Violet took a taxi to Sly's mansion, and as she entered the building, all the men safeguarding the place bowed to her in respect. Her expression turned puzzled, her eyebrows furrowing, wondering why the so much respect.

She walked to the entrance of the door, where one of the men was standing. "Um, excuse me," she said, and the man bowed in respect.

Violet's expression turned expectant, her eyes sparkling. "I am here to see your boss, is he around?" she asked, and the man remained quiet, his expression turning stoic.

Violet's expression turned frustrated, her eyes rolling. "Excuse me, I am talking to you," she said, and the man refused to speak, his expression turning impassive.

Violet sighed tiredly, her shoulders sagging, and then the door opened, revealing one of the workers. "Good day, Ma, please come on in," the lady said politely.

Violet's expression turned hesitant, her eyes darting around. "Um, am sorry, that won't be possible, is your boss around?" she asked.

The lady's expression turned respectful, her eyes cast downward. "No, Ma, he is on his way now, you can come in and wait," she said.

Violet's expression turned firm, her eyes serious. "I will rather not," she said, opening her bag and bringing out the little shopping bag containing the phone.

Violet's expression turned determined, her jaw clenched. "Can you please give this to him, when he returns?" she said, and the lady hesitated to take it from her.

Just then, Sly's car drove into the compound and stopped by the front door. His men rushed to open the door for him, and he came down smiling as he walked up to Violet.

Sly's expression turned delighted, his eyes sparkling. "Oh my, what a lovely surprise to have you here," Sly said.

Violet's expression turned resolute, her eyes serious. "I came here to return this," she said, pointing the bag at him. Sly stared at her and smiled.

Sly's expression turned amused, his eyes glinting. "I told you before I won't take it," he said.

Violet's expression turned firm, her jaw clenched. "I don't want it," she said.

Sly's expression turned inquiring, his eyebrows raising. "Why? What are you afraid of? Shawn?" he asked, and Violet was surprised on how he knew Shawn.

Violet's expression turned shocked, her eyes widening, her mouth agape.

Violet's expression turned surprised, her eyebrows raising. "You know him?" she asked.

Sly's expression turned knowing, his eyes glinting. "I do, we have known each other way too long," he said, leaning closer to whisper in her ear. His expression turned intense, his eyes serious.

Violet's expression turned curious, her eyes sparkling. Sly's words sent a shiver down her spine.

"I know the kind of person he is, and I also," Sly said, his voice low and mysterious. "I know the reason why you are living with him, you are there because your grandmother sold you to him," he said, his words sending a shockwave through Violet.

Violet's expression turned stunned, her eyes widening, her mouth agape. Sly's words were like a punch to her gut.

Sly pushed back, his expression turning reassuring, his eyes warm. "But, not to worry, I will make sure you are free from him," he added, smiling at her.

Some hours later, Violet returned home, looking frustrated, her expression turned exasperated, her eyes sighing. She had been unable to return the phone to Sly, despite her best efforts.

As she entered the living room, Shawn's voice interrupted her from the stairs. "Where are you coming from?" he asked, his expression turning inquiring, his eyebrows raising.

Violet's expression turned nervous, her eyes darting around. "Um, from school," she said, trying to sound casual.

Shawn's expression turned skeptical, his eyes narrowing. "Are you lying to me?" he asked, his voice firm, and Violet gulped.

Violet's expression turned fearful, her eyes widening. "No, I am not, I...I couldn't catch an early bus, that's why I am late," she said, her head bowing, her stomach growling with anxiety.

Shawn sighed, his expression turning resigned, his eyes softening. He moved aside for her, his movements fluid, his eyes never leaving hers.

Violet got to her room and leaned on the door, looking exhausted, her expression turned weary, her eyes sighing. She sighed and then her eyes caught sight of a tiny shopping bag on her bed. Her expression turned curious, her eyebrows raising.

She moved to the bed and opened the bag, and her eyes widened in surprise as she saw a new pack of cell phone. Her expression turned excited, her eyes sparkling. She opened the box, revealing the latest brand iPhone, and her expression turned thrilled, her eyes shining.

But then, her expression turned confused, her eyebrows furrowing. She rushed down from her room to see Shawn sitting on the couch, sipping from his wine. His expression turned calm, his eyes relaxed.

"Did you get me a new phone?" she asked excitedly, her expression turning hopeful, her eyes sparkling.

Shawn ignored her, his expression turning indifferent, his eyes avoiding hers. Violet's expression turned expectant, her eyebrows raising.

She moved to his front, her expression turning determined, her eyes fixed on his. "Come on, did you?" she asked, her voice rising.

Shawn's expression turned resigned, his eyes sighing. "Yes," he said, and continued to sip from his wine, his expression turning aloof.

Violet's expression turned delighted, her eyes shining. She moved behind him and hugged him around his neck, her arms wrapping tightly around him. Shawn's expression turned surprised, his eyes widening.

"Thank you," she said, holding him tight, her expression turning grateful, her eyes sparkling.

Shawn's expression turned annoyed, his eyes flashing. "Let go," he said, and forcefully took her hands off him. "Are you trying to suffocate me?" he asked, his expression turning irritated.

Violet's expression turned hurt, her eyes widening. She moved to his front, her expression turning defensive, her eyes flashing. "I was only giving you a hug," she said.

Shawn turned his face away from her, his expression turning dismissive, his eyes avoiding hers. He continued sipping his drink, his expression turning indifferent.

Violet's expression turned teasing, her eyes sparkling. "Just admit that you like it," she said, trying to lighten the mood.

Shawn's expression turned unresponsive, his eyes avoiding hers. Violet's expression turned grateful, her eyes shining.

"But, anyway, thank you very much, I can't wait to show Mabel my new phone," she said, and rushed to her room, her expression turning excited.

Shawn stared after her, his expression turning skeptical, his eyebrows raising. He scoffed, his expression turning disdainful.

Sly was seated in his balcony, his expression turned serious, his eyes narrowing. His men stood beside him, their expressions turned attentive, their eyes fixed on him.

"Find her grandmother and bring her to me," Sly said, his voice firm, his jaw clenched. His men's expressions turned determined, their eyes sparkling. "I don't care how many days or weeks it will take you, find her parents unharmed and bring them to me," Sly added, his expression turning resolute, his eyes burning with intensity.

His men nodded, their expressions turning obedient, their eyes cast downward. "Is that understood?" Sly asked, his voice rising, his eyebrows raising.

His men nodded again, their expressions turned affirmative, their eyes sparkling. "You can go," Sly added, his expression turning dismissive, his eyes waving his hand.

His men turned to leave, their expressions turned focused, their eyes fixed on their task. Sly watched them go, his expression turned thoughtful, his eyes lost in thought .
