★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★
Thiago’s laughter ricochetted through the walls of the Mansion, sounding like a warning of doom. It cracked up after the order from Jeremy, and it got crazier as his blood dripped off that arm too.
Now both arms are bleeding, but he doesn’t look like he got shot at all. Instead, his orbs radiated satisfaction as the laughter continued cracking from him, filling the space.
Jeremy kept the ark stretched, kept the gun aimed. Louis kept his blank eyes on Jeremy, and Stacy’s eyes are on Jeremy too, still so shocked.
“I was planning to come get you in person, but here you are. You offered yourself on a gold platter in front of me,” Thiago’s laughter continued, so sickly sick. It’s desolating.
“Now you’re done,” he muttered, giving his laughter a leash. It stopped, and he strolled across the room, his arms still dripping with crimson…
Jeremy dropped the gun, ready for hand-to-hand as he advanced.
“If I knew you were in the city, I’d have started staking outside this house since yesterday motherfucker!” He spat angrily.
“The only place you’ll be staking at is in hell, arsehole! You won’t even have to stake out, you’ll be in the fire till the end of eternity!” Thiago’s voice thickened like a death lore.
“You killed her internally and externally, almost killed her baby, but you’re back? For what exactly? To ruin her some more?” Jeremy’s thunderous spitting continued.
“She’ll be anyway I want!” Thiago’s eyes were spitting fire like a dragon’s, figuratively. “Ruined? Devastated? On her feet? In my bed? Happy? Smiling? She’ll be anyway I decide cos she is my fuckin’ property! Marked boldly by my claws! You’re a weed!”
“And you’re a bloody undeserving killer! Yuu don’t deserve her! I’mma kill you!” Jeremy returned.
Thiago’s finally got to him, and just when he was about to claw on him…
“Get out of my house, Cove!” Stacy’s voice yelled from behind.
“It is Thiago!” He snarled, turning.
His eyes reddened when he saw she has a knife to her own neck already.
“I will never give you the satisfaction of calling you your real name. Covey Killer Fabio!” She laughed, pressing the knife blade closer to her skin. “Now get the fûck out, and don’t touch Jeremy, or I’ll slit my own throat!” She threatened.
“You’re threatening me for another man?” Thiago smirked, so hellish.
“Jeremy isn’t another man! He has always been a good friend since uni, and who says you’re a man at all?” She scoffed. “A man won’t try to abort his own child or try to kill his own child!!!” She yelled. “Now, out!”
Thiago made a micro move to attack Jeremy, but the knife blade pressed to her neck tighter, and a thin line of blood rolled out of her cut.
“Drop the darn knife!!” He roared.
“Don’t touch Jeremy! And get out of my house! Leave me and my son alone! Never come back!” She roared back bravely.
Louis is right beside her, watching and awaiting what’s going to happen.
Thiago’s smirk thickened on the curving of his lips, and he took one step away from Jeremy, his blood still dropping, dripping off.
“The next time we’ll meet, you’ll be the one showing up in front of me. You’ll be the one coming to look for me.” He muttered. “And you’ll take back your threats and words. You’ll eat them back, and I’ll do what I do best…. making you hate me more.”
“Now don’t talk like you can bear my hate for you motherfucker! You can’t! That’s why you came here begging for a kiss like a starved kid! I’d rather cut my lips off than have them make contact with the man who tried to kill my baby! You don’t deserve anyone in this world. A mother? Father? A child? A lover? You don’t even deserve the breath in your lungs!” Stacy declared mockingly.
And with that, Thiago left the house calmly, blood still dripping down. The drops were forming a trail after him till he went out the door.
Stacy dropped the knife from her throat, letting out shaky breaths.
“Mama?” Louis called.
She squatted in front of him, arms on his shoulder and smile on her face. The small line of blood on her neck is still there, so she wiped it with an hanky, keeping his hand there.
“When you placed the knife on your neck, he was genuinely shaken. I saw it in his eyes.” He said.
“Of course he’d be.” She smiled.
“But don’t ever use yourself as bait anymore to the point of even hurting yourself.” He said, voice a warning.
Stacy blinked.
“Where’s my answer?” He said.
Stacy smiled, nodding. “Don’t worry.”
Jeremy walked slowly to them, and she got up with a small smile.
“Why did you suddenly show up?”
“I ordered snacks for you yesterday, but the company called that their delivery truck was problematic, so they couldn’t deliver. I had to go get em myself.” He said.
“Aw, you know I love snacks.” She smiled wider.
“Exactly my point.” He smiled back.
“Who said you could get her snacks?” Louis said suddenly.
Jeremy faced him.
“I—”
“She won’t eat your snacks, better don’t drop them.” He cut him off and went for the staircase.
Jeremy remained stunned, and Stacy couldn’t even add a word till Louis turned by the staircase middle…
“Actually you can drop it cos we didn’t get to take our snacks from the mall yesterday cos of that Stove. Drop the snacks, but mum is gonna pay you for every piece, we don’t want free, and another reminder….Do not try to get romantic. I like the way you shot him, but do not try to get romantic with my mum.”
He disappeared upstairs, and Jeremy chuckled, facing Stacy who’s also grinning silently.
“He’s tough,” he muttered.
“I know, right?” She nodded.
They both settled down, and in her mind, she has decided that Louis will just skil school today.
Not like it’d mean anything since he has mentally outgrown the prima school teachings anyways.
“Thank you for showing up,” she started. “But don’t do that again.”
“Stace, he had his hand on your throat,” he whispered.
She brought a pepper spray out of her palazzo pants pocket, showing him. “I had this, and I was gonna spray him generously.”
“You think this would make him stop?” He scoffed. “He looks immune to weapons.”
“This ain’t just pepper spray. I worked on it and added some chemicals from my mum’s stash, so if I had sprayed, he’d have lost his sight for weeks.” She explained.
“Still,” he insisted.
“This is my fight, Jere. I don’t want you getting hurt because of me, so I wanna fight alone without dragging anyone into my shit. Next time,I want you to ignore.” She said.
“Impossible,” he turned his face away. “I promised I’d always protect you from evil, and he’s the principal evil,so no…I refuse to ignore…”
“But it is my choice, and you always respect my choices.” Stacy said.
He faced her.
“Yeah but not when it involves you throwing your life to a wolf like him”
“I’ll be fine, I promise.” She said.
He sighed, reluctant.
“Fine, fine…” He said.
“Good, so how’s it going with your investigation?” She asked.
“Trying to gather info about Dorian’s past rape victims, but it has been hard. He was careful to tie all loose ends.” He explained.
“Oh….” She nodded.
“You don’t look surprised to hear that he’s a rapist.” He said.
“Cos he’s an animal. If he and his mother could frame you for their crimes, then he’s capable of rape.” She shrugged.
“So, my helpline said there’s a living victim among his victims, so I’m currently trying to get her, but I don’t even know who she might be. I might go to San Francisco to deepen my investigations.” He said.
Stacy’s eyes swayed, but she blinked it off and nodded.
“You’ll do it, you’re smart.”
“Don’t get sugary,” he made faces, and she laughed heartily.
“But you’re really smart.”
“And your dad’s stuff?” He asked, stealing a glance at a piece of her hair sticking out of the ponytail.
He brought his hand to it and tucked it inside. She allowed it.
“Thank you,” she appreciated. “And the bullet my dad was shot with is the Japanese long bullet.”
Jeremy’s eyes shadowed.
“The Japanese bullet?”
Before Stacy could respond, his phone rang, and he checked to see it’s the helpline. A need to leave flickered in his eyes immediately.
“I’ll be fine, you can leave.” She quickly said.
“You sure?” He glanced up.”
“Yup, I’ll keep myself busy wiping his blood off my floor.” She smiled.
“The snacks are at the garage. I’ll send maids to take them in for you. They’re very much.” He said.
“Sure,” she nodded.
He bade his bye and left the house, but instead of cleaning the floors first, Stacy rushed upstairs.
Louis is in his room, changing his school uniform to casual wear.
Though, there’s hardly anything casual about his wears.
They’re all designers, down to his underwear and slippers.
“The toy gun, where’s it?” She asked with folded arms.
“I’m not giving you that,” he replied, adjusting his polo.
“I should have known you had ulterior motives the moment you started asking for toy guns! You actually replaced the soft rubber bullets with metal blades? When the fûck did you even sharpen it??”
“When you were clubbing with my aunties,” he replied nonchalantly.
“The toy gun, now!” She spread her palm sternly.
“Not giving you,” he smirked.
Then she barged in further and began searching, staring from his closet. She began turning everything upside down while he just stayed behind, watching, knowing she’s never gonna get the hiding place.
The front door alarm sounded downstairs, and he went downstairs to meet the aunties rushing in.
Excluding Trinidad and Tania though.
It’s just Kehlani and Tasha, and they look more horrified to see the blood staining the floors.
“Babes!” Stacy came down.
“What’s with the blood? Who gie hurt!!” Kehlani shouted fearfully.
“He’s the one who got hurt,” Stacy provided. “Jeremy shot him.”
“Thank gawd!” Tasha breathed. “We were at the hospital preparing for Tania’s surgery when Trinidad came to tell us about his return, so we had to leave Tania in Trinidad’s care and rush down here to check on you.”
“We’re good,” Louis said blankly.
“Of course you are,” Tasha rubbed his hair. “I’m glad.”
“Did you say Tania’s surgery? The orthopedic is here?” Stacy blinked.
“Yeah. An Italian businesswoman with orthopedic surgeries as her side work. We’re counting on her. By 10, the surgery will start.” Kehlani said.
“Then I’ll just wipe the bloody floors and go to the hospital with y’all.” Stacy quickly said.
But that was when her phone buzzed…
A message from Vogue CEO, inviting her to a meeting.
“Why would the CEO invite me to a meeting? To sue me?” Stacy scoffed.
“You’ll only know when you get there,” Tasha said.
—
Jeremy made sure he was far enough from the mansion before he picked the call from the helpline.
He had to stop his car beside a road to pick it up.
“The Japanese bullets, send me a list of the patrons you sold them to six years ago in the month of September.” He said.
“Making orders now? Even when I called first?” The voice said.
“Just send the patrons names!” Jeremy snapped.
“Our deal was to help you put Kaylee and her son down, not investigate Albert’s death. You promised to focus on yourself, but you’re getting seated by Stacy again?”
“I just wanna know her dad’s killer, that’s all.” Jeremy said.
“Even if it involves your mother?”
“I already know my mom is involved in one way or another, but I need to know the main culprit!”
“You’ll calm down and listen to what I have to say first.” The helpline replied gently. “You really need to meet with Remo ASAP. Remo might still have another copy of the video involving Kaylee. Also, you should meet Dorian. He’s planning to rape your sister .”
“I really don’t care about Elmira at this point.” Jeremy said and hung up.
He slammed his fist on the steering, but then his mind went to Angela.
Angela.
Angela was obsessed with him when he was acting as Dorian, and maybe he’s still obsessed.
What if he used her obsession to draw info about Dorian’s living rape victim from her?

[Kane’s Place]
Holding a cup of coffee, Reid came downstairs looking a better shade of himself with his blowed hair.
He obviously just finished using the dryer. His features are sharper now they could cut, and hes blowing the coffee with his mouth before sipping.
“LA changed a lot! No, the whole of America changed! President Kaylee Wesley is doing numbers as the first female President and it’s sick. I’m so glad to be back.”
“Back to eat my food?” Kane replied, coming downstairs all dressed for work. He’s going again and doesn’t care if he gets lock up again.
“I was living my life in Germany when you kept calling me to come down here. Now I’m here and you’re accusing me of eating your food? Of course I’ll eat, I’m not here to die.” Reid rolled eyes.
Kane looks pale, even in his smooth blue suit. He never told Reid about his gunshot wound. He just had it treated at the hospital before coming home last night, and he obviously needs blood tonic.
“You good? You’ve been looking like a ghost since I arrived yesterday.” Reid said with a frown.
“I’m good,” Kane lied.
“Are you lovesick?” Reid made faces. “Your lover boy is giving you a hard time?” He winked.
“You’re the lovesick fool who wouldn’t stop talking about Kehlani in Germany. Don’t push your problems on me, dawg.” Kane rolled eyes hard.
“You got me with that,” Reid nodded, smiling softly. “I’m working for Stacy, so I’ll work better here.”
“Does she know you’re her secret investigator?” Kane asked.
“Nah, we only communicate on phone. I bet she’d be shocked to see it’s me.” Reid sighed.
“So her father was shot with a Japanese shii?” Kane asked, already going for the door.
“I won’t divulge info to you,it’s my case to handle.” Reid replied.
Kane raised him a middle finger, then he went out the door.
“You’re not even gonna eat? I made veggies!” Reid shouted, but he was replied with the turning over of Kane’s car engine outside.
“Shit,” Reid muttered, dropping his coffee cup.
He grabbed his laptop.
After ascertaining that the bullet us really a Japanese tool, he has been gathering the names of people Albert Montana had beef with before his death, and there are just two…
Thiago X…
Mr. Brown… Zendaya’s dad.
And Thiago is the only one who has a Japanese around him…
Mio—his half-sister Shelby’s maid.
But Thiago hates Mio as much as he hates his sis, so there’s no way he’d have sent Mio to do the job.
But Mr. Brown?
Reid drank from his coffee again, groaning. “This is tough.”
He started collating a list of people Mr. Brown met when he was in jail.
He was on that when his phone bleeped…
It’s a new update on Kehlani’s IG.
She posted a picture of Tania and herself, wishing her a successful surgery.
Reid smiled.

[Australia, X Family Castle]
The castle is set just beyond the polished, controlled heart of Canberra where government buildings fade into quiet stretches of guarded land.
The X Family estate rose like something deliberately erased from public maps.
From a distance, it doesn’t immediately scream “castle.” It’s worse—more unsettling.
The gates alone are a statement. Towering, seamless slabs of reinforced alloy that open only after silent, invisible scans—facial recognition, gait analysis, even heartbeat signatures.
No guards are visible, yet the air carries that unmistakable weight that you are being watched.
Inside, grand hall stretches wide with chandeliers hang like frozen constellations, but they don’t flicker. They’re powered by the castle’s private grid.
The living quarters of the are almost deceptively warm with soft lighting, rich textures, panoramic windows overlooking the Canberra hills.
Shelby is in her own private quarters, accompanied by five working robots inside her workroom.
She’s not in the lab, but she’s seeing everything going on in there in her mind’s eye with the help of the robots who’re telling her everything.
Right now, the Scientists are preparing to open the first human pod at 6pm, and once it opens and the first human cryogenics project gets successful, she’d once again dominate the global screens.
The blind heiress will take over the world’s ears again. Her father would be so proud of her.
He hated her and showered Thiago with love when he was alive, and she had to constantly beg for his attention, but now that he’s dead, she’s dominating effortlessly without having to await his approval.
He should he ashamed in hell too. The deserted stone is now the foundation of the Syndicate.
A ghostly smile touched her lips as she continued listening to the robots interpretation, her arms behind her.
“Your Excellency,” Mio entered. “The Great Uncles, Top Scientists and Top Syndicate backers are all having a banquet at the east wing, celebrating the success of the first human cryogenics already. So…the project must be successful by 6… The specimen must wake up.”
“The flashdrive? Why did you take so long? I ordered you to take it to the dead Grand Uncle lab to open.” Shelby replied coldly.
“I was being careful, Your Excellency. Couldn’t bear to make you fall into a trap, so I waited to confirm abnormalities before opening. And it’s indeed the app. He indeed transferred the ownership of the app to you.” Mio reported.
Shelby pulled out her black rosary, counting with a smirk as the lightening from the screen darkened her grey eyes more.
“Leave the app outside the Syndicate database. Don’t connect it with the systems. Whatever he’s up to, I’ll find out after the pod opens in the evening,” she said. “Prepare to take me to the Catholic for holy communion and prayers. It’s almost time to leave.”
“Sure,” Mio bowed and went for the door quickly.
“Six years ago when you shot Albert, you didn’t leave any trace.” Shelby said the question casually.
Mio stopped.
“There are many traces, starting from the bullet I used. But they’re free to trace it here to me. That only means more people for me to kill.” She said heartlessly.
“That’s more like you,” Shelby muttered. “I can’t wait for the day you’ll meet your Japanese family again, it’ll be bloody. Heard their base shifted to Macau six years ago.”
“I’m just like you, Your Excellency,” Shelby nodded. “A deserted stone, and you dominated. I’ll go back to dominate too, very soon. Macau will bath with blood that day.”
With that, Mio stepped out.

[Los Angeles, Dorian’s Mansion]
Dorian is at the dinning, live on IG as he shoved forkfuls of salad down his throat. He’s eating breakfast and making his delusional fans watch.
And as they showered him with sweet sugarcoated comments, he was laughing so loud.
His laughter echoed, reaching Angela’s ears behind the dinning wall where she stooped low.
He gets millions of views whenever he goes on his vain lives. DIAMONDS are jobless like that.
He might even go live while creaming and that’s when the live views skyrockets the most.
They’re as crazy as him.
But his downfall is coming very soon though. Very soon.
Him, and his mother.
She’ll be their downfall for what they did to her and Jeremy.
Her phone bleeped, and age shifted away from the wall to look.
It’s a text from an unknown line.
Unknown: Are you available to meet up tonight? J.
Her eyes widened, cos there’s only one person with a name that starts with J that she knows.
“Jeremy?” She smiled, gasping. “Jeremy…..”
But Dorian is planning to meet with Elmira tonight too, so how’s she gonna do it?
She bit her tongue.

[Wolfe Mansion]
Anita was halfway into her preparation for work when Elmira came visiting, and she had to stop and attend to her at the lounge.
She had the maids make coffee, but Elmira refused to drink.
“What is it again?” Anita sighed.
“Are you seriously gonna spend the rest of your life worshipping Jeremy? I don’t even wanna talk to dad right now cos that one is head over heels for him and he’ll die for Jeremy. But you? You’re supposed to be my cornerstone! I’m your daughter!”
“I’m not up for this shit this morning, Elmira.” Anita complained.
“But you’d have listened and paid good ears if it was Jeremy, right?” Elmira snickered. “I heard he even came to your office to choke you and you’re —”
“I’d I wasn’t on your side, I wouldn’t have went extra miles to make sure the media houses exaggerated her runway fight.” Anita cut in.
Elmira gasped.
“It was you?” Her eyes brightened.
“Who else has the power?” Anita rolled eyes, and Elmira laughed.
“I knew you’d never betray me! You’re the best!” Elmira wrapped her arms around the woman, hugging her fondly. “I love you mum!”
“How’s your arm?” Anita asked.
Elmira rolled up her sleeve, showing the plastered arm. “It’s getting better, can’t believe that bîtch really attacked us with an axe.”
“Take your hospital schedules serious, and you’ll be fine,” Anita nodded at her.
“We have a meeting with Vogue this morning to discuss her doom, and I can’t wait to witness it.” Elmira said eagarly, but then she sank. “Zendaya got a contract with Geng magazines, and I’m still in awe.”
“Geng? Are you for real?” Anita blinked. “Even before you both ventured into modelling, the magazine has its own modelling family.. they’re like two hundred, and they never take new faces unless you have connections with the President or something.”
“Exactly!” Elmira flared. “But she bagged a contract. Even during the Vogue lineup stuff, my name took a while before it appeared in the list. Mum, Zendaya isn’t gonna overshadow me, right?”
“Trust me to do something about it. Just wait for news.” Anita assured.
“I love you again! Mhua!” Elmira blew her kisses, and Anita chuckled.

[Y Group, 10PM]
Scott has a slight from on his face as he scrolled through the submitted reports of the subsidiaries on his desk, and he can’t even hide his surprise. He asked for a report of just two, but there are ten ready, clean understandable reports as it the submitter knew what he understood.
He has a suspicious gaze in his eyes as he scrolled to another page, and as he read, his mind followed.
It was too easy. Too simplified.
He nearly rang the HR, but the door opened, and Kane entered with the last printed report which he dropped gently on his desk.
“You came again?” Scott scoffed.
“Wanna lock me up again?” Kane tendered his wrists, and Scott pushed them away immediately.
Kane smiled mildly.
“You gathered these reports with ChatGpt?” Scott tested.
“Don’t try to accuse me, Min Young. You know I’ve got the smarts since uni, and I know your preference, so it was easier, Prim. I gathered them myself. Just say you like the simplicity and conciseness.” Kane said with a teasing look.
“It’s Scott, don’t go around calling my local names.” Scott rolled eyes.
“But I got tired of your English name, though.” Kane rested his palms on the desk, leaning down to him.
Scott looked up, and Kane could still see slight redness in his eyes.
The streak of color hanging deep at the hidden corners.
“Did you cry all night?” He whispered, getting serious as he brought his hand to Scott’s lashes, touching lingeringly.
Scott paused, his Adam’s apple bobbing up, then down like a lost ball. He felt his breathings heightening, louden, fastening.
“I won’t leave this time, I promise.” Kane hushed. “I promise I’m here to stay, and—” Kane couldn’t finish.
Scott pushed his hand off his lashes and shifted back on his swivel.
“Go back to your desk, Kane.” he ordered embarrassingly.
Kane’s smile thinned, but it didn’t wipe off completely as he folded his hand before dropping it.
“Yes, Boss.” He said teasingly, making sure his fingertips brushed the back of Scott’s hand on the desk.
He made the contact drag slowly, torturously… teasingly, locking eyes with Scott till it ended.
Then he walked out of the office with a wider, manic smile like he had just embarked on a sweet mission.
Scott awkward rubbed his hands together, clearing his throat and biting his lip slightly.
“Is he flirting with me?” He asked himself, biting his lip again.

[Vogue Vision – CEOs Office]
Stacy made sure she was on her boss bîtch pants before she stepped into the massive Vogue building, her hat balanced smoothly on her head.
She wore a pink suit, and the pants are slightly tight, shaping out her little curves and edges. Even the inner of the suit is a low-necked material, letting her cleavage pop out like little cute balloons.
Her black louboutin heels carried her in with the unbeatable charisma of a queen, and the staffs and models around the building had to leave what they were doing to come witness another strut from her.
She didn’t have to try, her long hair balanced sleekly on top of her waist, and her smirk is intact.
She doesn’t look like she came here to receive fine. She looks like she came to sign a contract instead.
Her ears echoed the comments of the models as she walked, and she smirked deeper.
• Should we start thanking gawd that she didn’t choose modelling?
• She’s effortlessly perfect.
• Her late mother won Miss America twice. What were you expecting?
• You don’t mean it.
• I’m telling you Ophelia Montana was that woman. She’d have won it again and again if she didn’t die catastrophically like that.
• So why the fûck is Stacy not winning too since she looks exactly like her mother?
• You have to submit your profile before you can be voted as Miss America, and she doesn’t submit. She’s not interested in modelling.
• Then why is she here?
• To settle scores with our highest paid faces? Elmira and Zendaya.
Stacy bobbed her head, adjusting her hat as the CEO office was opened for her by a security.
She stepped into the evasive space, and as expected, Zendaya and Elmira were already seated, and if eyes could kill, Stacy would drop dead immediately she came in.
They were eye-stabbing her, and she could easily guess they’re wishing her death in their minds, but she doesn’t give two fûcks.
Her aura stayed unstained till she arrived fully.
Behind the desk, the CEO who has a tinted buzz cut sat. He has VOGUE inscribed in his buzz cut, and his eyes shows he’s happy to see her.
Stacy took her seat on the third available chair, and the man extended an handshake which she took demurely.
“So….where’s my fine documents?” She asked nonchalantly.
“I’m glad you know what you came here to do, bîtch.” Elmira sneered.
“As she should,” Zendaya smirked, stylishly looking at the door to see if she brought Louis with her.
“You’re not here to sign fine documents, Stacy Montana.” The CEO cleared her.
Elmira and Zendaya because confused, both spasming their attention back to the CEO.
“You’re here to become one of us….if you like.” The CEO continued.
“What!” Elmira and Zendaya chorused, eyes expanding.
“We’d love to invite you to become the face of Vogue for six months, together with your handsome son. After six months, you can decide to either continue modelling with us or terminate your contract, it’s your call, Miss.” The CEO explained.
“What the f+k are you saying!” Elmira spranged up, shock dancing in her eyes with the balls.
“This ain’t happening! Not when I’m still alive!” Zendaya spranged too, panting like she’s on a marathon.
“Then die!” Stacy looked up at her, like a lady boss. Her eyes burned through their ego, then she directed her gaze back to the CEO. “Where’s the contract? Bitch, I’m signing.”
The CEO snapped his fingers with a excited chuckle, and the contract was brought in on a golden tray.

[Monroeville Hospital]
Tania’s surgery got rescheduled to 11am cos the orthopedic kept stalling. She’s either talking to clients on phone or shouting at business partners crankily in Italian.
Since she’s a businesswoman from Italy, the girls understood, so they waited, but even the air around her us so scary one would think she’s a mafia of some sort.
She’s got a single key tattoo on her wrist too. She’s far from what a doctor’s image looks like, and they don’t even know her name cos everything about her is secretive.
Right now, she’s by the hallway, ready to enter the theater cos Tania has been wheeled inside since ten minutes ago, but…
She’s on another call.
“If he goes out of the hotel, y’all better be ready to pay with your lives! If he’s done working on the paperwork I gave him, then get additional paperwork for him to do or get him in a zoom meeting with the partners! He mustn’t go out!”
“He shot two securities already, saying he really wants to go out and see the girl.” Came the voice of the person she’s speaking with.
“And I’m saying he mustn’t leave the hotel! I’ll be done with this surgery in an hour, and then we’ll get on the flight back to Sicily tommorow. He’s not allowed to go see that girl when he has a betrothed girl of his age waiting for him at home.” She said powerfully, turning around.
Her eyes settled on Trinidad who’s with the girls.
“I’m looking at the girl he’s dying to see as I’m speaking, and maybe I should just kill her to make his head reset.” She muttered.
“We’ll try to camp him again, Morano Madame.” The voice from the other end replied.
“Good,” Madame Morano replied, hanging up.
She pocketed her phone after switching it off, then she masked up, wore the surgery uniform before entering the theater with the other assistant doctors.
As the theater door closed, Kehlani sighed out.
“Never have I ever seen a scary doctor like that. What the hell.”
“Frank’s dad said she’d do a good job, so I’m counting on that.” Trinidad said hopefully, sitting beside Tasha who has been silent.
She rubbed Tasha’s shoulders, smiling assuredly at her.
“She’ll be fine, ok?”
Tasha nodded. “You should go to your computer tech empire. You said you had a lotta work to clear on your table.” She mumbled.
“Work can wait, I’ll just go after the surgery.” Trinidad nodded.
Kehlani sat on the other side, rubbing Tasha’s shoulders too.
“Stacy will soon be here when she comes back from Vogue.” She said.
Trinidad left to go use the restroom, and that was when Remo and Frank arrived in the hall.
“She has entered?” Remo asked expressionlessly.
“Yeah, finally.” Kehlani nodded.
“And why is that one keeping her head low?” Frank motioned at Tasha.
Tasha looked up, looking scared. “I don’t have your time now, ok?”
Frank just buried his face in his phone. No more words.
Kehlani continued rubbing Tasha’s back, and then the third of the bunch entered the hall.
Max.
His hands are in his pockets, and there’s a cigar between his lips.
“This is an hospital, and you’re in a theater hallway. Put out your cigar fire!” Kehlani spranged up.
“What? Are you getting wet by watching me smoke? We both know after me, your p+xy hasn’t had any other +vk in it.” Max scoffed.
Kehlani got rid of the right leg of her slip-ons, and she sent it to his face, slapping him with it.
His cigar flew off, and Tasha killed the fire from the cigar by marching it with her sneaker.
Frank is still on his phone like he’s not hearing the ongoing, and Remo is just looking without a word.
Max rubbed his inner cheek with his tongue, staring at Kehlani with a slow smile as his cheek burned.
Kehlani’s eyes were angry, furious.
“Slap me again. I love it.” He said.

Trinidad was hurrying to get back to the hall after she took a leak, but immediately she came out of the restroom section to the main door, her phone buzzed.
She retrieved it, and she stared at the unknown line for a minute till it went off. She pulled her face.
“Who’s this?”
She was about to pocket the phone when the ringing started again…
She slid the green,
“Hello, who’s—”
“T-girl!” A manly, baritone voice hit her speakers, and her skin heated. Her ears made a straight sound before her brain tingled.
Her eyes went beyond wide as she held the phone tighter to her ear.
“Trevor?”
She was responded with gunshots. The sound of repetitive gunshots filled the speakers, and she got so scared she sweated on the palms.
“Trevor?” Her voice shook. “Trevor! Trevor are you there? Trevor!”
The gunshots stopped, and the call cut on its own.
She immediately dialled the line again, but it doesn’t exist.
With disarrayed chest, she rushed out if that area, thinking it’s the network. Maybe she’ll try it outside.
But getting out, she collided with the last person she expected to see.
Roxy was snickering as their bodies jammed before they separated, and Trinidad scoffed hatefully.
“I almost asked why you’re here, but then I remembered you remembered the biggest hit from Stacy’s axe on the runway. You got a stomach slash, and during the round two when it was me and you, I beat the crap out of you ” Trinidad mocked.
Roxy came closer, her height matching Trinidad’s.
They’re height-mates, reason why they became friends in highschool.
“Keep laughing all you want,” Roxy muttered, clicking her tongue. “Your tears are still storing.”
“I’m eager to cry too,” Trinidad nodded. “Make me, Roxy George.”
Roxy opened her mouth for a comeback, but her vibrating phone made her stop.
Trinidad walked away, and Roxy reached for her phone.
It’s Elmira.
“What’s up?”
“You need to meet I and Zendaya, now! The unexpected has happened. Meet us now!” Elmira shouted.

[Thiago’s Castle – Boxing Ring]
Eleven and Ten are unconscious on the ground, bitch sprawled like their joints got dismembered.
They’ve both received their share of beatings from Thiago, but none could withstand his maddening stamina, so they had passed out.
Thiago came back with wounds on his two arms in the morning.
On the right arm, there were sharp blades. On the left arm, was a bullet.
The weapons were removed by Eleven. Thiago was soundless throughout. He just stared at the sheep burning in the fireplace of the castle garden.
They got his blood type and transfused him with blood since he lost a lot, and he still made no sound.
He looked too intimidating they didn’t even have the balls to talk to him or spark a conversation throughout.
His arms were bandaged, but immediately he received his full blood bag, he ordered them to come to this boxing ring with him and fight. They couldn’t refuse.
They wouldn’t dare.
So they entered with him, and despite his two wounded arms, he nearly killed them, and down they went.
He unleashed the anger on them.
Now he’s sitting on the edge of the ring, legs spread out she arms the same—rested on the thick wires.
His head is thrown back on the wire too, so he’s facing the ceiling, and his black cigar is in his mouth, blowing thick smokes around his face.
The bandages on his arms are red with blood. He’s gonna be needing another blood transfusion.
And these wounds would be his first and last wounds for years to come. He’s not to be wounded anymore.
Instead, he’ll be the one wounding people till death. Haunting them.
Starting from Jeremy.
Now that he has his jail connection with him, he better be ready.
And Stacy….
Stacy….
He blew out smokes again, a flashback hitting his head.
[Thiago – Age 10]
“You’ve made me proud, son. Now I know why everyone wanted you dead when you were born. They knew you’d bring me greatness, and people hate to see greatness with greatness, especially your senior sister Shelby.” Nathan’s gravely voice talked with joy, his sharp eyes balanced on the system screen.
OBSCURE has just been created.
Thiago started work on it when he was six. Said he wanted an app that people will pay on to say their secrets, and he did it with four years.
“She’s not my sister,” he replied, voice overly cold as his gloved fingers stopped on the system keys. “She’s just the daughter of another woman you impregnated. Don’t even call her my half-sister just because she shares you with me as our father. I and Shelby hate each other, let it remain that way for life.”
“Shelby is only jealous cos you’re more useful, Thiago, but you can’t deny the fact that there are certain sick similarities.” Nathan pushed.
“The only similarly between I and Shelby is that our mothers died after birthing us. My mother jumped in a river on the day she birthed me, and her own mother? She jumped off a skyscraper when Shelby clocked a year. Women don’t survive in this family, isn’t that why we’re all men except Shelby? And we both know why.” Thiago said stiffly.
“Tell me,” Nathan pushed again.
“Every child is born genius in this family, so the fetus develops active brain in the womb, and it emits abnormal hormonal signals in the mother, causing hallucinations, paranoia, and emotional detachment. The unborn child becomes too advanced neurologically, and by the time she gives birth, her brain would have been damaged, so her hallucinations will push her to suicide no matter what.”
“And this is why you must chose carefully,” Nathan muttered. “Impregnate a woman you hate in the future. Have her birth your heir and leave her to commit suicide.”
“I’ll NEVER want an heir.” Thiago declared bitterly.
[Present Time]
The cigar has finished burning now, and the ash stained the floor.
Ten is awake already, but he still can’t lift a finger.
Thiago stood from the edge, walking over him.
“The flashdrive has been opened in Australia. There’s signal on the smallest screen.” Ten said with difficulty, trying to push up.
“Get up, prepare strong chains and a room. Sprinkle pink roses on the bed laid with white, make a candle path, prepare aphrodisiac and seduction perfumes.” Thiago said, never looking back as he exited the room.
“Y…Yes, T.” Ten groaned.

[Montana Mansion]
Stacy promised to go to the hospital directly from Vogue, but she broke her promise and came home to change from her suit to something more comfortable.
Also, she was feeling weird.
An unexplainable kind of weird.
She stripped off her suit and threw on a silhouette gown, then she dropped on the chair in front of her mirror, sighing.
Where is this tired and sudden sadness coming from?
No idea.
She just picked her cigar pack and lighter from the drawer.
She picked a cigar and lit it up, bringing it to her lips to smoke.
But she was only able to take a puff before her eyes sighted the gun behind the drawer.
Her fingers were surprisingly steady as she picked up the gun.
Why is it looking more beautiful today? Why looking cute?
She was smiling as she checked it out as if she hadn’t seen it before.
Like she wasn’t the one who kept it there for safety.
The cigar was still burning away on her lips, when her phone began ringing on the table with ‘Jeremy’ on the ID.
But she ignored anyways. She faced the mirror, raising the gun and pressing the barrel to her head.
She was staring at herself in the mirror as her finger slid under the trigger, and she was still dragging smokes from the cigar when she pulled the trigger on her head.
Blood splashed on the mirror as her head broke in two.
Her body dropped, cigar in blood.
Louis entered, breaths seized.
The scene looked nothing short of a well-written horror movie.
Fear hooked him. His lips opened up.
“Mama!!!!!!!!”
TBC.
