FERNANDO
I ran after Rosslyn laughing. While Jackie trailed behind us laughing very hard. I soon got to her and I swept her off her feet making her laugh even harder.
“Fernando put me down.” She said trying to catch her breath.
I put her down smiling widely while she my chest playfully.
“You guys look so cute together.” Jackie said as soon as he caught up with us.
I looked at Rosslyn and she looked away shyly. I then sighted Stephanie from afar staring at us in anger.
I stared at her and Jackie traced my gaze to her.
“Okay, I have had enough of this girl.” Jackie said walking to her.
“Jackie.” Rosslyn called but he ignored.
“Next time I see you look at them like that, I swear you will be sorry. Must you be a pain in the neck?” He asked her angrily.
“And did I come close to her?” She asked fearfully.
“You won’t even dare, cos you will have to go through me first!” He smacked, and I loved it.
She was speechless and Jackie walked back to us like a god.
“Let’s go guys.” He said as we three walked away.
“Okay that was unexpected but cool.” Rosslyn said and I nodded in agreement.
“Someone needs to put her in her place. I so dislike her.” He said making us laugh.
“Thanks dude.” I said.
“You welcome.” He replied smiling.
We got back to class, and on the timetable, we were free.
“Another get together time I guess.” Jackie said as we three sat on the chair giggling.
“So tell me Rosslyn, what do you feel for this handsome dude here?” Jackie asked grinning.
“Why are you asking that question?” I asked furrowing my brows.
“Shut up dude. Let me do my job here.” Jackie said making us laugh.
“Okay I will answer your question.” She said and I felt my heart skip. I stared at her and she also stared at me.
“I feel something different, unexplainable, towards Fernando, right from the day I saw him in my dream.” She said staring into my eyes and I couldn’t take my eyes off her.
“Woah woah!! It is getting intense.” Jackie said making us look away from each other.
“So you saw him in your dream? Can you narrate the dream?” Jackie asked.
“Yes I can. I just want you to promise me that you won’t mock me.” She said.
“We won’t.” Jackie and I chorused eagerly.
“Okay. I saw I was in a royal apparel and I was in the Royal garden perceiving some flowers when I saw Fernando. He was also a Prince in the dream. We got along quite well soon and we began to play all around the garden.” She said and my mouth dropped open.
I looked at Jackie and I saw his face swollen like he was going to burst into laughter soon.
“Rosslyn. A part of that dream is true.” I said and I saw her eyes widen so as Jackie’s.
“That you got along quite well right?” Jackie asked.
“No. I am a Prince.” I said.
“What!” They both chorused.
“Yes. I may not look or dress like one, because I don’t want eyes on me.” I added and Rosslyn kept staring at me.
“But, what of your guards? Maids? Cars?” Jackie asked.
“I have them all, but when I am coming to school, they don’t come along. I don’t like them around, I wish to be an anonymous person that is why I came to a cheap school.” I said.
“You said the same thing about having guards in my dream too.” She added.
“But why is it just a part of it that is true?” Jackie asked.
