Immediately he carried Twilight's dead body out, the students bursted into sorrowful tears.

The milkshake with Molly fell from her to the ground, and her mouth couldn't close afterwards.

"TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF"

Twilight's words from yesterday in the kitchen resounded in her head, and she started crying.

So she was indirectly saying goodbye. She knew she was gonna die.

Damien fell on his knees, starting another round of tears.

"MAKE SURE YOU EAT WELL, ALWAYS" 

Twilight's words from the kitchen yesterday resounded in his head too, and he cried more.

Losing Rihannon's wasn't enough, and now this?

Even Posey is in tears she didn't plan to shed.

Elijah, White, Uriel and Miss Dora rushed into the tower, straight from the infirmary.

"Oh...geez" Elijah said, folding his fists.

Miss Dora couldn't stop her tears too, even White and Uriel.

It's a tearful galore.

Slade is still standing in the middle of the crowd, still holding Twilight in his arms, still crying in utter devastation.

Several Monster's tears already grew on the ground where his tears fell on.

The powerful plants were breaking the marbles to grow out of the soil, and they're so much, depicting how much he's crying.

"How do I enter the moonclan?" He spoke.

"You're... going?" White stepped forward.

"I'm not letting her soul get lost in that land of carnage" Slade replied, his voice overly hoarse from his tears.

"Enter her dreams. You might find an entrance" White said.

Slade didn't wait anymore before carrying her body back into the elevator, going back to the attic.

He placed her back in bed, then he brought his forehead to hers, resting it there.

A faint glow happened, and in another minute, he already found himself in the Dreamland.

He landed under the peach tree and did a long run, going farther in search of any sign of an entrance.

For over ten minutes, it was fruitless, and every plant in the land is starting to wither.

Her Dreamland will soon collapse since she's dead. He has to find an entrance before it does.

He turned around to take another route, but then he saw himself, standing right there.

He's smiling, looking pure and gentle and calm. He's the opposite of his dark nature.

"Who're you?" Slade asked impatiently.

"I'm what you would have been if you weren't born as a Monster. I do talk with Twilight in this place before she met you. I'm the main reason she fell for you. I'm you, your pure version" he replied.

Slade went closer.

"Your life would have been so perfect if you were born as a normal human, but as a Monster, you're not destined to have a happy ever after. You're fated to always lose" he continued.

"Says who?" Slade smirked, grabbing him by the throat.

"I'm not losing her! I promised her that even in death, she won't be free from me. She's different from Owen!" Slade slammed, pushing him off.

"Her soul is currently in the moonclan." he said.

"Show me the entrance to the moonclan" Slade replied stubbornly.

"Even if you go there and save her soul, you won't be able to return it back to her body. She's dead, and nothing can change that" the pure version said.

"I know. I only have to take her out of there and continue the journey to the afterlife with her. Show me the way" Slade replied, and the version pointed at a direction.

"Whatever you're going to the moonclan to do, be done before this Dreamland collapses with me. Else, you'd be trapped forever" he said.

Slade didn't even wait to reply, he ran towards the direction he pointed at, and when he stepped on the spot, he saw an open gate and entered.

He was obstructed by guards immediately.

"Are you here to buy a moonslave?" They questioned.

"No. I'm here to take back what I own!" Slade replied, glaring his eyes at them.

They forcefully got carried away by the flash, and it landed them in dangerous angles as Slade walked into the clan gallantly, his purple glossing.

Other guards appeared and tried obstructing him again, but an order came from above that he should be left alone.

Slade walked into the palace freely, and he met The Emperor standing in the middle of the place like he has been waiting for him.

"I knew you'd come. She choose to die in your place after signing the blood pact to kill you, and as a fool in love that you are, you came to fight for her. How foolish of you, cos you're not getting out of here" he said.

"Hand over her soul to me" Slade replied stonily.

"Why should I do that? She'll suffer in endless torment here for even growing feelings for you. Because of you, I've been living without a face all my life. I even got banished here to rule over the worthless slaves, and as if that's not enough, you wemt and fell in love and you're craving for a happy ending? Not on my watch. You're going to die, and I'm going to have the face and full power" The Emperor declared.

"Hand over her soul!!" Slade yelled impatiently.

"Do you even know the sin she was born from?" The Emperor grinned.

"A boy who lives with his blind mother suddenly got tired of her and twisted her neck by himself, killing her so he'd be free, then boom! Blind Twilight was birthed, and even after the boy died, the spirit of his sin still lives" he said, walking closer to Slade.

"Her soul!!!!" Slade shrieked, losing all of his patient.

He sped to The Emperor, giving him a hit on the chest, but The Emperor retaliated with a bigger hit which threw Slade to the ground.

"You're emotional right now. The ice on your heart is gone, so you're not a match for me whose heart is still rigid! You're dying" The Emperor roared, removing a long bone from his skull chair.

He gave Slade the second hit with it on the tummy, and Slade's body swept the ground as he rolled down the place, blood running out of his mouth.

He stood to his feet, leaping to the air and doing a twist before slamming The Emperor in the ribcage.

The hit sent The Emperor to one of the candle bras on the wall, and it cracked with a huge dent, but he acted nonchalant, throwing the broken parts of the wall at Slade with his mind.

Slade got hit violently on every part of his body, but he stood strong too, picking the long bone from earlier.

He threw it at The Emperor, getting him in the spine.

Blood spilled out of The Emperor's mouth, and he fell again.

Before he could stand, Slade already jumped on him, landing on his stomach and making him bleed dark blood.

The next hit met The Emperor's stomach again, then he slashed him with the purple flash on the neck.

His blood spilled, and Slade doubled the hits, pouring his anger, pains, heartbreak, tears and all into the hits.

"A Monster in love ain't weak. Love means power, and I choose to destroy you with it! You've never been my match, and you'll never be!" Slade gritted, shoving his hand into The Emperor's stomach.

He pulled out his core... A red orb, but it's in half since they both have half powers.

The Emperor groaned weakly, his head landing back on the ground as his core shone in Slade's hand 

Slade crushed the core, and The Emperor vanished with it.

Every gate in the clan opened, and the moonslaves began running out, escaping as fast as possible.

Slade rushed out and ran into the crowd, searching for any sign of Twilight's soul in the crowd.

He saw nothing like her, and as the slaves ran past him, he weakened in every sense.

Where is Twilight?

He nearly went crazy, and as the slaves decreased, his sanity decreased too, till someone touched his arm from behind.

He turned slowly, and he smiled widely when he finally saw her.

Twilight. 

Her soul is in her human form, smiling at him too.

He hugged her dearly, crying profusely in her hair.

"Time is moving fast. If we don't leave this clan now, it'll collapse too, together with my Dreamland" she quickly said.

Slade broke the hug and held her face in his palms.

"Wait for me at the entrance. I'm coming with you" he said, and she shook her head 

"No... Kils..

"Told you I'll haunt you even in death. You can never be free from me. Death can't take you" he shook his head, and she smiled faintly, nodding.

"I'll be waiting"

"I love you" he said.

"I love you" she replied, and they departed.

Twilight left the clan with the rest of the slaves, and Slade left through her Dreamland again.

Immediately he left the Dreamland, the land collapsed together with the clan as predicted.

His eyes opened back in the attic, and he carried Twilight's soulless body into the bathroom.

He had his bath and bathed for her too, dressing her up in a white floral gown and adorning her hair with numerous jewels and pearls 

He even wore flat shoes on her feet, and he put on black suit, leaving jewels on his own braided hair too.

He placed Twilight's body back in bed, then he got some ready documents and did some paperwork signing, then he went downstairs.

Everyone is still waiting, plus Timothy and Stella this time.

"No...if it's what I'm thinking" Stella shook her head.

"Son" Timothy shook his head too.

"Don't do this, brother" Elijah said.

Slade ignored them and handed the documents to Uriel who took them slowly.

"Boss" Uriel looked at him tearfully.

"They've all been signed to your name, and you already know the card pins. I was half-expecting this tragedy" Slade said with a smile.

"Just take care of the orphanages and orphans, and move the school to the second castle in the city. Manage my wealth well" he said.

Uriel nodded, crying harder.

Slade then moved to Damien whose eyes is almost blind from tears 

He gave him Twilight's black card, and he took it slowly.

"You were a good friend to her throughout. You should live well from now on. Stop working in construction sites" he said.

Damien nodded with a sniffle.

Slade then went to his parents and hugged them both at once.

Elijah joined the hug, and their cries filled the place.

"I was never supposed to be in your womb, Stella. I forced my way in so it's time to leave. You don't have to worry, Timothy... Elijah is capable of handling your establishments. And as for you Elijah...you can now get all the attention you want as the only remaining child" Slade said.

He broke the hug after a while, and Onyx held his hand.

Ruslan's eyes widened, and when he tried to hold Onyx, she was already inside the elevator with Slade.

"Evacuate the students within thirty minutes" Slade said.

The elevator door closed, and Uriel directed everyone outside.

The students began packing their stuffs out of the dorms as fast as possible, running out of the castle gates with it.

Within twenty minutes, the dorms became empty, and the towers as a whole.

The bell tower, rich tower, fifth tower, Wesley tower, refectory, infirmary, recuperation room, presidential villa and office, admin office and hall, kitchen and the field.

The only thing left in the car park is Slade's phantom and the purple sports car he bought for Twilight which she'd never be able to drive.

In the attic, Slade lay beside Twilight's body in bed.

Onyx is back in her cat form, laying under the tower as Slade lightened a matchstick.

He threw the matchstick on the mattress, and it caught fire as he closed his eyes, holding Twilight's hand.

Onyx closed her eyes under the piano too, and within minutes, the fire surrounded the whole attic, the whole tower, burning across the whole university and every building in it.

In front of the castle, the survivors of the battle stood, staring at the burning buildings with tears in the eyes of everyone of them.

Elijah beside Miss Dora.

Stella beside Timothy.

Uriel beside Molly.

Damien, White, Ruslan, and Posey.

Then several other remaining students.

"Till we meet again, brother" Elijah voiced as the last building blew up to smithereens.

*

AFTERLIFE*

Waiting under a tree with purple flowers and pure aura is Twilight.

She's wearing the white gown Slade wore for her after bathing her, and every jewel he attached to her hair is there too.

Her back is on the road behind, and she's looking at the entrance expectantly.

She smiled in contagious pureness when Slade appeared, his eyes filled with satisfaction ond fulfillment as he walked to her.

He spread his palm forward, and she placed her hand on it.

He interlocked their fingers, and they looked at each other, smiling again before starting to go down the road to the afterlife.

Purple lights brightened their way, and the flowers beautified the path they walked.

Onyx the cat followed them behind, wagging her tail happily.

After life, Afterlife begins.

Even DEATH couldn't separate them.
