Malachi froze, his brows falling flat in shock. 

He looked around at the onslaught of death metals pointed at him, and his teeth gritted.

It's the rule, he made it himself that the moment he makes Killian the king, the authority changes.

He made that rule since the day Killian finished his training, but he wasn't expecting it to turn out this way.

Never in his whole existence...

"What have you done!" His voice finally filtered out of his closing throat, but all the authoritative thrill seems like it's gone.

He sounds ordinary, even to his own ears. It's like his powers was stripped at the speed of light.

The guards kept their guns to his head, and Alice gulped skittishly.

"What are you all doing! Get the metals away!" She shouted, and Alyssa started running to her despite the short distance between them.

She got to her, and her palm met with her cheek with a loud smack.

She slapped her.

Alice's hair covered her face as a result, but she quickly swept it back to show her red face.

Alyssa's five fingers appeared on that cheek.

"Are you insane!!!!" She yelled.

Smack!

Alyssa slapped her again, and she fell on the ground this time.

Malachi couldn't move as Killian began walking to him, and it remained that way till he got to him and carefully held his shoulders, leaning in to his ear.

"I'm your favorite son, and of course I know your deepest secret, the one you've been dying to keep from the organization" he muttered, and Malachi's fists folded.

Killian smiled a devil's smile before continuing.

"You weren't trained. Your late father handed the organization to you because he had no choice. You poisoned your two trained brothers just to take over with your zero abilities. Isn't that why you were so desperate to have me trained heartlessly so I could be your shield with my brothers? That is why you hate male children because you believe only the males can protect your powerless arse! That is why you can't move without guards because they're your strength! People don't fear you because you're Malachi, they fear you because we're your sons' ... They fear you because Alpha Boys are your children!" Killian seethed, and Malachi's blood almost dried as he listened.

"And now, I'm gonna sting you with the venom you planted in me... I'll make you experience the darkness you flung me into, and you'd regret ever having me as your son! " Killian finalized.

Malachi tried to make a move by grabbing his neck, but Killian outsmarted him.

He grabbed his shoulder instead, getting a shot of rocuronium from his back pocket.

He jammed the syringe into his neck vein, and Malachi went down unconscious with a low growl.

Aurora squatted beside his body and smiled sadly.

"This time, no one will save you... Hubby." she muttered, and a gunshot interrupted her.

Her eyes widened.

She spranged up and turned back with Killian.

It was Alyssa who shot, but instead of shooting Alice, she shot the sky 

She just couldn't bring herself to shoot her twin.

She bit her lip so hard, and Alice slowly looked up 

"Stay far away from me as fast as possible, cos if I keep seeing you, I'll change my mind one day and actually kill you" Alyssa muttered.

Killian made a quick call, and in ten minutes, foreign guys drove into the plantation.

"Take her" he ordered, and Alice started shivering, shaking her head.

"No... They can't! They can't take me!!!" She ran to Aurora.

"Mother, you won't let them take me right? I did nothing wrong!!!" She yelled.

Aurora smiled and held her face.

"My peach... You know I've always loved you, right? Though I realized some minutes ago that you don't even see me as your mother" she said.

"No that's not true, I was only feeling betrayed cos you didn't tell us about how you were a lowly s+x slave and...

Before she could finish, Killian already grabbed her savagely by the throat, making saliva drool out of her mouth.

"You won't make me bend my rules just because you're my f+cking sister! You're getting exiled to Pakistan" he said through his teeth and released her 

She fell in the hands of the waiting men and started crying.

"No, not Pakistan! Not Pakistan!!! Killian!!! Mother talk to him!!! I can't go there!!! " She started crying.

"What do we do with her, master?" One of the men asked.

"Just keep her there, till I'll decide what to do" Killian replied, and Alice was thrown into the car.

"No please!! Killian please!!! I'll change I promise!!! I'll...

She was gagged before she could finish, and the car drove out.

"That wasn't hard" Alyssa muttered, and Aurora hugged Killian.

"Thanks, mon cherie" she sniffled, fighting back her tears.

"Don't let it fall" Killian sounded.

"I won't" she quickly shook her head.

The guards are still surrounding them, guns still pointing.

Malachi's unconscious body is still bulky on the ground.

Alyssa blew raspberries, but the next call she got from Hardin made her heart jump.

Hardin is crying!

"Jordan... Jordan is f+cking lifeless!" He shouted over the phone, and her phone fell from her.

*

ROYAL PRIDE HOSPITAL*

"He was poisoned with kaboom" the doctors reported after series of tests.

There are about six doctors.

"What the f+ck is that! I don't care about the name just get the damn antidote!" Zade yelled.

"The name and the origin actually has a lot to do with it. It's a poison from France and no one actually knows the antidote because it's a secret weapon" the doctor explained, and Hardin rushed forward.

"Aren't there french doctors were? Get them out dude! Jordan is dying! Man is bleeding from the p+nis! He's f+cking passing out his guts! " He shouted.

"The Overlord made sure to recruit only Italian workers here, no single foreigner" the head doctor said .

"Wait a damm minute... Mother dearest is French!" Zade said.

" Yes I am... Where is Jordan? " Aurora replied, coming in with Killian and Alyssa.

"He was poisoned with kaboom, and..

" What! Since how many minutes ago!" She gasped.

"30!" Hardin replied.

"It's a 35 minutes action poison. If we do not get bean-powder right now, I'm losing my son!" Aurora gasped 

Killian dashed out of the hospital immediately, and his brothers followed.

Thankfully, there's a grocery store near the hospital.

He entered and started pushing away the shelves, looking for the right bag.

"What are you doing!!!" The store owner came, but she choked immediately she saw his face.

"Bean-powder, get me bean" He said with an ice-cold demeanor.

"It's ... It's over...there..." She pointed at the right shelf, and he carried the bag, dashing out with Zade.

Hardin threw his wallet at the woman before joining them.

There's just 30 seconds left when they got to the hospital, and by the time they entered Jordan's ward, it's ten seconds left.

Jordan's mouth was forcefully opened...his teeth were already gumming.

Handfuls of the powder was poured into his mouth and spooned down his open throat.

At the same time, it was injected into his system with water, and it was poured into his blood bag on the drip- stand.

5 minutes got over, and relieved breaths escaped their nostrils as Jordan's breaths came back.

Aurora hugged Hardin, and he began consoling her.

"Long f+cking night" Alyssa muttered.

"Malachi?" Zade asked Killian.

"He's unconscious" Killian replied and walked out of the ward.

He was busy with Malachi, so Zinnia's thought has been jam-packed to a side of his head, but now that it all went down a bit, her thoughts came crashing back to his whole skull, and he felt his eyes reddening again.

Nica... Nica started everything.

He'll just have to kill her first.

He got his gun and clutched at it as he stepped out of the hospital.

'Not sorry, Zinnia. You're about to hate me more, and I'm about to really become the worse person you've ever met'

Who said he's saint? He was never an angel__he has always been a beast, a lurking devil.

*

KAREN'S MANSION*

The girls still hasn't been able to get a word out of Zinnia's mouth, she's just crying a lot and her temperature is already rising as a result.

They surrounded her, but she's blinding and deafened by her own tears 

She doesn't even feel alive despite their petting.

"Get her some water from the freezer,...she needs it to cool down" Britney said.

Sunny and Priyanka went to get it.

Sunny got the cup and Priyanka got the water.

"Thanks babe for saving me from falling earlier when Ludo shook me... can't imagine my butt on the ground" Priyanka said.

"Me too" Sunny replied, and they smiled in sync.

"Wait..." Sunny suddenly picked an hair strand from Priyanka's cheek, and they smiled at each other before leaving the kitchen.

Immediately they arrived back at the living room, Aunt Vivian came in since the door is open.

"Sorry I traced her here. I'm her aunt" she told the girls.

Britney quickly stood from beside Zinnia.

Vivian took her place and brought Zinnia's teary face to her chest 

"You know I love you a lot, right? And I'd never do anything to hurt you" she said 

"If you really did, why didn't you tell me Don Bennett is my father? Why didn't you tell me about Rigel? Why did you keep me in the dark!" Zinnia sobbed, and the girls gasped, looking shellshocked.

"Trust me I didn't know about anything. Fine,I know about the fact that you're not Gabriel's daughter, but I didn't know Bennett is your father, and I didn't know Rigel is for Malachi too. About Nica's coma, we had to keep it a secret cos his Ladyship told me about Malachi's plan to kill her" Vivian replied, stroking Zinnia's hair.

Zinnia only cried more 

"Now you don't need all of these. I know it's too much to take in at once, I know your head is a mess right now and that's why I'm here to tell you to keep cool and do that pleases you. Just do what you want Zee. I love you so much and you know it...I don't want you hurt and I hate seeing your tears...I...

"I wish you were my mum instead" Zinnia interrupted, and Vivian smiled before hugging her tightly.

The girls eyes were still so wide when Karen received a call from Jordan.

She rushed inside to pick.

"Hey you...

"Jordan got hit, he's recuperating at the hospital though" Zade's voice interrupted her, and she covered her mouth.

"What!"

BENNETT'S MANSION*

"Easy... don't fall" Dona Bennett cautioned as she helped Honoria down the stairs.

She finally came out of her room after bawling her eyes out non-stop.

"I can walk by myself" she said.

"But you look so weak...you haven't been eating since your illness got out" Donna replied.

"Let go" Honoria whipped herself away from her hold.

Donna sighed as she climbed down the stairs by herself, and she quickly joined her.

Again, they met Don Bennett in the living room, more restless than before.

"Now this is the height of it! What exactly is going on!" Donna shouted.

"Papa" Honoria muttered, and he strode shortly to them.

"I should probably say it before the secret will come crashing on your heads" he said.

"What secret?" Donna asked with furrowed brows.

Honoria frowned.

"Ludo might not be your real sister, but you have a stepsister. I have a daughter outside" he broke the news.

"You're kidding" Donna scoffed.

"Papa...what are you saying?" Honoria said.

He remained silent with loud huffs, and she gasped.

*

NICA'S PLACE*

Bruno is still in with Rigel when Killian barged in, and he spranged up, dropping Rigel fast.

Killian's eyes are like a tested devil's, so dark and chilly.

"I swear I'm only friends with Zee. Trust me I have no intention of dating her...I'm Vivian's son and my dead father was the advisor of the smallest clan in the organization...i...

"Where's Nica?" He cut him off sharply, his eyes eating him up.

"She...she left some minutes ago. She didn't tell me her destination" Bruno replied quickly, sweating already.

Killian looked at Rigel blankly.

Rigel quickly looked away.

He left the house, and Bruno fell back on the couch.

"F+ck! He's scary"

*

GABRIEL'S PLACE*

Gabriel was on the third bottle of moretti when the unlocking of the door made him stand.

No one knows the door code except him, Zinnia, Vivian and...

He was shocked to the inner bones when he met the fourth person who's supposed to be dead.

"Nica?" He staggered back, his eyes almost flying out of their sockets.

He took two steps back, the alcohol clearing off.

"It's been a while, Gabriel. You haven't changed" she smiled.

"Who are you!!" He demanded loudly, still shifting back.

"It's really me. I didn't die. I was saved, and I've been in coma since then. I woke up last month" she explained, and his eyes widened again.

"What!"

"Her lordship saved me, and thanks to Vivian...my aliveness has been kept a secret" she continued, moving closer.

"Bullcrap! ... How can you be Nica! I didn't attend the burial but Nica is dead!... who're you!!!" He shouted.

"I was the one who named Zinnia Zinnia, you named her Winter, and we're the only ones who knew about it" she muttered, and he gasped.

"It's you... it's... it's you Nica!" He shouted.

"I know I don't deserve your forgiveness and I deserve to die but...

"Yes you're right! Thanks for coming back, now I can finish you off myself!" He pulled out a gun, and her eyes widened.

"No... Gabriel I...

"You're not allowed to speak, cos no matter what you spew, I'm clearing you! You made me useless! I have no child of my own! You cheated on me with two different men despite the sins I committed to take care of you and the babies! You're a heartless whore!!" He snapped with determination.

"I was full of pity for you! I couldn't watch you suffer and I thought getting tangled with dangerous rich men might bring us luck but...

"Shut up!!! Don't talk, just go... you've done enough. I'll kill you, and I'll go to jail" he muttered, sliding his finger under the trigger.

Nica turned to run out, and the sound of gunshot followed.

*

COTTAGE*

Zinnia doesn't really know why she's here or how, but maybe despite everything, Killian is the only thing that makes sense in her existence right now.

She came here straight after she left Karen's place.

She didn't close the car door before entering the cottage, and immediately she entered, two black figures appeared behind the teak trees.

Zinnia got inside the house and pretended not to see the dead bodies of guards lying on the living room floor.

It's 5am in the morning, and breeze is making her cold as she climbed the stairs, trying not to think about anything at the moment, just Killian alone.

She entered his room and managed to smile when his scent invaded her nostrils.

F+cking bergamot.

The first thing she noticed was the canvas painting by the wall...

He has refused to tell her which angle it can be viewed from, but as she walked to it, she caught a glimpse of it .

She stopped walking and stepped back to that angle... Slanted.

Now she saw it clearly.

It's a painting of HER.

Her first day in school when he ordered her to undress in front of the elevator...

She noticed there are more paintings behind, so she quickly raised that one to have a clearer view of the others.

The second one is of when she sketched him in class and dipped the paper sketch in her bra 

The third one is of when she was walking home at night after buying Gabriel's alcohol.

The fourth one is of when he got her flowers and she was putting them in the flowerpot in her room.

The fifth one made her eyes pop.

It's of the first night they met at the park, and it's so detailed.

She was hiding behind the carousel in the paining, holding the stray dog just like that night.

He painted every single memory of her, ....HER, just HER alone.

Tears fell from her eyes, and she ran out of the room, shedding more.

To hell with Malachi and Nica's child.

To hell with everything else.

Killian is the only thing she needs to be fine right now.

She might just go crazy if she doesn't wrap herself on him soon.

She needs him so much right now, so much that it hurts.

She got outside and jumped into her car, but it wouldn't move.

First, second and third trial were shit...still the same.

"Not now... please not now!!!" She cried harder, but then she inhaled the smell of something burning.

She looked around, and her eyes widened when she saw smokes has covered the car body like fog.

She tried to come out, but the doors won't open too.

"Wha... What's happening!" She pulled breathlessly, and then the two figures appeared beside the car window outside.

Ominously, they lifted they masks, and she gasped.

Sasha's parents!

Mr and Mrs. Stone!

"What are you both doing? Open the door for me!!!" She shouted.

"We lost Sasha because of you. We lost our clan too cos the Overlord never reinstated it! We lost everything because of just you! You shouldn't have come to the school at all... You stole Killian from our daughter too!" Mrs. Stone  ranted.

"No...n...

"Now that things are messy is the right time to end you. You only need to die, and everything will come back to normal" Mr. Stone added, and then fire erupted from the back of the car.

"No... Open the door for me i beg you! Please let me out!!" She pleaded, but they're already gone.

Smokes filled the car inside within a minute, and she plugged her nose with one hand, crying as she got her phone with the other hand.

She dialled Cameo's line, and he picked straightaway.

"Are you done running away from me, little flower?" His bass voice came, and the fire spread to the floor of the car at the back.

"I... I... I'm...

She started coughing as she tried to talk.

"Zinnia? Zinnia! Zinnia fúcking talk to me!" He shouted.

"A ... Car... Cott... Cotta...

That was all she could say before the phone went out of battery, and it fell from her.

She started hitting the car windows helplessly, coughing so much as she did.

"He...lp"

She could only do little, cos after two minutes, she passed out on the front seat, and the fire continued spreading in the car.

She smiled slowly, her eyes shutting bit by bit.

Maybe we weren't meant to be in this life, Cameo. I didn't even get to call you MINE or BABY for once. We could have made kids, and I could have loved you for the rest of my life, but....but...

Hot tear fell from the corner of her right eye to the leather seat she's lying on.

'See you in my next life, Cameo' she muttered, and her eyes went shut completely.

Smokes enveloped the car, and fire started burning on the body.
