Tonight’s the night.. Students party groove is on.. Can’t just stop imagining the fun we’re all going to be having but I will be having my mine my sweet lovely witch babe.. Christen..

Man, I can’t stop thinking what kind of outfit, She’ll show up in, She never fails to impress people with her dressing despite the fact it may be Gothic.

But as it turns out I’m not going to be the only one, who’s going to have a fantastic time.. Lionel had been preparing himself all morning, claiming he’s going to have a wild night with his new catch, Roselyn..

Lionel packed his CDs and left the room, as soon as he was out of site.. I took Christens necklace and left for the party as well…

Minutes later, Lionel and I arrived at the party.. It was just about to begin but there were sure a lot of crowd, Everyone had came early… Some guys and babes were with their school lovers, while some brought theirs from home… But something seemed strange though.. Most of the babes that were brought by their guys from home looked mysteriously be twitching and sexy.. They attracted attention to themselves leaving most of the babes without a date.. And there was something else I was feeling drawn to them like magnet whenever I looked at them but somehow I managed to resist them.. Just then I felt a vibration in my pocket, it was the necklace… Maybe Christen was nearby, as I put my hands in my pocket grabbing hold of the necklace, Everything around me disappeared….. There was no one, not even a fly, I found myself in an open place where it was dark and misty…

At first I thought I was dreaming, I pinched myself several times but I felt the pain… This shit was real.. I began to get scared and I ran as fast as I could hoping to find someone or something but there was nothing…. It was like I was running in an unending plain with no end.

Finally I had given up, I was tired and exhausted… I began to wonder if this necklace was a blessing or a curse… Besides I didn’t do anything.. All I did was touch the d-__-n thing and now I’m here in a place where there is no end or beginning.

Just when I was about to curse the day I found the necklace, I saw someone or rather something popping out of the ground, it had no face just human structure, there were chains in its neck, hand and foot as If it had escaped Slave labour.. Then it began to come close to me.. It went around me measuring me as If I was some pet project just then, the creature transformed itself into me.. Exact replica of me, there was no way in hell, you could tell us apart.. To be honest.. I was about to piss myself.. I was scared like shit.

Riley ➡ Who are you? And what’s the place…

Demon ➡ Of all the creatures she could have paired me up with… She chose a human? That Christen has definitely lost her mind..

Demon ➡ They’re much more terrifying than that.. Let me show you..

Riley ➡ Wait, wait… If they’re demons, won’t I die if I see them?

Demon ➡ Yes, you would if you used your eyes but with my eyes since i’m a demon, you would see what they truly are… I’ll lend you my eyes..

Immediately after that, The demon entered my body and I saw myself at the party again.. As I looked around.. I saw something horrifying beyond my imagination… There were some ugly creatures with slimy skins and their bodies was so disgusting, their eyes was so big and their mouth was filled with slime and pus, their ears were so long and hairy .. Seeing them scared the life out of me.. I wanted to run but I couldn’t move, I was transfixed in where I stood, then I saw some beautiful ladies with fins.. These were probably the mermaids Christen was telling me about.. I thought she was just joking.. I couldn’t believe they existed.. I watched with disgust as some of the guys kissed the ugly creatures… Jesus if only they knew what they were romancing with.

After that, I was back to the dark misty place.. The demon came out of my body… I was really terrified but soon.. Their images disappeared out of my head..

Riley ➡ (terrified) Jesus Christ… What are those ugly things..

Demon ➡ Ghouls.. Flesh eaters.. But they prefer humans than any other living creature.. And I’m sure you’ve seen the mermaids..

Riley ➡ Yes o… But why did you bring me back here?

Demon ➡ They were some creatures I didn’t want you to see.. They’re called Altros.. Soul eaters from hell… They retrieve souls when humans are about to die.. Even with my eyes you would have died…

Riley ➡ God! So you mean to tell me these creatures walk among us?

.

Demon ➡ This world is not meant for you humans alone.. There are many horrors way beyond human comprehension, what you just saw is nothing compared to the real threat out there.. But luckily for you.. I’m here and I’ll protect you though I hate doing so… But becareful don’t ever wear the necklace else..

Riley ➡ I know… I’ll die.. Thanks though..

Demon ➡ Don’t thank me.. Thank Christen..

Demon ➡ (laughs cynically) Know my name? You humans can’t pronounce our names.. But there’s a name Christen calls me.. It’s Solomon.

Riley ➡ Solomon? Nice.. Okay Solomon, I’d like to get back to the party now..

Solomon ➡ As you wish… Close your eyes and open it after five seconds..

I did as Solomon said and it worked.. I was back at the party but then I felt a tap on my back.. As I turned around to blast whoever did it.. I saw it was Khalid and Tina.

Riley ➡ Guy, why you dey hit person jor?

Khalid ➡ Why I no go hit you… We’ve been calling you since.. You were standing like a here like a tree.

Riley ➡ So I was just in a cold dark place.

Tina ➡ Cold dark place.. Did you mother die?

Bloody hell…. I’ve never been in a hurry to find a dress for a occasion or to impress anyone before… Besides I don’t really care about what people think.. I just do my own thing the way I please,.. But I’m surprised that I’m going through all this trouble just to impress a human.. Well not just any human..but a special one, Riley is that human and he’s my boyfriend.. I love him and that’s all that matters.. I can go through any kind of trouble for him.

While I was going through my wardrobe.. Rose came into my room, looking at me as I was trying to find a dress…

Christen ➡ I’m looking for a dress… Something to impress my date..

Rose left instantly and within a blink of an eye, she returned with a slutty looking dress… The dress was a black silky gown.. She gave me the dress and made me try it… It was tight and exposed… The neck line was too steep that my br__-_sts could almost be seen but there was black transparent net around it.. And by the side of the gown it was slightly open in a way my legs could be seen… Wearing this was totally not going to work..

Rose turn over in dressing me up, She loosened my hair, making it fall backwards.. My neck was out in the open, Rose gave me one of her rings that looked like a claw to put on my index finger.. After that, I checked myself on the mirror.. Believe me.. I was speechless.. I looked attractive, like a sexy Gothic queen… The gown shaped me well making me look all curvy and sexy.. it brought out my natural charm out to the full… I was deadly beautiful…

Even Rose was excited about her own work on me… She even took a picture of me.. After that she left the room.. And so did I… As I was about to leave the house.. My brother grabbed hold of my arm and teleported us somewhere else..

After that, I teleported myself to Ibadan.. I took a deep breath before I went to the party.. Oliver was right to worry about me and he was right.. This was suicide.. I just hope this doesn’t go wrong…

Within minutes, I arrived at the party.. And it was sure wild… Everyone was busy having fun.. Amidst that crowd.. I saw Riley and his nosey friends.. I could tell that had spotted me.. Riley was stunned by how I looked… In fact not only him but every male in that party.. At first I felt shy and all but then I felt free and bold.. I walked up to Riley and gave him a kiss.

Even the Altros hung waiting for their next prey.. Amidst that crowd, I saw Judith and Esther, they were busy entertaining some guys.. I went over to them and dragged them away from their unsuspecting victims..

Judith ➡ Chill cousin.. We’re just picking out some juicy targets.. I see you’re with someone..

Judith and Esther went around telling their friends especially the ghouls to back off.. Immediately they heard Rose’s name, they all left the party..

Riley soon returned and came to where I was..

Riley and I left the party and went to our usual place… The Iroko tree.. It was a good thing I came if not I wonder what would have happened to Riley.. I feel sorry for the guys flirting with the Ghouls and mermaids… May their souls rest in peace..

As we reached to the Iroko tree, I jumped on Riley, kissing him, I don’t know what came over me.. I just miss the guy that’s all. But as we were kissing, Riley stopped me… From the look on his face I could tell he was worried.

Riley ➡ Of course… He showed me the real forms of the Ghouls and mermaids.. It was terrifying but thank God, I can’t remember them now.
