Monife freezes with immense fear as she sees Rose standing before her, she trembles as she sees the evil look and wicked smile on the face of Rose, it didn’t take her long to realize her game is over. She slowly moves back trying to find a way to escape.

Monife sensing the danger she’s in, begins to think about her situation, if she runs, Rose will definitely hunt her down and there’s no doubt what Rose will do to her once she gets her hands on her. So in her mind, she decides to surrender in one piece.
After a while, Monife goes down on her knees surrendering herself, Rose urges Nancy to bind her, but then surprisingly, Before they could apprehend her, Monife disappears escaping right before their eyes.

Meanwhile here in the forests of Oyo Monife runs desperately trying to find a place to hide, the night grows darker by the second, her fear and anxiety increases, and her mind isn’t straight.
She then stops for a while to rest, as she squats down to rest, She hears some noises coming from afar, she sees ghouls blaring their teeth at her as they charge towards, she then teleports herself to a mountain 🗻 to hide from the monstrous horde.. As soon as she gets to the mountain, she comes face to face with Rose.
She shrieks in fear 😱 not believing what she’s seeing!?

Monife ➡ Impossible! This can’t be..

Monife tries to run but Rose grabs her and swings her like a baton in mid air and slams her to the ground. Monife groans in pain, she struggles back up trying to fight back, she hurls herself at Rose with her claws hoping to pierce her, Rose chuckles and kicks her hard, the impact launches Monife off the mountain.
Monife soars in the air as she keeps falling down, she then tried to teleport but then her escape route was cut short, when Black iron bars pierce her in numerous places hurting her, Monife unable to teleport falls down hard on the ground, the impact of the fall had caused her to break her legs especially her knee joints, As she moans in pain dragging herself to the ground, Rose lands beside her, laughing at her misfortune.

Suddenly out of nowhere , Rose appeared into the bedroom startling us and ruining our moment.

As soon as we got close to Rose, she raised her hands and addressed the crowd.

Without saying anything, Rose took us by surprise by snapping Monife’s neck in half..Rose held Monife’s lifeless corpse showing it like some kind of a trophy, after that she then threw the body away on the ground. Everyone was quiet unable to talk or move after what they just witnessed, Rose on her own part laughed wickedly spitting on Monife’s corpse, she then looked at us after that and stared at us.

Rose ➡ This is what happens to traitors… Anyone who thinks they can be smart and cunning will suffer the same fate as Monife.. Let her serve as an example to those who want or try to be like her.. Now to serious matters,… Satania is out there and everything has been made ready, our plan is now in place.. What we need is her location

Christen ➡ But you’ve killed Monife.. How are we supposed to get her location..

In that moment, Rose made two copies of herself using her shadows, it was almost the same with the way Christen made a clone of herself using wood. After that, the groups were divided and we all disperse, Christen and I tagged along with the witches group,…
For about half an hour, we went around Ibadan searching high and low for Satania, we went to her secret hideouts but there was no sign of her but we did see some girls that were kidnapped by Monife and as soon as they saw me, they screamed and began to curse me.
I couldn’t blame them cause Monife had used my identity to kidnap them, Unable to bear with their ravings, Christen made them all fall asleep, she then erased me out of their memories. As soon as Christen was done with them, I called the police and told them about the kidnapped girls and their location, after that, we continued on our hunt for Satania.
After some minutes of fruitless search, Rose couldn’t take it any more.

We were all surprised to see us here very far away from home, Could this be the park Satania is… In that moment, we saw Cassandra laying on the ground just a few steps away from us.. Christen and I were astonished when we saw her.. What could she be doing here?

Something was very odd about this.. Belial said the symbol would lead me to where Satania was and now all I could see was Cassandra… Could it be?… No.. Impossible.. In that moment, the symbol blinked sending some tingle all over my body, my eye sight changed and I began to see differently, It was similar when Solomon first lend me his eyes to see the true forms of the ghouls..
As I turned around and saw Cassandra, I was shocked when I saw Satania hiding inside her body, Seeing that our guards were down, She quietly stood up and brought out some kind of a monstrous looking knife 🔪, She aimed and throw at Rose who was closest to her but before she could throw her knife, I rushed towards Rose and warned her to look out.

Riley ➡ ROSE! BEHIND YOU.

Rose turned around and The knife was thrown but I managed to push her out of harms way.. Rose stood up looking surprised, then in that moment, she struck Cassandra (Satania) with a big bolt of lightening… Christen used her magic to make the tree roots tie her down so that she wouldn’t escape.
I was glad we finally caught Satania, I was about to celebrate, when I felt a sharp pain in my heart, I looked and saw the knife pinned on my chest, I felt weak all of a sudden and I fell down.

I was finally glad Satania was caught and with perfect timing, Once the Trinity seal is been unleashed, Satania would have no choice but to leave Cassandra’s body and the Altros who are present above us will drag her spirit back to hell.
Before we could celebrate our victory, Our attention was drawn by the sound of someone’s falling to the ground, I was shocked when I saw it was Riley.. I froze when I saw the knife on his chest.. My heart skipped a beat and I couldn’t feel my legs.. I pinched myself hoping this was just an illusion but it wasn’t.. In that moment, the terrible dream I’ve been having came flooding back into my head.
I didn’t know when tears started to fall from my eyes.. I quickly rushed to Riley’s place, his eyes were distant and his body was getting cold and pale, I picked his head up and placed it on my thighs.

Riley smiled at me and then suddenly, his body went limp, he had no pulse, no heartbeat, nothing.. He was dead and he had died with a smile and a tear on his face, I cuddles him close to me crying out loud.. Feeling the pain of losing him was unbearable.. He was the best thing that has happened to me in a very long time and now.. He’s gone.. Bimpe, Simi and the others stood close by with tears in their eyes, I never knew they too had emotion. Rose didn’t cry but she was sad.
In that moment, We heard laughter from Satania who was still inside Cassandra’s body, She sneered, jeered and mocked the death of Riley.

Full of fear, Satania’s spirit left Cassandra’s body to escape not realizing the real danger she was in, as soon as she popped out, The Altros who were already waiting descended on her, They grabbed her and tied her with chains of fire, dragging her into the depths of hell, We watched as her dark spiritual form fight desperately to escape but it was of no use, she was eventually dragged into the earth and that was the end of her.
After that, I went back to Riley and saw the Altros hovering around him, I quickly rushed over to him and shone the Crimson light on them.

Altros ➡ Witch! Let us do our work.. This human is dead.

After hearing that statement, I remembered the resurrection spell,.. Why didn’t I think of it sooner, I looked at Riley’s arm and saw the symbol was gone.. Finally Belial won’t be able to possess his body again.. In that moment, The entire witch council showed up at the place and that included the Supreme witch, Orisaye.

We all teleported there together, Esther and my cousins followed us to the place too, I quickly removed my necklace using it’s power to make a very big shield dome in case the council followed us.
After that, I quickly drew a devil’s triangle and placed Riley in the middle, after that, I cut my right hand deep, spreading the blood in the circle, sooner after that, I stripped myself half naked and began to chant the spell.

After that a huge wall of fire appeared, it was like a huge tidal wave and out of the fire, came out a terrifying monstrous being, in his hands was a bag which was filled with souls, this being was big, it was like a giant but it was phantom in nature like the Altros, it looked down on us especially me and addressed itself.

Demon ➡ Woe to those who dare disturb my peace! Who dares to summon me at a time like this?.. WHO DARES!!?

His voice alone was enough to cause an earthquake, after a while, I summoned up the courage to address him as well.

Christen ➡ My name is Christen and I’m a witch.. And I humbly seek your assistance.. And I humbly apologize for bothering you.

Oliver and the others gasped as they heard what I said.. Rose on the other hand watched without saying anything. But then I was surprised when the Demon gave me his answer.

So in order to bring back your human lover.. You must give up something priceless as well.. A soul.. Life for a life.. That’s how it goes.. Give up life to bring back life.

I froze after hearing that,… In order for Riley to be resurrected, I must give a life in return for his.. I would gladly give up my life but what about our baby.. Riley wouldn’t forgive me if I put our child in harms way.. This price was too much to pay.. I began to cry not knowing what to do.. Judith and Esther came close to me consoling me.. But I don’t need any consolation, I just wanted my Riley back. Then suddenly, Rose stepped forward and made a statement that shook me even more than Riley’s death.

Rose ➡ (chuckles) A life for a life huh?.. Very well demon.. I offer my soul to resurrect Riley.
