needed air.
Maya suddenly entered and rushed to Antonio.
“Master, please let go of her, please master,” Maya pleaded, but Antonio paid deaf ear.
“Please,” she said and knelt down beside him, her two hands clasped together.
“Just let her go.”
He turned his gaze to her.
“If I let her go, you promised to do every fucking thing I asked of you?. ” He asked, and she nodded.
He let go of her, and Skylar dropped to the floor…
She was weak.
He grabbed Maya’s hand, and she stood up.
“Come with me… Come and fulfill the promise you made to me.” He said, and they both walked out of the room.
Vinegar entered and saw Skylar almost out of breath…
“Water…” Skylar managed to say.
Vinegar rolled her eyes… She didn’t want to help her, but what would be the difference between her and Skylar.
She walked to the table and grabbed a jug of water, bent down beside Skylar, and handed her the water. Skylar gulped everything at once…
Vinegar’s eyes traveled to her neck, and she could see Antonio’s fingerprints on her skin.
She deserves it.

MAX SUITE*
Max was busy playing with Speedy’s hair, and she was chewing her bubble gum.
“So, would you go on a date with me?” Max asked.
“I hope there won’t be any pesky cats to ruin the date for us?” Speedy asked, her voice laced with humor.
“No one will dare try anything,” Max said confidently.
“Bribe me to go with you?” Speedy asked, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
“What?” Max replied, taken aback.
“Yeah, you need to bribe me, or I won’t go,” Speedy said, her voice firm.
Max grabbed her and drew her closer to him. He pressed his lips to hers, and they shared a passionate kiss.
“I want something more,” she said, her voice husky.
“Naughty,” he whispered, and in the next moment, their clothes were lying on the floor, while the bed creaked and groaned in rhythm with their movements.

ANTONIO SUITE*
Antonio entered the suite with Maya and sat down in his swivel chair.
“No backing out now, you promised me twice, and it’s that you’d do everything I asked of you. So, you’ll have to fulfill your promise,” Antonio said.
“Did I promise that?” Maya teased, a hint of playfulness in her voice.
“Don’t joke with me, Maya. You promised that you’d do everything I asked because I trained you, and the second promise was in Skylar’s suite,” Antonio said, his tone firm.
“What do you want?” Maya asked, her curiosity piqued.
“Are you sure you’ll be able to do it?” Antonio asked.
“I won’t know unless you tell me,” Maya replied, her voice measured.
“I want to F+ck you,” Antonio said bluntly, his eyes gleaming with intensity.
