It's been six months since the incident and everyone experiencing the king's wrath for the first time,bringing about the beheading.
After that,the palace has been totally quiet and peaceful,at least peaceful to the king's ears,no trouble has been caused so far and everyone seems to be on their own,at least that's what it seems like.
Everyone clearly respects and fear the king more and most after that,whereas the royal councils seems to be the happiest,now concluding in their hearts that the late king made the right choice choosing the youngest prince as the one fit for the crown on his head.
The main culprit who sent his men to harm the queen was caught but the king only ordered to keep him in the dungeon,no judgment was made yet concerning him,reasons best known to him alone.
The royal court was filled up already by the councils and executives,all talking among themselves,one would know it was something important with the serious looks on their faces,the noise continue that way until the king's presence was announced.
All of them got up from their seats as King Zayne was walked into the court and positioned himself on his seat of first.
"Lionel and Hunter.....leave" He groaned deeply.
The two guards immediately bowed and found their way out of the courtroom.
"You may seat" He ordered and everyone sat down after bowing accordingly.
"What is this about?" King Zayne asked and everywhere became silent.
They all exchanged glances,as if waiting for someone to speak up but it was as of no one was ready to do so.
The king frowned.
"I was informed y'all have something to bring my notice to, what's the silence now?" He questioned.
Someone cleared throat among them,it's Oswald,one of the oldest in the council.
"It's about the Royal feast party your majesty,it's been years since the late king put an end to it,but we think it's time we start again" He said.
The king looked at everyone.
"I don't really know a lot or probably the details why we need to do the feast" He said.
"Your majesty,it's just to celebrate together and create peace within the royal kingdoms and families,and it's always done in the biggest palace which is here , golden palace." Another person said.
"And if I agree now,what will happen?" King Zayne asked.
"We will write notes to other kingdoms and we are very sure they've been waiting to hear this for years,your majesty"
"What was the reason why father stopped the feast?" The king asked and everyone exchanged glances.
"The king had no reason, or probably he didn't tell us his reasons" They answered.
There was silence after that until the king finally spoke up.
"I will think about it and let you know my decision later" He said.
"Thank you your majesty!!"
"Is that all?"
"Yes your majesty" They chorused.

After the meeting was over, The king went straight to queen Vynessa's suite and he was allowed in at once.
Queen Vynessa was sitting on a couch but her face wasn't so bright,the maids standing there with her bowed and excused the king.
"Son,you're here" She smiled.
"Why didn't you inform me that you were sick? I just heard you've been down for three days" King Zayne said and sat down.
"I didn't want to bother you,and besides the Doctor already attended to me quite well and I'm getting fine already" Queen Vynessa said.
"Still I need you to tell me everything mother,don't be like father. I should know about your health" King Zayne said and she smiled.
"I'm fine,it's probably because I want some grand children around" The queen cleared her throat and he raised his brows.
"I See you're getting better" King Zayne said.
"Yes, but it's been a while since I've seen Charlotte"
"She's been busy in school I guess" King Zayne said.
"That's true, I'm grateful for Erica tho,she has been checking on me everyday. I just had to tell her not to make the mistake of informing you I was down,she's such a good girl as always" Queen Vynessa said.
"Erica knew you were sick?"
"Yes"
King Zayne nodded.
"Is there anything you want?" He asked.
"No,I'm good. I just want you to be okay" The queen said.
After some minutes, he left the queen's suite.

5PM, ROYALS UNIVERSITY*
Charlotte walked out of the lecture hall with Emily who was munching on a piece of chocolate like an hungry person,which is true coz they just had a four straight hours of lecture.
Charlotte's guards walking behind them slowly,their eyes fixed on her.
"Take it easy Emily" Charlotte said.
"You're saying that because when you get to the palace, your maids will bring you food. But I still have to go home and cook" Emily said.
"Why don't you just get food at the restaurant and go home to eat?" Charlotte asked.
"As if I have money" Emily scoffed.
"You didn't tell me you needed money,stop making me feel bad. And besides you can just go to mom, she wouldn't stop you from eating anything. At the same time I am still here,even though I don't show up everyday but can't you just call if you need anything?" Charlotte groaned.
"Fine,I'm hungry and I need money,is that okay? You're acting like you can feed me everyday" Emily said and Charlotte looked at her.
"You're just lucky Charlotte, sometimes I feel like I'm crazy because it's hard to believe seeing you everyday with bodyguards, my wish" she chuckled.
"What are you saying, how much do you need......"
"Oh,I just remembered I have something to do at home. I will talk to you Later Charlotte" Emily said and before Charlotte could react,Emily was already far gone.
"What's with her" Charlotte mumbled.
She was interrupted by some voice which made her turn back to see the guards stopping Daniel from coming close to her.
"Oh,leave him alone" Charlotte immediately said and they released him.
Daniel smiled and adjusted his bag on his shoulder before moving to her side.
"I'm sorry about that Daniel" Charlotte said.
"No, I understand. I just couldn't pass by without saying HI,since we don't take same classes at all" Daniel said.
"That's true"
"My sister wouldn't stop talking about you,she want to meet you,I just keep telling her you're too busy to meet with her" Daniel said and she smiled.
"I'm glad she's fine and okay now, when will she get discharged?" Charlotte asked.
"The Doctor said in two weeks time,,,,I wish I can appreciate the king on my own too but I don't think I am bold enough to meet him,so do say my thank you to him always" Daniel said.
"Oh come on, he's not scary the way you think. But don't worry,I will do that" Charlotte said.
They were so lost in their conversation as they walked until they began hearing murmurs,and screams.
"Your highness" the guards called and Charlotte raised her head, Daniel did the same and he almost stopped breathing when he saw King Zayne standing some distance away from them, his two hands tucked in his pockets and he was staring straight at them.
"Oh...I think...we will talk again next time" Daniel muttered and just walked away to another direction.
Charlotte could feel all eyes on Zayne,just for standing there without doing anything,just looking hot for a living that she felt jealous that he came here and allow others stare at him.
When she got to him, he said nothing and just allowed the guards open the door for her.
"Get in" He said softly.
Charlotte entered into the car and the king came in with her as well.
The door was closed and the car started moving.
Charlotte was there, expecting him to talk but he said nothing and just focused on the ipad in his hand.
She looked at him from the corner of her eyes and he look pissed.
'Is he angry?' Charlotte thought but couldn't find an answer to that.
"My king" She called in a soft voice.
King Zayne looked at her.
"Thank you for picking me up today" She said.
"I came because I thought you might be alone sometimes, didn't know you have a friend now, a guy friend" He said and Charlotte blinked.
"That's Daniel your majesty, the one you helped his sister to get her surgery done" Charlotte explained.
King Zayne said nothing and Charlotte smiled.
"Is that why you're angry?" She asked.
"Who said I am angry?"
"Your expression says it all" Queen Charlotte muttered.
"You're mistaken" The king scoffed.
She chuckled.
"Have you eaten? You must be hungry" He said.
"I'm starving" Queen Charlotte rubbed her tummy.
"Is the hotel suite ready?" King Zayne asked Hunter in front.
"Yes your majesty" Hunter answered.
"Hotel? We are not going to the palace?" Charlotte asked with happy expression.
"You look happy" He said.
"Of course I am,,it's our first time spending time alone outside the palace" Charlotte muttered.
King Zayne said nothing.

ROYAL R'S MANSION*
Rocky was all sweaty as he ran on the treadmill,he was wearing just short and no shirt.
His chiseled muscles tones and moved along as he did that, the door to the gym opened and Starr walked in nonchalantly in his usual baggy sweatshirt and joggers.
He stopped and raised his brows when he saw Rocky.
"You were here all along?" He asked.
"Hey" Rocky waved at him and immediately decreased the speed.
"Working out? This time?" Starr asked and walked closer,he was holding a small cup of ice cream in his hand.
"Who the fuck eats inside a gym?" Rocky groaned.
"I came here to look for someone" Starr replied and Rocky frowned.
"Who?" He asked.
"Anyone...to cook for me" He replied with a cute smile enough to make anyone do what he wants.
"That's not going to work on me this time" Rocky shook his head.
"Come on,you don't have to do this just because you're the only one home right now" Starr scoffed.
Rocky chuckled and stopped the treadmill,he got down from it and took his water,he drank a little from it and poured on his head.
"Oh...you're staining the floor" Starr glared at him.
"Must you talk and correct everyone? Act your age sometimes" Rocky snapped.
"Shurrup" Starr rolled his eyes.
"And you want me to cook for you?" Rocky asked.
"Never mind,I will just go out and....."
"I don't think you wanna go out,you don't look prepared at all" Rocky teased and he faced him again.
"Are you done?" Starr asked.
"Say please,cook for me" Rocky said with raised brows.
"What?"
"Say please" He repeated.
Starr bashed his lashes and swallowed.
"Is it that heavy to say?" Rocky teased.
"Please...cook for me" Starr mumbled.
"Good" Rocky grinned and roughed Starr's hair.
"Stop it" Starr flipped his hand off.
Rocky laughed and dragged him out of the gym.
"What do you wanna eat?" He asked when they got to the kitchen.
"You didn't allow me eat noodles all week,now I'm starving for it" Starr replied.
"Oh,I see" Rocky muttered,his eyes on him.
Starr rubbed his eyes a little, and then again.
"You okay?" Rocky asked.
"Yeah,maybe little hair in my eyes?" Starr muttered.
"Let me see" Rocky moved close and Starr dropped his hand for him to access his eyes.
"Oh...I got it" Rocky muttered.
"Really?"
"Yeah"
"Thanks,,always happen to me,I hate my lashes" Starr said.
"Probably a punishment for being too pretty" Rocky muttered and Starr opened his eyes to look at him,their eyes met.
"Hey, what are you saying" Starr chuckled and pushed him playfully before looking away.
Rocky stared at him for quite some minutes until Starr turned to face him again.
"Rocky?" He called.
Rocky touched his cheek and he raised his brows.
"Hey" Starr called again and Rocky looked at him.
"Oh...sorry I got...carried away" Rocky said and left him.
"Stop playing around,I'm hungry" Starr scoffed.
"Maybe you should come do it yourself then" Rocky scowled back.
Starr rolled his eyes.
"Doing that always tempt me to squeeze you" Rocky muttered and Starr blinked.
"I was just kidding" Rocky chuckled and focused on cooking.

8PM, DANIEL'S APARTMENT*
A heavy rain was falling aggressively outside, Daniel sat down in the living room with textbooks and laptop in front of him. He didn't study last night and to him he was beginning to get more unserious.
Just then,he heard the door bell and he raised his head to look at the door.
He wasn't expecting anyone by this time, nevertheless, he got up and went to the door,he opened and was shocked when he saw Samara standing right there.
"Samara?" He called.
"Hi" She smiled and passed his side to enter.
Daniel closed the door.
"What are you doing here?" He asked her.
"I was at the mall over there when it started raining and I can't drive in the rain" Samara said and Daniel raised his brows.
"What"
"Are you sure you're not lying?" He asked.
"Of course not,I'm saying the truth,what do you take me for?" Samara scoffed.
Daniel shook his head.
"Dinner?" He asked.
"No,I'm actually starving" She pouted.
"You really think I have food for you right now? I was studying before you came" Daniel said.
"But you can at least get me something to eat, a princess in your house means a lot" Samara said.
"I don't think I begged for princess's attention" Daniel scoffed.
"Oh..I'm so cold" Samara groaned and hugged him.
Daniel sighed.
"Make me warm a little" Samara pouted.
"Stop acting this way,you might give people the wrong idea" Daniel said.
"I don't care" Samara snapped and kept hugging him.
Daniel said nothing and then hugged her back.
She smiled and moved into him even more.
*
GOLDEN PALACE*
"Go on and sleep" King Zayne said to Charlotte as they stopped in front of her suite,they just returned from their outing.
Queen Charlotte turned and faced him.
"I'm going to take my bath and come to sleep in your chamber" She said.
Hunter and Lionel exchanged glances at the back and cleared throat.
"Do whatever you want,I will be waiting then" The king said and she smiled.
"Thanks for today" Charlotte said before going inside.
Immediately the king turned,Lionel and Hunter followed him.
"You said you have something for me?" King Zayne asked.
"Yes your majesty" They both said together.
"What is it?"
They got to the king's chamber and made sure to lock the door first before facing him.
"Your majesty, we notice someone has been checking on Bomi recently" Hunter said.
Bomi is the culprit behind Charlotte's's attack,he was the one who sent the already dead three guys but he's still kept in the dungeon.
"Like you mean someone's trying to betray me here?" King Zayne asked.
"Yes your majesty" Lionel said.
"So what are you planning?" The king asked.
"That's why we came to you, we have no idea" Hunter muttered.
King Zayne was quiet for some seconds then he spoke up.......

MIDNIGHT, PALACE DUNGEON*
The night breeze was freezing, silence filled the whole palace and nothing could be heard at all,obviously most if not all are asleep,except for the guards on duty walking around the palace.
But nothing of such in the dungeon,all the guards watching over the prisoners are asleep.
Two men walked in and soon they stopped in front of Bomi's dungeon gate.
The gate was opened for him and Bomi grinned uglily as he stepped out of the dungeon.
He was led out through the back space and soon they came to the end of the way,standing there was someone whose back was turned against them.
"You're out now,you know what to do right? Flee and never show your face again" The voice said.
"Of course your highness,I understand" Bomi chuckled.
"Your money got sent already,you can't be in this country even by 7am, you know what that means" The voice said.
"I know"
"Take him away"
The men bowed and immediately took Bomi away.
The person sighed as she watched them go.
She stepped out of darkness into the light and the face was of nobody else but princess Calantha.
