Genny was pacing inside Thane's room,she was still finding it hard to believe that Ondine is actually a spy that was sent from the demon queen,of all people...Ondine??
Everyone in the institute already heard about it and now Ondineis inside the institute dungeon, being questioned.
Just as she was thinking about all that, the door opened and Thane came in. Genny immediately rushed to him.
"How's it? What's going on exactly? Tell me it's not true please" She grabbed his arm.
"She haven't said a word,she's the one,the spy you talked about. Her scent was hidden,that's why nobody could feel her presence in here" Thane sighed and sat down on the bed before letting out a groan.
"I'm just glad she haven't hurt anyone yet" He said and looked at Genny who was so speechless.
"Come here" He grabbed her hand and pulled her in his laps.
"You don't have to think about it,,the people you think is your friend turned out to being an enemy,so it's not your fault okay?" He told her and Genny managed to nod.
She hugged him.
"I love you" She muttered.
"I love you more Genny" Thane said and she smiled.
"So how was your journey home?" She asked.
"I already spoke to father, I was able to convince him about closing the dorms, there will be better way to go about it. I will make sure I protect everyone, the students here and also the pack,I will try my best" Thane said and Genny smiled.
"You're really going to be the best alpha ever" She said and cupped his cheeks.
"And you will be the most amazing Luna ever, like mother" Thane said making her blush, she captured her lips and they started kissing.
"I've missed you so badly" Thane groaned in between tbe kiss.
"Me too" Genny said.
"I should go and check up on Juna, she's obviously going to be more shock than I am" She said.
"You are coming back here to sleep right?" Thane asked and Genny nodded.
"I've missed sleeping beside you,,I want your body on mine" She pouted and Thane chuckled.
"Go on" He said.
Genny pecked his lips and walked out of the room.
*What the heck is going on here?* Thorne suddenly snapped at Thane.
*What do you mean?* Thane asked.
*When are we going to mate again? I'm barely holding in right now* Thorne said.
*You can't be on heat right now,,not tonight.....*
*Don't tell me what to do,you're annoying* Thorne snapped.
*you think I don't want her too? But not tonight, there are lots of things to do tonight* Thane said.
*I hate hate that,just destroy them all at a time and let me face my mate alone, Is that too much to ask?* Thorne groaned and Thane chuckled.

Master Casen amd Master Nyx were both standing outside the locked dungeon door,looking at Ondine who was sitting on the floor,not ready to speak up.
"You should tell us exactly why you're here Ondine, are you possessed or you were never our student? From day one?" Master Nyx asked.
"She wasn't possessed" Master Casen said and she looked at him.
"So she was sent here?" She asked and Master Casen nodded.
"I know the demon queen is quite cunny, but I never imagined one of our students working for her, this is sad" Master Casen sighed as they started walking out.
"I don't know what to say either" Master Nyx said and run her fingers into her long hair.
"Let's talk later" She bowed and Master Casen nodded, watching her as she walked away, then he turned toward the direction leading to his office.

Genny entered her room and Juna immediately rushed to her with tears in her eyes,they both hugged each other tightly.
"I'm sorry I came late" Genny said.
Juna shook her head and broke the hug.
"What's going to happen to her? She won't get killed right? I don't know what's going on, why would Ondine turn out to be an enemy? We've been together for close to a year here and I never suspected anything, what if something is wrong somewhere? What if they are using her body?" Juna asked as tears rolled down her eyes.
Genny hugged her again.
"I'm sure if that's the case,,they will find out. So let's hope it turns out that way, I want to trust her also, we are friends right? Let's just wait for things to unfold and return to their right places,okay?"
Juna nodded.
They broke the hug again and sat down on Genny's bed.

_𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗣𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗔'𝗦 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠_
Ophelia flopped onto her bed, exhausted. Astrid lay on her own bed, staring at the ceiling.
"Hey, Astrid? You've been ignoring me since we got back from Jwenguri village," Ophelia said, concern etched on her face. "What's going on?"
Astrid shrugged, her eyes still fixed on the ceiling.
Ophelia sighed and began to recount their mission.
"You won't believe what happened, I can't start explaining now but Thane did almost everything,he saved us countless times. And Atticus got hurt, I saved him" Ophelia smiled.
Astrid finally looked at Ophelia, her expression softening.
Ophelia continued, "I mean, we couldn't have done it without Thane anyway. He's amazing"
Astrid smiled slightly, her silence finally broken. "I'm glad you're okay, Ophelia."
Ophelia's face lit up with a relieved smile. "I'm glad we're okay too, Astrid. And I'm glad we're still best friends, I thought you're mad at me"
Astrid chuckled.
"I was just pulling your legs" She winked.
"Honestly I missed you" Ophelia said.
"Me too" Astrid replied and came over to her bed.
"You heard about Ondine right?" She started and Ophelia immediately nodded.

Lila and Luna sat on a bench, their identical faces animated as they laughed and joked. They were so engrossed in their conversation that they didn't notice Zenith approaching them.
Suddenly, Lila's phone rang, breaking the silence. She pulled it out of her pocket, and her eyes widened as she saw Zenith's name flashing on the screen. She hesitated for a moment before answering.
"Hey, Lila," Zenith said, his voice low and smooth.
Lila's eyes met Luna's, and they both turned to see Zenith standing behind them, his eyes fixed intently on Lila.
"Hey, Zenith," Lila replied, her voice cautious.
Luna's eyes widened in surprise.
"How did you know it was her?" she asked, gesturing to Lila.
"No one in the institute gets it right" Luna added.
Zenith smiled, his eyes never leaving Lila's face.
"I just know," he said confidently.
"And now you two aren't talking at a time" He smiled.
Luna raised an eyebrow but excused herself, leaving Lila and Zenith alone.
"I'll leave you two to talk," she said, her voice hinting at a mixture of curiosity and wariness.
Lila watched as Luna walked away, feeling a sense of unease wash over her. She turned back to Zenith, her expression cold.
"What do you want, Zenith?"
Zenith took a step closer, his eyes locked on Lila's.
"I want to talk to you, Lila. Just hear me out," he said, his voice persuasive.
Lila crossed her arms, her expression unyielding.
"I'm not interested," she said firmly.
Zenith's face fell, but he didn't give up. He took another step closer, his eyes pleading.
"Lila, please. Just listen to me, I just want to be your friend..."
"I don't need a friend" She scoffed and walked away.
Zenith's face hardened, but his eyes still held a glimmer of determination.
"I'm not going to give up, Lila. No matter what," he said, his voice low as he stared at her back till she was out of sight.

𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗔
Orion stood focused in the training arena, his bow and arrow at the ready. He took a deep breath, visualizing his target. Just as he released the arrow, he felt a sudden jolt as someone wrapped their arms around him from behind.
"Orion" a familiar voice whispered in his ear.
He smiled, recognizing the voice instantly.
"Odessa" He smiled.
Odessa's grip tightened as she came in front of him.
"Finally I can hug you again" She pouted.
Orion chuckled, his eyes crinkling at the corners.
Odessa's gaze lingered on his face before she noticed the bow and arrow in his hand.
"Oh, sorry! I interrupted your training."
Orion shrugged.
"It's okay. I could use a break."
Odessa's eyes lit up. "Want some company?"
Orion nodded, and together they walked to the archery range. Odessa picked up a nearby bow and arrow, her movements fluid as she began shooting alongside Orion.
Their arrows flew in perfect sync, thudding into the targets with precision. They laughed and joked, their competitive spirits igniting as they tried to outdo each other.
As they finished their last round, Orion turned to Odessa, his eyes sparkling with admiration.
"You're amazing."
Odessa blushed, her eyes shining with happiness.
"Thanks"
Orion's gaze locked onto hers, they both stood there without moving,just their eyes on each other until Orion made the first move. He dropped the arrow in his hand and pulled her by her waist, A light moan escaped Odessa's lips and she immediately dropped her own arrow also.
Their lips smashed against each other in a deep kiss, Orion lifted her up and kissed her more deeply, their moans hitting against their tongues rolling in their mouths.

𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗡
The messengers bowed before Queen Xylara, their faces grave with concern.
"Your Majesty, we bring you the news," one of them said, their voice trembling.
Queen Xylara's eyes narrowed, her gaze piercing.
"Speak."
The messengers exchanged nervous glances before continuing.
"Our spy in Ravenwood Institute, has been captured, and taken to the dungeon."
Queen Xylara's expression darkened, her voice cold with anger.
"How did this happen?"
The messengers cowered, fearing her wrath.
"We don't know, Your Majesty"
Queen Xylara's eyes blazed with determination.
"Find a way to rescue her. I want her back, alive and unharmed. She is valuable to our cause."
The messengers bowed, relief washing over their faces.
"As you command, Your Majesty. We will not fail."
The messengers scurried away, their footsteps echoing through the room.

Back in the institute,,Genny slipped into Thane's room, her eyes adjusting to the dim light. She approached his bed, her voice barely above a whisper.
"Thane, I need to ask you something." She said, kissing his lips shortly.
Thane looked at her.
"What is it, Genny?"
Genny hesitated, her voice laced with concern.
"I heard you told the masters to break the barrier around the institute. Is it true?"
"Yes, it's true. I did tell them to break it."
Genny's eyes widened, alarm spreading across her face.
"Why? What about the students safety?"
Thane's gaze locked onto hers.
"I know, Genny. But those demons will appear tonight, and we need to be ready. We can't just hide behind a barrier forever, they will definitely come here to save Ondine if she's one of them" Thane explained and Genny groaned.
"But Thane, it's too dangerous......"
"That's like an insult to me" Thane touched his chest
"Sorry" Genny pouted.
"You shouldn't go out again tonight tho"
"Can't I join....."
"No you can't, promise me that. I don't want you to get hurt"
Genny's lips pressed into a thin line, her eyes flashing with defiance. But eventually, she nodded, her voice barely audible.
"I promise."

12𝗔𝗠, 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧
Thane, Kymani, Sage, Orion, and Zarek are the only ones on watch for the night, in front of the dungeon, their eyes scanning the darkness for any sign of movement.
"I can't believe the guards are stuck babysitting the dorms," Kymani whispered, her voice laced with frustration.
"We're the ones who need backup out here." He added.
Sage nodded in agreement.
"Yeah I guess" Zarek said.
Orion and Thane were standing next to each other,together with Sage.
Just then, a faint rustling sound echoed through the night air. The boys exchanged tense glances. The demons had arrived.
They all charged forward, their weapons at the ready. The demons snarled and snapped, their eyes glowing red in the dark.
Sage and Orion faced another one together, They both transformed into their wolves form and clashed toward the demons.
Thane clashed swords with a towering demon immediately, Kymani unleashed a barrage of fireballs destroying one of them.
But just as they seemed to be gaining ground, Thane vanished into thin air. The others fought on, unaware that their friend had been transported to the Demons Coven.
Thane stood in the center of the Demons Coven, Queen Xylara's piercing gaze fixed on him as his eyes glow in different color.
"You're finally here,I've been meaning to talk to you alpha prince" Queen Xylara uttered,approaching him.
"Is that why you drag me here without my permission?" Thane growled at her angrily.
"You keep mendling into my business....."
"You keep annoying me!!" Thane yelled at her.
"About your mate, dear prince" Queen Kylara said with a mocking laughter.
"You really think it will end well?"
Thane raised his brows.
"What are you talking about?" He asked.
"I asked if you think it's going to up well" She repeated.
"Tell me what you mean,,She's my mate, the moon goddess made that happen so spill whatever is in your mind!" Thane snapped.

Back inside Thane's room, Genny paced back and forth, her mind racing with worry. Thane had been gone for hours, and she had no idea if he was safe. The guards had refused to let her leave the room, but she couldn't just sit around and do nothing.
Finally, she made up her mind. She would sneak out and find Thane, no matter what the guards said. She reached for the door handle, her heart pounding in her chest and finally she found her way out without the knowledge of the guards guarding Thane's quarters.
As she slipped out into the dark hallway, a strange woman stepped out of the shadows. Genny's heart skipped a beat as the woman's hand clamped down on her arm, dragging her back into the darkness.
"Let me go!" Genny struggled, but the woman's grip was like iron.
Genny let struggling with her until she spoke up.
"Do you even know where your parents are, Genny?" the woman's voice was low and menacing.
Genny's eyes flashed with defiance.
"Maybe they are dead" She said.
The woman's grip tightened, her eyes boring into Genny's.
"You don't know the truth, do you, Genny? You don't know what really happened to your parents, how they die"
"I don't care!! Who do you think you are? I don't care about how they die, they are gone if they are dead" Genny said, trying not to show her weakness.
"Really? You don't care?? Even if it's your mate's parents who is behind everything??" The woman asked and Genny's eyes widened.
"Wh....what??" She stuttered.
